The strategy of the standard Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm（FOA） is that all fruit flies search locally and randomly with the optimal solution,it is quite easy to get into local optimum;Meanwhile,as the step size is fixed,it cannot achieve high *** order to enhance the algorithm’s ability to avoid falling into local optimum and improve the accuracy,this paper uses different tactics to deal with the flight strategy and step size of fruit flies by comparing the excellent degree of candidate solutions;Furthermore,by adding the variance threshold of concentration value,adopting the linear generation mechanism of candidate solutions,we propose a Dynamic Step Size Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm（DSS-FOA） based on candidate *** standard test functions are used to test,results of the test confirm that DSS-FOA is superior to the standard FOA in global optimization,local optimization,accuracy and ***,the algorithm is applied to the PID parameters’ optimization of pH in wet flue gas desulfurization（FGD） system,the results of simulation show that the algorithm has excellent effect in the PID parameters’ optimization of pH in wet FGD system,and performs much better than the standard FOA.

In this paper,with the increasing requirement on the abatement of SO2 emission in flue gas,cyber-physical system(CPS) is introduced into the limestone wet flue gas desulfurization *** slurry p H value,a key factor affecting the flue gas desulfurization rate,is analyzed and controlled in the context of cyber physical system on the basis of four stages,namely,state perception,real-time analysis,scientific decision and precise *** simulation result reveals that the slurry p H value can be controlled effectively both in accuracy and timeliness in the context of ***,the on-site data provides a compelling evidence that p H control in the context of CPS outperforms that in traditional wet flue gas desulfurization system.

With the development of public security information system, a large number of food safety cases are stored in the database. This study uses the HMM model and the Viterbi algorithm as text processing technologies. We downloaded 3555 food safety criminal judgments, Chinese word segmentation is an effective way to deal with them. We can find the high frequency words after processing the segmentation results, the key words of the case were extracted, such as the name and carrier of harmful food additives, the crime time and the crime place. The Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the internal rules of common food safety cases, which has certain reference significance for combating and preventing food safety crimes.

Cyber-Physical-Social systems (CPSS) provides a novel perspective for constructing “Smart City”, which is also known as the Human-Machine-Things-system (HMTS), focusing on the fusion of ternary space: social network of human society, network of machines and the Internet of things. In this paper, we propose a specific implementation framework of CPSS for Smart City based on intelligent loops, including basic modeling and interactive fusion, state perception and cognition, and adaptive learning. On this basis, an overall architecture of the CPSS platform is designed, which is applied in the urban transportation management in Hangzhou. The application results demonstrate that the intelligent loop could optimize the control and management strategies for actual urban transportation.

At present,food safety crimes frequently occur in China,which not only affects social stability and unity,but also affects the health and life safety of the general *** this study,3000 food safety crime judgments from the Wusong Cases Network are used as the data samples,and they are divided into *** the Word2 vec algorithm is used to cluster the toxic and harmful additives in the *** research shows that Word2 vec algorithm can well complete the clustering of illegal additives in food safety crime cases,and found some unusual illegal additives which have a certain role in the future food safety crime.

Docker has been widely adopted in production environment, but unfortunately deployment and cold-start of container are limited by the low speed of disk. The emerging non-volatile memory (NVM) technology, which has high speed and can store data permanently, brings a new chance to accelerate the deployment and cold-start of container. However, it is expensive to replace the whole hard disk driver (HDD) with NVM. To achieve the fastest deployment and cold-start with lowest cost, we conduct in-depth analysis on the Top-134 images in Docker Hub and obtain two main insights as: (1) the storing latency of layered image has become the bottleneck of container deployment;(2) only a few image layers are required for container cold-start. Based on these two findings, we propose a NVM-HDD hybrid docker storage framework as N-Docker. It can effectively accelerate container cold-start by detecting the bottleneck layers as well as cold-start required layers and storing them into NVM for faster container startup with limited NVM capacity. Experimental results show that N-Docker can accelerate the container deployment by 1.21X and cold-start by 2.96X. Compared to NVM-Docker, which stores all images into NVM, N-Docker achieves the same performance improvements while reducing the usage of NVM by 88.22%. © 2019, IFIP International Federation for Information Processing.

Collaborative Optimization of Cyber Physical Social systems for Urban Transportation Based on Knowledge Automation

The integration of signals from physical, social and cyber spaces, known as Cyber-Physical-Social systems (CPSS), is a new research paradigm for urban transportation, where the traffic control and management (C&M) is collaborative optimized among the three sub-systems. Though some technologies and optimization methods have been studied since its proposition, there is a lack of a systemic architecture as well as an overall implementation about how to efficiently exploit the social signals. For this reason, this paper proposes a general framework of CPSS for urban transportation and presents a feasible solution for traffic optimization based on knowledge automation. The specific implementation includes basic modeling of CPSS, knowledge evolution and reasoning, and collaborative optimization of C&P strategies. As a remarkable highlight, the influence of both individual activities and social learning is concerned during knowledge evolution and reasoning part. A case study from the application in the city of Dongguan is also given to validate our proposed framework and methods, showing that they can efficiently improve the average speed of the actual transportation.

In wastewater treatment process(WWTP), the accurate and real-time monitoring values of key variables are crucial for the operational strategies. However, most of the existing methods have difficulty in obtaining the real-time values of some key variables in the process. In order to handle this issue, a data-driven intelligent monitoring system, using the soft sensor technique and data distribution service, is developed to monitor the concentrations of effluent total phosphorous(TP) and ammonia nitrogen(NH_4-N). In this intelligent monitoring system, a fuzzy neural network(FNN) is applied for designing the soft sensor model, and a principal component analysis(PCA) method is used to select the input variables of the soft sensor model. Moreover, data transfer software is exploited to insert the soft sensor technique to the supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) system. Finally, this proposed intelligent monitoring system is tested in several real plants to demonstrate the reliability and effectiveness of the monitoring performance.

In limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process, the pH change process of slurry in absorption tower has the characteristics of high nonlinearity, large lag and various disturbances. According to the process of pH control in wet flue gas desulfurization, a model free adaptive control algorithm based on compact form dynamic linearization (CFDL-MFAC) is designed. Then the simulation is carried out with Matlab based on hammestein model of slurry pH control system. It is turned out that CFDL-MFAC algorithm can effectively use the input and output data of the pH control process to realize the tracking control of slurry pH and obtain high control accuracy, which verifies the effectiveness of the method. Compared with PID control, CFDL-MFAC controller can not only obtain better control effect, but also effectively suppress external disturbance.

In this paper, we propose a motion mapping approach for intuitive teleoperation from human master arm to a heterogeneous slave robot manipulator with excavator-like arm and a wrist with three axes intersecting at one point. With the motion data of the human master arm captured via a wearable motion capture system, we first set up two spherical coordinate systems on the shoulder and the wrist joints of the master arm, and accordingly two spherical coordinate systems on the first joint and the intersection point of the wrist joint axes of the slave robot arm, respectively; then, we normalize the position of the master wrist joint in the shoulder spherical coordinate system and the orientation of the master hand in the wrist spherical coordinate system; finally, we map the normalized human motion into the according spherical coordinate systems of the slave robot arm. Simulation results validated that the mapping between the pair of shoulder coordinate systems achieve the intuitive position control of the slave arm, and the mapping between the pair of wrist coordinate systems achieve the same orientation between the master hand and the robotic end-effector. With our approach, a tele-operator may control the motion of the heterogeneous slave robot easily and intuitively via the motion of his arm. The training time, fatigue degree and error rate of the tele-operator will be significantly reduced, and the safety and efficiency of the tele-operation robotic system will be significantly improved.
