The existing methods of operating express/local mode require additional railway lines. However, renovation projects of existing lines are often limited by engineering technology and funding. Meanwhile, tidal passenger flow in rush hour is obvious. To sum up, this paper proposes a method of operating express/local mode under existing railway lines and unidirectional tidal passenger flow. This method sets that all trains in the same direction of unidirectional tidal passenger flow are express trains, and all trains in the opposite direction of unidirectional tidal passenger flow are local trains. After simulation, this method has been proven to effectively reduce total passenger travel time in specific scenarios, providing references for subsequent research and engineering applications. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Guiding enterprises towards green technology innovation (GTI) is a pivotal strategy for mitigating pollution and energy wastage, thereby facilitating the transition towards a green and low-carbon economy. In order to solve the single irrationality of the existing guidance policy and improve its implementation effect, parameters of environmental regulation and green credit policy are hereby introduced to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model of the government, financial institutions, and enterprises. The evolutionary stability of the government and financial institutions in guiding enterprises' GTI is analyzed. Simulation analysis method is used to visualize the evolution path of the game system under different policy options. The study results show that increasing interest rate subsidies can promote the financial institutions and the government to formulate GTI guidance policies. Besides, there is a significant synergistic effect between interest rate subsidies and green credits, which can efficiently foster GTI within enterprises and decrease their innovation costs. Building on this foundation, further increasing the carbon tax rate can lead to a reduction in government subsidy expenditures, improve the evolution rate of the ideal strategy, and expedite the realization of a green, low-carbon transformation. © 2024

Study on the improvement of medical service quality in beijing's Tianqiao Community Health Service Centre

Within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, community-level medical institutions as health service centres have been gaining importance in the medical reform expansion. As prior research has not fully addressed how to index and evaluate the quality of medical service, this article proposes a framework based on the service quality gap theory and the three-faceted "structure-process-outcome"quality evaluation theory. The study took the medical services at beijing's Tianqiao Community Health Service Centre as an example to construct an index system for medical service quality evaluations. data was collected from 211 people, and SPSS software was used for data processing and analysis. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, patients without serious diseases tend to choose community hospitals to reduce their infection risk. As a result, they have growing requirements for clinics to have more departments and specialists. The studied community health service centre has encountered difficulties connected to low patient expectations, a poor medical environment, outdated hardware and equipment, and a low level of medical services. Some suggestions have been made to add specialised departments and consider the convenience of medical treatment for the elderly. © 2022 Qiong He et al., published by Sciendo.

A digital economy development index based on an improved hierarchical data envelopment analysis approach

The digital economy is playing an increasingly important role in the global economy. National and international organizations commonly utilize a composite index composed of multi-dimensional indicators to monitor performance, analyse policies, and communicate in the digital economy. This study introduces a hierarchical framework for constructing a Digital Economy development Index (DEDI). One of the key challenges is determining the attribute weights to be assigned by aggregating the sub-indicators with hierarchical dimensions for DEDI. The current study shows that an H-DEA model can be transformed into a parametric linear programming problem and develops an improved golden section algorithm to search for approximate optimal solutions. The newly developed method is highly robust and provides an alternative procedure to determine the optimal weights for building a DEDI. We established a hierarchical evaluation framework and utilized a new approach to measure the DEDI of 30 provinces in China from 2015 to 2020. The results show that inter-provincial digital economy development in China shows a sequential weakening from the east, centre, and northeast to the west. The East leads the country's digital economy overall, while there is a clear gradient gap between provinces. The central region needs to create a cluster for the development of digital industries. The Northeast should enhance the competitiveness of the industry across the board. The West must strengthen the construction of innovative talent and new infrastructure for the digital economy. These findings can serve as guidelines for designing China's ongoing digital economy development. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.

Aiming at solving the problem of high time complexity of association rule mining among item-sets in Apriori algorithm and obtaining the set of goal-association relations of single-to-single point type, this paper improves the Apriori algorithm based on Goal Orientation and Double Pruning (GODP-Apriori). Oriented by the type of goal, the GODP-Apriori uses double pruning to remove the redundant item set during the calculation of the frequency of item set support, which greatly improves the efficiency of obtaining the frequent item set;in addition to this, by sacrificing space for time, it also records the set of transaction items corresponding to the item when calculating the support degree, which avoids the repetitive scanning in the subsequent calculations and then effectively increases the computation efficiency of traditional Apriori algorithm. The effectiveness of GODP-Apriori algorithm in improving the calculation time efficiency of traditional Apriori algorithm was verified by using a real household electricity consumption data at the end of this research. © 2023 IEEE.

We select 1539 papers published in Scientometrics to summary the research content of scientometrics based on paper analysis, and then, develop the measurement scales based on the general process of research which consist of type of application, data source and structure, data quality, users' skill requirements, and software usage which can provide reference researchers to evaluate the difficulty of research, and also can be used to measure the value of manuscripts for editors and reviewers of scientific journals. © 2023 SPIE.

With the gradual improvement of urbanization in China, it is important to research city branding to promote high-quality urban development. This paper uses CSSCI journals(including the expanded edition) in CNKI as the data source to collect the papers related to city branding from 2001-2022, analyzes the research content of city branding based on the bibliometric method, and accordingly proposes strategies for city branding in beijing. The analysis result shows that the research on city branding involves a wide range of content, mainly including city branding, place marketing, and multilayer brand strategy. based on this, we propose strategic suggestions for city branding for beijing: exploring the characteristics of city resources and enhancing the cultural connotation;building a multilayer brand strategy to promote regional development;expanding multi-channel marketing to highlight the differentiation of city brand.

Remotely controlled intelligent machinery has complications,including loose manage-ment of failure information,low information availability,and coupling influence among systems,which can be effectively solved by analyzing the system state and information characteristics of the *** intelligent agricultural machinery as the object,this study applies the knowledge representation method to explore equipment failure states’informational features and construct a knowledge framework model of system fail-ure representation relations and a complex network conceptual model to visualize the fail-ure information more intuitively and facilitate systematic management and *** feedback-based decoupling analysis method uncouples the coupling between subsys-tems,identifying the critical state of decoupling *** attempts to apply the knowledge representation and decoupling analysis to remotely controlled intelligent agricultural machinery *** the example,the result further illustrates the feasibility of knowledge representation and decoupling for remotely controlled intelligent agricultural machinery systems and provides essential support for better failure analysis.
