When wind farm accepts grid scheduling, target load needs to dispatch to each wind turbine to complete. In order to improve the power control capability of the wind farm in the case of random wind fluctuations, a wind farm power control strategy, based on wind wheel rotation energy storage of variable speed wind turbine, is proposed. Firstly, a wind turbine energy storage assessment model is established, and an energy storage state evaluation method, which considers the balance of wind turbine rotational energy and regulating ability, is proposed. Based on this, a mathematical model of wind farm energy storage optimum is pretended, and a solving strategy based on genetic algorithm is designed, too. Finally, the platform for the implementation of the proposed control strategy is introduced. The control strategy proposed in this paper can effectively enhance the ability of the wind turbines' power control and reduce the impact of the uncertainty wind speed to the power response of the wind farm.

An efficient measurement method of the resonant frequency for quartz crystal units based on the π network is presented in the paper. In terms of hardware design, the system uses an ARM chip STM32F103ZET6 as the core of controlling module and the DDS chip AD9852 as the signal generator. AD8302 joins the system to test the phase difference. A mixer circuit reduces frequencies and keeps constant phase of the signal before the AD8302, which improves the measurement accuracy. As for software design, a new algorithm based on sliding window to search the frequency more efficiently is proposed. The new algorithm takes much less time than that of the traditional test methods, which makes great contributions to the efficiency of the system.

Based on double-shaft rotor system, the study on non-linear characteristics analysis of bending-torsion coupling vibration is introduced. According to the system characteristics, the non-linear dynamics model is set up, in which the factors such as the brace stiffness, the bending-torsion coupling vibration are considered. Additionally, the response to dynamic unbalance parameters in certain scales is obtained and further analysis on relationship among the non-linear characteristics, the system input rational speed and the system national characteristics is described. The results could be used to fault diagnosis and failure prediction and also would be better for further comprehensive understanding of the double-shaft rotor system vibration.

In view of the current domestic glass production enterprise which is lack of method to detect glass stones, cracks and other important defects. an online detection system for glass defect based on support vector machine is proposed in the paper. The paper is based on the research of image processing, feature extraction and pattern recognition. By using of object-oriented Visual c + + 6.0 programming tools, and combined with OpenCV computer vision library, this system can realize glass defect on-line detection and classification. The successful rate for the defect inspection of the system can reach over 95%.

This paper focuses on the admissibility condition for fractional-order singular system with order α∈(0, 1). The definitions of regularity, impulse-free and admissibility are given first, then a sufcient and necessary condition of admissibility for fractional-order singular system is established. A numerical example is included to illustrate the proposed condition.
