Per-cell codebook based limited feedback technique in coordinated multi-point transmission(Co MP) system has received more and more attention due to its flexibility and scalability. In a practical system, as the capacity of backhaul links and the bandwidth of the feedback channels are finite, there exists channel state information(CSI) delay. In this paper, we study the bit allocation problem considering CSI delay in multi-cell joint transmission system based on Gauss-Markov temporal correlation channel model. We first analyze the global channel direction information(CDI) quantization accuracy of the users and give the approximate closed-form expression of the normalized global CDI quantization gain, we then propose an adaptive bit allocation scheme to allocate bits between quantizing the per-cell CDIs and the per-cell PAs(phase ambiguity) under the total number of feedback bits constraint, aiming at maximizing the normalized average global CDI quantization gain. Simulation results show that the proposed bit allocation scheme significantly improves the average sum-rate of the Co MP system compared with the conventional equal bit allocation scheme.

Dense deployment of small cell in heterogeneous networks (HetNet) is considered as a promising way to cope with the exponential growth in mobile traffic demand. In such scenario, coverage optimization is a challenge due to the unplanned deployment and plug-and-play feature of small cell. In this paper, the coverage performance of the network is analyzed under different deployment density of small cells. Then the coverage problem is modeled as a cost function which includes the inappropriate coverage ratio of the network. After that, the ant colony algorithm (ACA) is applied to find the optimal pilot Tx power of each small cell through the minimization of the cost function. Finally, compared to the fixed coverage scheme, the proposed algorithm can not only reduce the ratio of coverage hole but also the proportion of coverage overlap as well.

With the widespread popularity and rapid development of Internet,the network is becoming more *** of network node behavior can be crucial for network management and service *** this paper,we conduct the detailed measurement analysis of the network node（NN） traffic characteristics based on a large-scale data set collected from an enterprise network traffic monitoring device,which is deployed at the entry of enterprise network covering the Guangdong province in *** analyze the distribution of NN traffic volume and visitor *** discuss the rank of NN in terms of traffic volume distribution and visitor number distribution,which follows power law ***,we illustrate the traffic characteristics of NN in terms of visitor *** handle the problem of big data processing,we make use of Hadoop framework and MapReduce programming model to analyze huge traffic data,which handles a large collection data efficiently and quickly for scalable storage and ***,in this paper,we propose a network traffic analysis method based on MapReduce in enterprise internet.

Visual saliency is largely determined by bottom-up factors that highlight image regions which are different from their surroundings. Based on the philosophy that exploits image information content as the metric of visual saliency, an adaptive visual saliency detection method (AVSDM) including Pixel Cluster, multi-scale Gaussian Pyramid Decomposition and Hilbert-Huang Spectral Analysis is proposed to measure the bottom-up factors in this paper. Saliency map is detected via non-redundant information based on shannon entropy theory. The method has a good performance in adaptively detecting tiny details as well as objects with complex background. Experiment results indicate that the proposed approach outperforms the state-of-the-art detection algorithms.

In this paper, we propose a coordinated scheduling scheme in downlink multi-cell Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Access (OFDMA) networks. Firstly, a novel decision tree algorithm is introduced to categorize users according to certain attribute parameters to improve system performance. To suppress inter-cluster interference, a filter is used at the receive. To mitigate intra-cluster interference and enhance system performance, we jointly form precoding matrix (using Block Diagonalization precoding) and distribute power for coordinative users. Considering the fact that there is a constraint on number of coordinative users simultaneously served on one resource slot and there may be a large number of users needing coordinative transmission, it is necessary to allocate proper resource slots to them, seeking a tradeoff between coordinative user sum rate and system total capacity. Thus, a performance-based slot distribution is utilized. What needs to be pointed out is that our power control is a per BS power constraint. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme can significantly improve the performance of multi-cell networks.

In recent years,the scale of mobile Internet is rapidly increasing because of the explosive growing of smartphone users and *** traffic analysis and anomaly detection become critical for mobile *** to now,there are a number of studies for detecting anomaly network ***,the way of detecting anomalies on massive traffic data in real-time manner is not well *** this paper,we propose a real-time anomaly detection method based on dynamic k-NN cumulative-distance abnormal detection *** also present the design and implementation of the method by leveraging Strom,a distributed steam computing *** results from evaluation by real-world dataset show that our system is a promised solution for real-time anomaly detection solution in high-speed network.

The analysis of data streams is of great value in many fields such as network monitoring and sensor *** a common operation,top-k query over data stream is the basis and core of other problems in data stream *** this paper,we introduce a parallel algorithm based on Frequent algorithm and implement it by utilizing Apache ***,we evaluate the algorithm by estimated error under various situations and show that the algorithm can effectively improve the precision of top-k query by adjusting the parallel *** parallelized implementation is of significance in network traffic monitoring.

This paper studies the opportunistic spectrum access (OSA) of secondary users in large-scale overlay cognitive radio (CR) networks. Particularly, a two-phase carrier sensing based protocol, namely the primary receiver assisted carrier sensing (PRA-CS) protocol, is investigated. Under the PRA-CS protocol, a secondary transmitter (ST) is allowed to transmit only if it satisfies the interference constraint at all the active primary receivers (PRs) and has the minimum back-off timer among its secondary contenders. It is worth noting that under the PRA-CS protocol, due to the fact that the activation of STs relies on the spatial realizations of both the primary and secondary networks, even the first order moment measure (average density) of the point process formed by the active STs can not be exactly characterized. To tackle this new difficulty, approximations are made on the conditional distributions of the eligible STs as well as the active STs given a typical primary/secondary receiver (PR/SR) activated at the origin. Based on such approximations, the coverage (transmission non-outage) performance of the primary/secondary network under the proposed PRA-CS protocol is characterized. Simulations are provided to validate our analysis.

In this paper, we propose a natural video statistics (NVS) based VQA model by making use of the measurable deviations in spatio-temporal statistical regularities. Both spatial and temporal statistical features in natural videos (NVS-S and NVS-T) are extracted and synthesized to get the video quality score. NVS-S is similar to what have been used in traditional NSS-based IQA or VQA in spatial domain. For NVS-T, we mainly study the distribution of motion residual DCT coefficients and the corresponding high frequency band energy ratio, which show great correlationship with video temporal distortions. The proposed blind VQA model is trained and tested in the LIVE database and EPFL-PoliMI database. The experimental results indicate that our model outperforms other blind VQAs.
