This paper studies constructing methods and key technologies of the fast simulation architecture for integrated electric transmission and distribution power grid based on big data platform, aiming at the problems about difficult communication, poor collaboration, low reusability of services and applications, and time-consuming preparation in the fast integrated simulation system. Specifically, this paper focuses on the creation technology of simulating scenarios, the design of dispatcher storage system for distributed tasks, the management of service based on micro service framework, and the simulation data mart, etc. Besides, a business flow and data flow of fast simulation are realized. Comparing with the traditional DTS process, this method makes full use of simulation resource, also improves the speed and quality of simulation process and achieves a better human-computer interaction experience. In addition, this method enables the reusability for services and applications. The feasibility and effectiveness is validated. © 2021 IEEE.

Nowadays, mobile robots play an important role in a variety of service scenarios. They need to plan and track trajectories to accomplish tasks such as delivery or guided tours. In such tasks, there are two remaining challenges: on one hand, the time and memory consumption of present path planners are still significant;on the other hand, service robots, which have a higher center of gravity, demand greater moving stability than that of current trajectory planners provide. To address these two challenges. Firstly, we propose a safety boundary first A∗ which fully utilizes environmental obstacle information to create a safety boundary and searches in it to quickly find an initial path. Secondly, we formulate the trajectory optimization problem as a nonlinear optimization problem, where the smoothness, safety, feasibility, and moving stability of the robot are taken into account. Furthermore, to constrain the robot's lateral acceleration, we design a time allocation algorithm based on non-uniform B-spline, enhancing the quality of the resulting trajectory. Simulations and real-world experiments demonstrate that our algorithms significantly improve path search efficiency, enhance moving stability, reduce the difficulty of tracking, and improve the quality of task completion. © 2024 IEEE.

The unit commitment (UC) problem has been extensively researched in the literature, which is typically formulated as a mixed integer programming (MIP) problem. However, current studies lack effective methods to identify potential UC problem structures within a general MIP problem, making it challenging to leverage well-established valid inequalities for UC problems to accelerate the solution process. In this paper, we present a novel detection method that automatically identifies UC structures within an MIP problem by analyzing the relationships between variables and constraints. Moreover, we enhance the MIP formulation by incorporating three well-studied classes of valid inequalities as cutting planes, based on the identified UC structures. Our experiments demonstrate that our proposed UC detection method greatly improves computational efficacy of a standard MIP solver compared to the default setting.

In this paper, the dynamic stiffness characteristics of digital electro-hydraulic actuator are analyzed, and the influence of the introduction of digital valve on the electro-hydraulic actuator is studied. Based on the actual working conditions and requirements of digital electro-hydraulic actuator, the dynamic stiffness models of digital electro-hydraulic actuator and servo valve controlled electro-hydraulic actuator are established respectively. Two testing methods were used to complete closed-loop dynamic stiffness simulation, and the digital valve control system and the servo valve control system are compared and analyzed. By changing different system parameters, the sensitivity analysis of dynamic stiffness parameters of digital electro-hydraulic actuator is realized. Finally, the optimization of system control parameters is realized, and the optimization direction of the system parameters of the digital electro-hydraulic actuator is provided. © 2023 IEEE.

The operation mode of kk “two-level market and three-level dispatching” is set basically for this round of market-oriented reform in China. The reserve auxiliary service market will be carried out in the power interconnection. Through the reserve auxiliary service market of power interconnection, the regulation and mutual assistance capacity of the interconnected power grid can be further improved. Therefore, in this paper, first analyze the current situation of reserve retention methods at home and abroad; based on the dispatching mode in China, design the reserve capacity mechanism of power interconnection, determine the varieties, characteristics and mutual relationship of reserve in the power market, propose the reserve mode of “provincial load reserve and accident reserve sharing in the whole network” of power interconnection, and construct the mathematical model of joint optimization clearing of electric energy and reserve of interconnected power grid. Finally, based on analysis of synthesis calculation example (3× IEEE39 node), verify the correctness of the method proposed.

With the rapid and profound changes in all aspects of power system, the control scale increases exponentially, the characteristics of control objects vary greatly, the bilateral uncertainty of source load increases, and the power grid real-time dispatching will be more complex and frequent. In this paper, we combine current advanced artificial intelligence technology and power grid dispatching business needs, design and develop power grid operation environment simulation system based on reinforcement learning. The system determines the power grid scenario according to the user's choice, applies the real-time power grid operation data, directly interacts with the decision agent, realizes the agent's autonomous learning and continuously improves its regulation and decision-making ability. The system has good feasibility, practicability and scalability, realizes the standardization of workflow, and provides an effective decision support tool for power grid dispatching.

Due to the scarcity of point cloud datasets in a specific domain, utilizing generative model approaches becomes essential for data augmentation. Diffusion models have demonstrated impressive capabilities in data generation through a guided reverse process. In this work, we employ a reverse process of a Markov chain conditioned on shape latent to progressively generate dental crown point cloud from a noise distribution. We propose to map the global shape latent to a set of part-level implicit representations and introduce a cross-attention block to provide geometric structural information for point cloud generation. We conduct a series of experiments on a real dental crown dataset, and the experimental results show certain improvement compared to the baselines, demonstrating the efficacy of our approach. In experiments, we present the capability of our method to generate large-scale dental crown models through unsupervised learning, effectively enriching the existing dental crown dataset. © 2024 SPIE.

China's administration proposes to carry out reform by taking a province as a unit and gradually establish a market-oriented inter-provincial electricity trading mechanism. Since then, eight provincial spot market pilots have entered the phase of settlement trial operation, and electricity market reform has been widely carried out. On this basis, how to further build the inter-provincial electricity spot market and coordinate with the provincial markets is an important issue in the construction of electricity spot markets in China. Based on mainstream market models abroad, this paper analyzes the trans-regional trading models in Europe and the United States and their inspiration to China. Then it introduces the current situation of construction of a trans-regional electricity spot market in China and analyzes its existing problems. Based on this, combined with the actual situation of dispatching management and operation in China, it is pointed out that the spot market in China shall adopt the market model of “unified market and two-level operation” and adopt the market process of “inter-provincial before intra-provincial The benefits produced by this model are analyzed. The main market framework is designed from three aspects of market participants, trading timing and optimization process. Finally, the key technical requirements for building the inter-provincial electricity spot market in China are abstracted.

With the rapid development and widespread application of Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs), IMU-based human localization has become critically important in environments lacking Global Navigation Satellite systems (GNSS) signals. Methods such as UWB/WIFI and other anchor-based localization have been employed to enhance the positioning accuracy. However, these methods are susceptible to the environmental interference and increased costs. In contrast, SINS-based localization methods eliminate reliance on the external data. However, this method can suffer from drift errors due to cumulative integration errors. Inertial navigation error correction techniques like Zero Detection Update technology (ZUPT) provide potential solutions to address drift errors. This paper proposes an error correction method based on the multithreshold zero-velocity detection and Square Root Cubature Kalman Filter (SRCKF) updates. Compared to the single fixed threshold detection, the multi-threshold zero-velocity detection reduces the likelihood of missed zero velocity detection and false alarms, providing accurate time intervals for error correction. Experimental results demonstrate that the SRCKF-based algorithm reduces position deviation to approximately 0.3146 meters, corresponding to an error ratio of1.14%. The proposed method enables cost-effective and accurate pedestrian localization, driving advancements in the field. © 2023 IEEE.
