The vehicle to everything communication in long term evolution (LTE V2X) supports vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication directly via PC5 interface. In LTE V2X mode 4, vehicles autonomously select radio resources based on a distributed scheduling scheme. However, some researches show that this sensing based semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) scheme incurs low transmission reliability due to resource contention especially when the transmissions are aperiodic. Therefore, a cluster-based resource selection scheme is proposed to reduce the resource collision, where resources are divided into different resource sets and each cluster head selects its available resource set based on measurement. Simulation results show that, compared with LTE V2X mode 4, the proposed scheme has better performance for both periodic and aperiodic traffic.

Currently,the photovoltaic( PV) cloud network is an important research point in energy Internet. From the perspective of the robustness analysis of PV cloud network,traditional robustness index,the relative size of the giant connected component before and after the cascading,which is focused on the giant component,is not appropriate for the distributed PV network because of the big difference between PV generators and large power grid. In this paper, we propose an optimized polarization filtering based digital self-interference (SI) cancellation (OPC) scheme for full-duplex communication. The proposed OPC scheme utilizes polarization to increase the distinction between the desired signal and the SI and maximizes the signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of the output signal. In order to achieve an optimal trade-off between the desired signal reception and the SI cancellation, an appropriate polarization state (PS) should be selected on the great circle polarization track, which is determined by the PSs of both the SI and the desired signal. Analysis and numerical results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can guarantee that the SINR gain is always positive in the case of any polarization dissimilarity coefficient. In addition, the performance of the OPC scheme can reach the theoretical upper limit in polarization SI cancellation schemes.

Mobile edge caching is able to reduce transmission latency and relieve the traffic load of backhaul links in the delivery of mobile video contents. However, the content caching remains a challenging problem considering the relatively limited cache capacity and the heterogeneous user demand. Recommendation system, with the ability to shape users' demand, can be leveraged to improve the performance of mobile edge caching efficiency. In this paper, the caching policies and recommendation strategies are designed for the cache-enabled wireless networks. Considering popularity difference among segments in a single video content, a more fine-grained segment-based proactive caching policy is introduced, which is different from the existing works that focus on content-level caching. Besides, the impact of recommendation system on users' request patterns is taken into account. In order to effectively reduce the content transmission latency, a joint caching and recommendation optimization problem is formulated. Due to the NP-hard nature, the problem is divided into two convex subproblems and a heuristic iterative algorithm is proposed. Numerical simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing algorithms in terms of both average transmission latency and cache hit ratio.
