With the ongoing advancement of deep learning, modern network intrusion detection systems increasingly favor utilizing deep learning networks to improve their ability to learn traffic characteristics. To address the challenge of obtaining a substantial amount of labeled training data, many intrusion detection systems now focus on unsupervised anomaly detection methods. Despite this shift, researchers still face the daunting task of distinguishing a significant volume of anomalous traffic and dealing with data imbalance. To address these real-world challenges, we introduce UARC, a system capable of achieving unsupervised anomaly traffic detection through multi-clustering. UARC utilizes an enhanced U-shaped autoencoder and a feature fusion method incorporating Masked Retnet to effectively extract spatiotemporal features from network traffic. It combines these techniques with the HDBSCAN algorithm for multi-clustering of traffic, providing a form of reverse guidance for network learning. Experimental results on multiple datasets demonstrate that UARC can cluster various types of traffic with an impressive accuracy rate of up to 97.96%, while achieving a 99.70% AUC value for anomaly detection. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Spatiotemporal deformation analysis of glaciers and surrounding landscapes in the Shishapangma region using InSAR techniques

Graph Augmentation Empowered Contrastive Learning for Recommendation

The application of contrastive learning (CL) to collaborative filtering (CF) in recommender systems has achieved remarkable success. CL-based recommendation models mainly focus on creating multiple augmented views by employing different graph augmentation methods and utilizing these views for self-supervised learning. However, current CL methods for recommender systems usually struggle to fully address the problem of noisy data. To address this problem, we propose the Graph Augmentation Empowered Contrastive Learning (GAECL) for recommendation framework, which uses graph augmentation based on topological and semantic dual adaptation and global co-modeling via structural optimization to co-create contrasting views for better augmentation of the CF paradigm. Specifically, we strictly filter out unimportant topologies by reconstructing the adjacency matrix and mask unimportant attributes in nodes according to the PageRank centrality principle to generate an augmented view that filters out noisy data. Additionally, GAECL achieves global collaborative modeling through structural optimization and generates another augmented view based on the PageRank centrality principle. This helps to filter the noisy data while preserving the original semantics of the data for more effective data augmentation. Extensive experiments are conducted on five datasets to demonstrate the superior performance of our model over various recommendation models. © 2025 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

In this letter, we propose a six-dimensional movable antenna (6DMA)-aided cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system to fully exploit its macro spatial diversity, where a set of distributed access points (APs), each equipped with multiple 6DMA surfaces, cooperatively serve all users in a given area. Connected to a central processing unit (CPU) via fronthaul links, 6DMA-APs can optimize their combining vectors for decoding the users' information based on either local channel state information (CSI) or global CSI shared among them. We aim to maximize the average achievable sum-rate via jointly optimizing the rotation angles of all 6DMA surfaces at all APs, based on the users' spatial distribution. Since the formulated problem is non-convex and highly non-linear, we propose a Bayesian optimization-based algorithm to solve it efficiently. Simulation results show that, by enhancing signal power and mitigating interference through reduced channel cross-correlation among users, 6DMA-APs with optimized rotations can significantly improve the average sum-rate, as compared to the conventional cell-free network with fixed-position antennas and that with only a single centralized AP with optimally rotated 6DMAs, especially when the user distribution is more spatially diverse. © 2012 IEEE.

Transformer-Inspired Deep Adaptive CSI Sensing With Learnable Quantizer

As a key enabler for 5 G and next-generation communication, multi-antenna techniques usually require accurate channel state information (CSI) to release their potential. However, the corresponding CSI sensing is challenging, especially in frequency division duplex systems under the codebook-based feedback mechanism. While this is conventionally accomplished by solving a phase retrieval (PR) problem, existing methods based on PR usually utilize heuristic sensing precoders that can hardly capture the temporal dependencies among feedbacks effectively and sense adaptively. Inspired by Transformer, in this work, we propose a CSI sensing deep neural network, leveraging multi-head attention to learn the environment knowledge from the feedbacks and adjust the precoders adaptively. Moreover, we further consider the impact of feedback quantization, develop a learnable computation-efficient quantizer, and embed it into our proposed adaptive sensing. Numerical results show that our proposed adaptive sensing greatly outperforms existing approaches, and the learnable quantizer can effectively alleviate the performance loss due to feedback quantization. © 1967-2012 IEEE.

Heterogeneous Graph Neural Networks (HGNNs) are pivotal for extracting semantic and structural information from heterogeneous graphs. Traditional HGNN implementations often grapple with the challenges of excessive metapath instances, requiring substantial storage or incurring high instance-matching overhead. These methods typically suffer from redundant instance encoding and costly semantic graph construction. Addressing these issues, we introduce an advanced Metapath Graph (MG) abstraction that encapsulates the structural information of all metapath instances within a compact representation. This approach significantly reduces storage demands, eliminates redundant instance encodings, and foregoes the need for constructing semantic graphs, thereby facilitating rapid HGNN inference. Our software-based system, MetaHG, leverages layerwise encoding and aggregation to avoid redundancies without the necessity of semantic graphs. It incorporates a fast, lightweight partitioning method to efficiently manage large graphs. Distinctively, MetaHG seamlessly integrates with both dynamic HGNNs and homogeneous GNNs, unlike conventional systems. Comparative evaluations demonstrate that MetaHG surpasses the state-of-the-art BFS- and DFS-based HGNN systems, MAGNN and the software implementation of MetaNMP, by 42.5× and 4.53×, respectively, on average. © 2025 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

As artificial intelligence continues to advance at an unprecedented pace, the selection of programming languages significantly affects development processes, workflows, and outcomes. Mojo, a novel programming language, has gained attention through its integration of Python-like syntax, Rust-inspired safety features, and superior performance characteristics. This paper evaluates Mojo across four critical dimensions: distinctive features, performance metrics, ecosystem maturity, and practical applications, while examining potential adoption barriers. Positioned at the intersection of high-level programming simplicity and low-level performance optimization, Mojo demonstrates particular utility for artificial intelligence developers requiring both flexibility and computational efficiency. Through analysis of prominent libraries, including Endia, Lightbug HTTP, Basalt, and ***, this study examines Mojo's capabilities and limitations. By presenting a comparative analysis of Mojo's features, emerging ecosystem, and applicability to artificial intelligence development, this research addresses the current literature gap and provides substantive insights into this emerging programming language. © 2025 IEEE.

CrossFi: A Cross Domain Wi-Fi Sensing Framework Based on Siamese Network

In recent years, Wi-Fi sensing has garnered significant attention due to its numerous benefits, such as privacy protection, low cost, and penetration ability. Extensive research has been conducted in this field, focusing on areas such as gesture recognition, people identification, and fall detection. However, many data-driven methods encounter challenges related to domain shift, where the model fails to perform well in environments different from the training data. One major factor contributing to this issue is the limited availability of Wi-Fi sensing datasets, which makes models learn excessive irrelevant information and over-fit to the training set. Unfortunately, collecting large-scale Wi-Fi sensing datasets across diverse scenarios is a challenging task. To address this problem, we propose CrossFi, a siamese network-based approach that excels in both in-domain scenario and cross-domain scenario, including few-shot, zero-shot scenarios, and even works in few-shot new-class scenario where testing set contains new categories. The core component of CrossFi is a sample-similarity calculation network called CSi-Net, which improves the structure of the siamese network by using an attention mechanism to capture similarity information, instead of simply calculating the distance or cosine similarity. Based on it, we develop an extra Weight-Net that can generate a template for each class, so that our CrossFi can work in different scenarios. Experimental results demonstrate that our CrossFi achieves state-of-the-art performance across various scenarios. In gesture recognition task, our CrossFi achieves an accuracy of 98.17% in in-domain scenario, 91.72% in one-shot cross-domain scenario, 64.81% in zero-shot cross-domain scenario, and 84.75% in one-shot new-class scenario. Controlling diseases on the foliage of cultivated plants has a major impact on crop yield and quality. Leaf symptoms and environmental information are the basis of crop disease and pest identification. Due to the complexity and diversity of disease leaf symptoms and environmental information, the accuracy of crop disease detection methods has decreased. Aiming at low disease identification efficiency and difficult feature modeling, we propose a new deep learning algorithm and obtain ideal results. We used improved convolutional neural networks (CNNs) SPDNet and GrNet (SPDGrNet) to perform Zea mays disease identification. The proposed research and analysis focus on four categories of Zea mays symptoms: healthy, leaf blight, southern leaf blight and grey spot. The experimental results and analysis confirm that the proposed approach outperforms other excellent plant disease recognition algorithms and achieves an overall classification accuracy of 98.96%. When compared to AlexNet, VGG-16, Inception-V4, ShuffleNet-V3, and Efficient-B7, the proposed model achieves accuracy improvements of 27.78%, 19.05%, 14.59%, 10.28%, and 7.06%, respectively, with corresponding accuracies of 71.18%, 79.91%, 84.37%, 88.68%, and 91.9%. The proposed model has outstanding generalization ability in open-source databases, such as the PlantifyDr, Plant Pathology, and New Plant Diseases dataset. The suggested strategy can provide ideas for transplanting models into mobile disease detection equipment. This is very helpful in the intelligent development of agricultural systems and crop leaf disease analysis.

In 316L austenitic stainless steel,the presence of ferrite phase severely affects the non-magnetic properties.316L austenitic stainless steel with low-alloy type(L-316L)and high-alloy type(H-316L)has been *** microstructure and solidification kinetics of the two as-cast grades were in situ observed by high temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy(HT-CLSM).There are significant differences in the as-cast microstructures of the two 316L stainless steel *** L-316L steel,ferrite morphology appears as the short rods with a ferrite content of 6.98%,forming a dual-phase microstructure consisting of austenite and ***,in H-316L steel,the ferrite appears as discontinuous network structures with a content of 4.41%,forming a microstructure composed of austenite and sigma(σ)*** alloying elements in H-316L steel exhibit a complex distribution,with Ni and Mo enriching at the austenite grain ***-CLSM experiments provide the real-time observation of the solidification processes of both 316L specimens and reveal distinct solidification modes:L-316L steel solidifies in an FA mode,whereas H-316L steel solidifies in an AF *** differences result in ferrite and austenite predominantly serving as the nucleation and growth phases,*** solidification mode observed by experiments is similar to the thermodynamic calculation *** L-316L steel solidified in the FA mode and showed minimal element segregation,which lead to a direct transformation of ferrite to austenite phase(δ→γ)during phase transformation after ***,the H-316L steel solidified in the AF mode and showed severe element segregation,which lead to Mo enrichment at grain boundaries and transformation of ferrite into sigma and austenite phases through the eutectoid reaction(δ→σ+γ).
