Blockchain has recently emerged as a research trend,with potential applications in a broad range of industries and *** particular successful Blockchain technology is smart contract,which is widely used in commercial settings(e.g.,high value financial transactions).This,however,has security implications due to the potential to financially benefit from a security incident(e.g.,identification and exploitation of a vulnerability in the smart contract or its implementation).Among,Ethereum is the most active and ***,in this paper,we systematically review existing research efforts on Ethereum smart contract security,published between 2015 and ***,we focus on how smart contracts can be maliciously exploited and targeted,such as security issues of contract program model,vulnerabilities in the program and safety consideration introduced by program execution *** also identify potential research opportunities and future research agenda.

In this study, a multi-degree-of-freedom (Multi-DOF) robot (MDR) system based on a LightGBM-driven electroencephalogram (EEG) decoding model is designed and developed to assist subjects with hand motor dysfunction in their daily activities and neurorehabilitation. The system mainly consists of a motor imagery electroencephalogram (MI-EEG) evoking layer, an intention decoding layer, and an interaction executive layer. The MI-EEG evoking layer initially displays a virtual reality (VR) motion imagination scenario, instructing the subjects to imagine a real hand gripping movement, simultaneously collecting the electrical EEG signals and preprocessing the EEG signals. Secondly, in the intention decoding layer, a network combining temporal-spectral feature fusion and LightGBM (TSFF-LightGBM) for MI-BCI classification is used to more effectively boost brain decoding accuracy and decrease decoding time. Finally, in the interaction executive layer, the Multi-DOF wearable robot is developed to offer hand grasp motion kinesthetic feedback and visual feedback synced with MI. The following are the key benefits of the proposed MDR system: (1) We propose a new lightweight network structure more suitable for brain computer interface (BCI) interaction systems, achieving more accurate decoding and shorter identification time in different data sets, which helps to improve the practicability of the system and promote the practical clinical application of BCI rehabilitation technology. (2) We integrate BCI, VR, a wearable Multi-DOF robot, motion kinesthetic feedback, and visual feedback to improve human-machine interaction. Compared to the most recent investigations, the average accuracy of the MDR system on the publicly accessible datasets BCI IV 2a and HGD reached 75.89% and 93.53%, respectively. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Metriplectic systems are learned from data in a way that scales quadratically in both the size of the state and the rank of the metriplectic data. Besides being provably energy conserving and entropy stable, the proposed approach comes with approximation results demonstrating its ability to accurately learn metriplectic dynamics from data as well as an error estimate indicating its potential for generalization to unseen timescales when approximation error is low. Examples are provided which illustrate performance in the presence of both full state information as well as when entropic variables are unknown, confirming that the proposed approach exhibits superior accuracy and scalability without compromising on model expressivity. With the emergence of novel network applications., the traditional push-based TCP/IP architecture cannot satisfy diverse user demands. To solve this issue, Multi-Identifier Network (MIN) is put forward as a promising network architecture with excellent features. It introduces multiple identifiers and communication semantics to support various transmission scenarios. However, this neoteric network architecture poses new challenges to the design of intra-domain dynamic routing. In this paper, we propose an Adaptive Link-state Routing Protocol (ALRP) for MIN, which empowers active link-state notification and multipath calculation, inspired by the existing solutions. ALRP disseminates routing reachability information using push-pull converged semantics to reduce network traffic overhead. Meanwhile, it calculates multiple alternative paths to provide abundant guidance for the forwarding plane. We have implemented ALRP in Go programming language, and conducted simulation experiments to verify the effectiveness of ALRP. The experimental results show that ALRP can effectively reduce the network traffic overhead and data retrieval delay. © 2022 IEEE.

In recent years, the demand for facial expression recognition applications has increased rapidly, and its research has received extensive attention from researchers. However, the current recognition methods based on deep learning ignore the idea of multiple head attention and semantic consistency, resulting in the model only paying attention to the local area of the feature map. In addition, the model's inconsistent attention to the images before and after the flip, resulting the poor robustness, poor interpretation, and other shortcomings in the model. To address the above problems, we propose an Affinity Separation Loss (ASLoss), which improves the separability of samples through clustering. Moreover, a Separate Multi-head Attention block (SMA), and a Zonal Loss (ZLoss) are also designed to decentralize the model's attention. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed MACNet method achieves competitive recognition performance on two public datasets RAF-DB and FERPlus. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

As an important part of geometry, solid figures is difficult for learning and teaching. Three-dimensional dynamic geometry system(3D DGS) is significant to assist the teaching of solid figures. Solid figures can be edited and modified effectively in 3D DGS. 3D DGS provides rich functions such as viewpoint transformation, animation, text, etc., which display dynamic geometric figures more clearly and provide a vivid teaching situation in symbolic-graphic combination. We use Cabri 3D, GeoGebra and Netpad to assist in solving the problem of solid geometric surface area, and compare the pros and cons of the functions fo the three 3D DGS. We focus on how Netpad assists users in constructing and calculating the surface area of solid figures. © 2021 IEEE.

Human facial action units (AUs) are mutually related in a hierarchical manner, as not only they are associated with each other in both spatial and temporal domains but also AUs located in the same/close facial regions show stronger relationships than those of different facial regions. While none of existing approach thoroughly model such hi-erarchical inter-dependencies among AUs, this paper proposes to comprehensively model multi-scale AU-related dynamic and hierarchical spatiotemporal relationship among AUs for their occurrences recognition. Specifically, we first propose a novel multi-scale temporal differencing network with an adaptive weighting block to explicitly capture facial dynamics across frames at different spatial scales, which specifically considers the heterogeneity of range and mag-nitude in different AUs' activation. Then, a two-stage strategy is introduced to hierarchically model the relationship among AUs based on their spatial distribution (i.e., local and cross-region AU relationship modelling). Experimental results achieved on BP4D and DISFA show that our approach is the new state-of-the-art in the field of AU occurrence recognition. Vocabulary is an important language skill that can affect a person's understanding of a sentence. Thus, lexical simplification is the task of converting difficult words into simpler words. It is to make it easier for the reader to understand the sentences. The biggest challenge in lexical simplification is to simplify the words needed without changing the meaning of the sentence. Past studies have shown that there are weaknesses in this task, where simple words are also identified as complex words. This issue has led to the simplification of unnecessary words. The purpose of the study is to produce a complex word identification model for the Malay language into words that are more easily understood by nonnative speakers. Experiments was performed on the appropriate features to obtain the required results. Machine learning was used to ensure the results were more accurate. This study is a novelty in text simplification of the Malay language in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and may be used as a preprocessing tool to improve other tasks in NLP. © 2022 IEEE.

Diffusion models are powerful generative models, and this capability can also be applied to discrimination. The inner activations of a pre-trained diffusion model can serve as features for discriminative tasks, namely, diffusion feature. We discover that diffusion feature has been hindered by a hidden yet universal phenomenon that we call content shift. To be specific, there are content differences between features and the input image, such as the exact shape of a certain object. We locate the cause of content shift as one inherent characteristic of diffusion models, which suggests the broad existence of this phenomenon in diffusion feature. Further empirical study also indicates that its negative impact is not negligible even when content shift is not visually perceivable. Hence, we propose to suppress content shift to enhance the overall quality of diffusion features. Specifically, content shift is related to the information drift during the process of recovering an image from the noisy input, pointing out the possibility of turning off-the-shelf generation techniques into tools for content shift suppression. We further propose a practical guideline named GATE to efficiently evaluate the potential benefit of a technique and provide an implementation of our methodology. Despite the simplicity, the proposed approach has achieved superior results on various tasks and datasets, validating its potential as a generic booster for diffusion features. Speech enhancement plays an essential role in various applications, and the integration of visual information has been demonstrated to bring substantial advantages. However, the majority of current research concentrates on the examination of facial and lip movements, which can be compromised or entirely inaccessible in scenarios where occlusions occur or when the camera view is distant. Whereas contextual visual cues from the surrounding environment have been overlooked: for example, when we see a dog bark, our brain has the innate ability to discern and filter out the barking noise. To this end, in this paper, we introduce a novel task, i.e. Scene-aware AudioVisual Speech Enhancement (SAV-SE). To our best knowledge, this is the first proposal to use rich contextual information from synchronized video as auxiliary cues to indicate the type of noise, which eventually improves the speech enhancement performance. Specifically, we propose the VC-S2E method, which incorporates the Conformer and Mamba modules for their complementary strengths. Extensive experiments are conducted on public MUSIC, AVSpeech and AudioSet datasets, where the results demonstrate the superiority of VC-S2E over other competitive methods.
