In the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence, telecommunications operators have accumulated an increasing amount of data. China Mobile has developed a set of practical methods of enhanced data catalog in response to current issues such as difficulties in scheduling heterogeneous data from multiple sources, lack of macroscopic views of data usage, unintelligent data operation methods, and high risk of data leakage. By leveraging data virtualization, active metadata management, machine learning, along with other large-scale model technologies, China Mobile has crafted an enhanced data catalog, improving the data management efficiency and business decision-making process, further strengthening its competitiveness in the telecommunication industry.

Virtual Machine Consolidation (VMC) is an effective means to improve the resource utilization and reduce energy consumption of data centers. However, the VMC optimization that only considers energy consumption may lead to SLA (Service-Level Agreements) violations and thus fail to guarantee the QoS (Quality of Service) provided. Therefore, it is necessary to consider both energy saving and SLA violations in the process of VMC. In this paper, we propose an energy and SLA-aware VMC algorithm that considers both energy saving and SLA violation optimization in data centers. The proposed algorithm uses the local regression method to predict the utilization of virtual machines, based on which it determines whether the host will be overloaded, so as to make the decision of virtual machine migrations. The proposed VMC algorithm is evaluated with CloudSim toolkit. Simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm has good energy saving performance and can effectively reduce SLA violation in cloud data center. Considering energy consumption and SLA violation, the ESV can be reduced by 7.57% on average and 16.36% at most compared with other algorithms.

Existing smart contract vulnerability identification approaches mainly focus on complete program detection. Consequently, lots of known potentially vulnerable locations need manual verification, which is energy-exhaustive and error-prone. Fuzzing is an effective way to detect vulnerabilities. However, current fuzzers cannot effectively probe these suspicious targets because they overlook two key factors: exploring all paths toward the targets and providing high-quality directed seed inputs. This paper presents a Directed vulnerability veriFier (DFier), elaborating effective transaction sequences with directed inputs for the fuzzer, to focus on analyzing target paths and automatically detect whether the given locations are vulnerable. Specifically, DFier fuses the effectiveness of static analysis and the efficiency of fuzzing. The static analysis helps locate target paths and generate directed inputs for the fuzzer under three heuristic strategies. The first prefers inputs with the larger possibility of triggering potential vulnerabilities based on target features. The second guides the value mutation to satisfy the path constraints. The third adequately leverages execution information to help find exploits faster. Extensive experiments demonstrate that DFier is effective in verifying contract security, compared with three existing contract fuzzers (i.e., contractFuzzer, sFuzz, and conFuzzius). Semi-supervised graph domain adaptation, as a branch of graph transfer learning, aims to annotate unlabeled target graph nodes by utilizing transferable knowledge learned from a label-scarce source graph. However, most existing studies primarily concentrate on aligning feature distributions directly to extract domain-invariant features, while ignoring the utilization of the intrinsic structure information in graphs. Inspired by the significance of data structure information in enhancing models' generalization performance, this paper aims to investigate how to leverage the structure information to assist graph transfer learning. To this end, we propose an innovative framework called TFGDA. Specially, TFGDA employs a structure alignment strategy named STSA to encode graphs' topological structure information into the latent space, greatly facilitating the learning of transferable features. To achieve a stable alignment of feature distributions, we also introduce a SDA strategy to mitigate domain discrepancy on the sphere. Moreover, to address the overfitting issue caused by label scarcity, a simple but effective RNC strategy is devised to guide the discriminative clustering of unlabeled nodes. Experiments on various benchmarks demonstrate the superiority of TFGDA over SOTA methods.

Extracting buildings from remote sensing images using deep learning techniques is a widely applied and crucial task. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) adopt hierarchical feature representation, showcasing powerful capabilities in extracting local information but facing challenges in capturing global features. Transformers can address this limitation, but they perform poorly in extracting local features and significantly increase memory requirements and computational complexity. To overcome these challenges, we propose a method for building extraction from remote sensing images called LGDB-Net (Local-Global Dual-Branch Network), employing a dual-branch approach. Firstly, inspired by Swin Transformer, we designed GB-Former(Global Branch-Former) as the backbone network to model global information. We use a linear multi-head self-attention mechanism to reduce time and memory complexity while maintaining a large global receptive field. Additionally, we replace the traditional multi-layer perceptron with a convolution-enhanced multi-layer perceptron to improve channel feature representation, reduce model parameters, and enhance segmentation performance. Secondly, we use multiple Depth-wise Conv3×3 + LN (Layer Normalization) + GeLU (Gaussian Error Linear Unit) modules as the auxiliary branch for local detailed feature extraction. Finally, we adopt a multi-scale feature fusion strategy to integrate feature information from both branches. We conduct a series of experiments on three datasets: WHU, Massachusetts, and Inria. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method not only effectively improves segmentation accuracy with lower building omission and commission rates but also significantly reduces model parameters and computational complexity. © 2024 IEEE.

As medical insurance continues to grow in size, the losses caused by medical insurance fraud cannot be underestimated. Current data mining and predictive techniques have been applied to analyze and explore the health insurance fraud population. However, previous studies only provide summary results and do not show the details of comparative analysis during the visit, resulting in the inability of auditors to quickly identify anomalous behavior. In this paper, we propose a visual analytics system for interactive medical insurance fraud detection to support the exploration and interpretation of different access processes. We propose a weighted MinDL to improve the accuracy of visit pattern classification in the time-series modeling process, and design a data analysis model and visual analysis view based on medical insurance fraud characteristics to reveal and explore the characteristics of medical insurance fraud groups. We collaborate with related organizations to design and implement an interactive visualization for medical insurance fraud group detection using real Medicare data and expert interviews The system is effective and practical in detecting and analyzing medical insurance fraud syndicates. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Nowadays, the rapid rise of the application of blockchain technology provides an opportunity to solve the weaknesses in the field of MOOCs, such as the authenticity of learning achievement certification, the problem of low efficiency of credit conversion, and the digital copyright protection of online courses. In this paper, we propose a blockchain system for MOOCs and credit banks. The system includes an entirely new heterogeneous multi-chain blockchain network structure based on the Polkadot framework, as well as three specific smart contract solutions to achieve MOOCs learning achievement evaluation and credit exchange, copyright registration of course resources and digital certificate verification, and intelligent transaction of paid courses. The proposed system has been demonstrated as a promising candidate solution for establishing a fairer, healthier, and more efficient online education platform and credit bank system. © 2021 IEEE.

With the rapid development of e-commerce and the logistics industry, logistics transportation networks based on different modes of transport have gradually become increasingly complex. Currently, the multimodal transportation logistics distribution routing problem, which is considered a complex vehicle routing problem, has gained significant attention. Therefore, the selection of appropriate routes plays a crucial role in enhancing the economic efficiency and rationality of logistics planning. In order to obtain optimal routes, this paper proposes an improved diffusion artificial hummingbird algorithm based on the hummingbird swarm diffusion flight strategy. This algorithm improves the population initialization method to cover the solution space as comprehensively as possible. In addition, a migration diffusion strategy is proposed, by spreading the worst solution to the outer area of the population to find the optimal solution, thereby improving the global search capability of the algorithm. In order to verify the convergence performance of the algorithm, this paper conducts comparative tests with multiple algorithms, effectively verifying the high accuracy and fast convergence performance of the DAHA algorithm. Applying it to the multimodal logistics distribution path problem can effectively avoid excessively slow convergence speed and The disadvantage of low convergence accuracy. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified through experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

Anaerobic fermentation is the most important link to gas production, this paper solves the current problem with the help of the current complete machine learning technology, combining perception and intelligent processing, intelligent processing of information, and derive a decision-making basis for its control or management [1]. Aiming at the current problems of the anaerobic fermentation process in biogas engineering, the system design was carried out, and the anaerobic fermentation process of biogas and its main influencing factors were investigated, and the monitoring parameters of the system were selected to be temperature, PH value, liquid level and redox potential [2]. Previous studies are mainly based on a single prediction model, which leads to poor generalization ability of the model. In this study, unbalanced samples are handled by Borderline-SMOTE algorithm. Based on the Stacking integrated learning approach, a common single prediction model is used to construct a combined prediction model. The accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score and area under the ROC curve are used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the combined prediction model over the single prediction model. ©2024 IEEE.

With the development of the digital economy, a fully online method is used to obtain the customer’s tax return-related text documents with the customer’s authorization, and review the key information of the text documents. This business process relies heavily on labor, and the review of related written documents has become time consuming. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a fully intelligent document processing framework for tax return text files. This framework combines natural language processing (NLP) and Multi-SVM Classifiers based on traditional robotic process automation (RPA). Combined with a fully automatic parsing method, this method can realize the identification, classification and extraction of key text information of tax declaration text files, and provide corresponding query services to downstream users in the form of APIs. To further evaluate the effectiveness of this framework, extensive experimental verification was conducted on customer data of a financial institution. The SVM has the performance. Precision, Recall, and F1-value are 97.23%, 98.41%, and 97.82% respectively. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes for a single customer, and the precision rate is 98.12%, the results show that the framework has high commercial value and has basically reached commercial standards.
