Screening of rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria and their growth promoting ability of sunflower in cold black soil area

High efficient growth promoting bacteria were screened from the rhizosphere soil of sunflower in the cold black soil area, and their growth promoting ability was tested to obtain the strains with comprehensive growth promoting ability. The phosphate solubilizing bacteria were screened out by inorganic phosphate bacteria culture medium, the phosphate solubilizing ability of the strain was determined by mo sb anti chromogenic method, the indoleacetic acid producing ability of the strain was determined by salkowski method, the iron carrier producing ability of the strain was determined by CAS method, and the growth promoting ability of the strain was evaluated comprehensively. Eleven strains of phosphate solubilizing bacteria were isolated and screened from soil samples. Among them, strain WP2 had the strongest phosphate solubilizing ability, and the concentration of phosphate radical was 12.75 μg/mL; strain WP1 had the strongest indoleacetic acid producing ability, and the concentration of indoleacetic acid was 25.37μg/mL; strain WP1 had the strongest iron producing ability, with Su = 72.76%, and the strength was 4+. It was found that WP1, WP2 and WP10 had strong ability of promoting growth and had strong potential of development and utilization. The above results can provide excellent strains for the development and promotion of special bio fertilizer suitable for the cold black soil.

The purpose of the experiment is to obtain high-efficiency microbial phosphorus dephosphorization fertilizer, increase the soluble phosphorus content of the soil, and promote plant growth. The phosphorus detoxifying bacteria in sunflower rhizosphere were studied through dilution and coating plate method, molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometry, plate culture, physiological and biochemical detection. 10 strains were isolated and purified to form bright rings, D/d value is between 1.10-4.35. The quantitative analysis of the pressure showed that BX2 had the best effect in dissolving phosphorus. The available phosphorus increment was 38.59μg/mL, BX7 had the lowest phosphorus dissolving effect, and the effective phosphorus increase was only 1.77μg/mL. These strains of BX2, BX3, BX5, BX9 and BX10 have excellent phosphorus-dissolving properties, providing necessary conditions for the subsequent development of microbial fertilizer.

This paper focuses on developing efficient and robust evaluation metrics for RANSAC hypotheses to achieve accurate 3D rigid registration. Estimating six-degree-of-freedom (6-DoF) pose from feature correspondences remains a popular approach to 3D rigid registration, where random sample consensus (RANSAC) is a de-facto choice to this problem. However, existing metrics for RANSAC hypotheses are either time-consuming or sensitive to common nuisances, parameter variations, and different application scenarios, resulting in performance deterioration in overall registration accuracy and speed. We alleviate this problem by first analyzing the contributions of inliers and outliers, and then proposing several efficient and robust metrics with different designing motivations for RANSAC hypotheses. Comparative experiments on four standard datasets with different nuisances and application scenarios verify that the proposed metrics can significantly improve the registration performance and are more robust than several state-of-the-art competitors, making them good gifts to practical applications. This work also draws an interesting conclusion, i.e., not all inliers are equal while all outliers should be equal, which may shed new light on this research problem. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. Graph-augmented convolutional networks on drug-drug interactions prediction

We propose an end-to-end model to predict drug-drug interactions (DDIs) by employing graph-augmented convolutional networks. And this is implemented by combining graph convolutional neural network with an attentive pooling network to extract structural relations between drug pairs and make DDI predictions. The experiment results suggest a desirable performance achieving ROC at 0.988, F1-score at 0.956, and AUPR at 0.986. Besides, the model can tell how the two DDI drugs interact structurally by varying colored atoms. And this may be helpful for drug design during drug discovery. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. During the prediction of software defect distribution, the data redundancy caused by the multi-dimensional measurement will lead to the decrease of prediction accuracy. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed a novel software defect prediction model based on neighborhood preserving embedded support vector machine(NPESVM) algorithm. The model uses SVM as the basic classifier of software defect distribution prediction model, and the NPE algorithm is combined to keep the local geometric structure of the data unchanged in the process of dimensionality reduction. The problem of precision reduction of SVM caused by data loss after attribute reduction is avoided. Compared with single SVM and LLE-SVM prediction algorithm, the prediction model in this paper improves the F-measure in aspect of software defect distribution prediction by 3%~4%.

Effects of different hormones on germination and callus induction of hemp seeds

The purpose was to induce and treat hemp seeds and callus, compare the methods to increase the germination rate of hemp seed, obtain suitable disinfectant for hemp seed, and different hormone ratios to promote callus growth. GA3, 6-BA, and IAA were used to induce hemp seed germination, and the effects of different hormones and different concentrations on hemp seed germination were studied. Tissue culture was used to induce hemp seeds to select suitable hemp seeds disinfectant and time; callus was induced by using hemp aseptic seedling leaves. GA3 with a concentration of 20-80mg/L and IAA with a concentration of 20-40mg/L can promote the germination of hemp seeds; the best disinfection method of hemp seeds is: 70% ethanol for 1min + 10% NaClO for 18min; the most the combinations beneficial to callus growth were: 2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA. GA3 and low-concentration IAA can promote the germination of hemp seeds; the combination of 70% ethanol and 10% sodium hypochlorite has the best disinfection effect on hemp seeds; 6-BA+NAA can obtain good quality hemp seeds hemp callus.

Joint long-term cache allocation and short-term content delivery in green cloud small cell networks

Recent years have witnessed an exponential growth of mobile data traffic, which may lead to a serious traffic burn on the wireless networks and considerable power consumption. Network densification and edge caching are effective approaches to addressing these challenges. In this study, we investigate joint long-term cache allocation and short-term content delivery in cloud small cell networks (C-SCNs), where multiple smallcell BSs (SBSs) are connected to the central processor via fronthaul and can store popular contents so as to reduce the duplicated transmissions in networks. Accordingly, a long-term power minimization problem is formulated by jointly optimizing multicast beamforming, BS clustering, and cache allocation under quality of service (QoS) and storage constraints. The resultant mixed timescale design problem is an anticausal problem because the optimal cache allocation depends on the future file requests. To handle it, a two-stage optimization scheme is proposed by utilizing historical knowledge of users' requests and channel state information. Specifically, the online content delivery design is tackled with a penalty-based approach, and the periodic cache updating is optimized with a distributed alternating method. Simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme significantly outperforms conventional schemes and performs extremely close to a genie-aided lower bound in the low caching region. Non-blind audio bandwidth extension is a standard technique within contemporary audio codecs to efficiently code audio signals at low bitrates. In existing methods, in most cases high frequencies signal is usually generated by a duplication of the corresponding low frequencies and some parameters of high frequencies. However, the perception quality of coding will significantly degrade if the correlation between high frequencies and low frequencies becomes weak. In this paper, we quantitatively analyse the correlation via computing mutual information value. The analysis results show the correlation also exists in low frequency signal of the context dependent frames besides the current frame. In order to improve the perception quality of coding, we propose a novel method of high frequency coarse spectrum generation to improve the conventional replication method. In the proposed method, the coarse high frequency spectrums are generated by a nonlinear mapping model using deep recurrent neural network. The experiments confirm that the proposed method shows better performance than the reference methods.

User behavior changes over time under the influence of their activities. We contend that these activities are non-random behavior and have a desire to explore the underlying information behind these changes. In this paper, we analyze user behavior by using the check-in data in Location Based Social Networks (LBSNs), and examine whether they have the features of trend, periodicity and surprise or not. We explore some dynamics behaviors of people through their check-in times, and divide time into annually, monthly and even weekly analysis to find out the pattern of their behavior. Eventually, we found the check-in data do exhibit these three features by analyzing them deeply. The analytical work lays the foundation for the further recommendation research.

This paper introduces a new type-2 intuitionistic exponential triangular fuzzy number. Basic generalized exponential triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are formulated by (α,β)-cuts. Some of properties and theorems of this type of fuzzy number with graphical representations have been studied and some examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Also, the ranking function of the generalized exponential triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number is computed. This ranking method is based on the centroid concept and Euclidean distance. Based on the ranking method, we develop an approach to solving an intuitionistic fuzzy assignment problem where cost is not deterministic numbers but imprecise ones. Then, we solve an intuitionistic fuzzy transportation problem where transportation cost, source, and demand were generalized type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy numbers by the ranking method for Euclidean distance. Intuitionistic fuzzy set theory has been used for analyzing the fuzzy system reliability. We have taken the intuitionistic fuzzy failure to start of an automobile as known basic fault events such as Ignition failure, Battery internal shortage, Spark plug failure and fuel pump failure using Type-2 Intuitionistic Exponential Triangular Fuzzy Number. Our computational procedure is very simple to implement for calculations in intuitionistic fuzzy failure. The major advantage of using Intuitionistic fuzzy sets over fuzzy sets is that intuitionistic fuzzy sets separate the positive and the negative evidence for the membership of an element in a set. Furthermore, the proposed technique can be suitably utilized to solve the start of an automobile problem, because the result of system failure in this method is significant. Finally, the proposed method has been compared with other existing method through numerical examples.
