With the development of electric vehicle technology, electric vehicles surpass fuel vehicles in terms of power performance and intelligence, and the cruising range has also increased to more than 400km with the increase of battery energy density and power consumption. However, the overall is still facing the problem of energy refueling anxiety, and the fuel vehicle refueling time is 5 minutes, and the current fast charge takes at least 60 minutes. The waiting time for charging during peak hours has also been further lengthened. Increasing the speed of energy replenishment has become an urgent need for new energy vehicle owners. The way electric vehicles are supplied with energy is fundamentally different from that of traditional cars. The battery swap mode naturally separates the vehicle and electricity, providing the possibility for novel business models (vehicle electricity separation, battery sharing). Let the battery return to its "energy carrier" use attribute, realize the sharing of batteries, create conditions for battery financialization, carry out full life cycle value management of batteries, implement battery gradient utilization, and provide a feasible path for future energy storage business. However, in battery swap mode, there are many divisions of responsibilities. For example, if the battery burns the car, should I find the main engine factory or the power exchange company/high-voltage electrical failure after the power exchange, especially when the responsibility is not clear, who will check and repair. This paper proposes a new energy vehicle monitoring platform based on blockchain technology, which can manage the whole process life cycle of new energy batteries through blockchain traceability technology. At the same time, according to the current responsibility division system, the transparent division of responsibilities is realized in combination with blockchain smart contracts.

General visualization recommendation systems typically make design decisions of the dataset automatically. However, these systems are only able to prune meaningless visualizations but fail to recommend targeted results. In this paper, we contributed TaskVis, a task-oriented visualization recommendation approach with detailed modeling of the user's analysis task. We first summarized a task base with 18 analysis tasks by a survey both in academia and industry. On this basis, we further maintained a rule base, which extends empirical wisdom with our targeted modeling of analysis tasks. Inspired by Draco, we enumerated candidate visualizations through answer set programming. After visualization generation, TaskVis supports four ranking schemes according to the complexity of charts, coverage of the user's interested columns and tasks. In two user studies, we found that TaskVis can well reflect the user's preferences and strike a great balance between automation and the user's intent. © 2021 Eurographics Association. Sequential Recommendation (SR) intends to model user interests based on historical behavior sequences and suggest the next item. Most existing sequential models primarily focus on learning users’ preferences on the relevance objective of the target item. However, the investigation of personalized preferences on the diversity objective of SR results is usually ignored. Evolutionary algorithms have amply demonstrated effectiveness in solving multi-objective problems but encounter efficiency bottlenecks when applied to multi-objective recommendation tasks due to the limited scalability at the user level. To address the problem, this study proposes to facilitate diversified SR via a multi-objective transfer optimization algorithm, in which each optimization task corresponds to the recommendation for a target user. With the optimization knowledge of user preference transferred within and across tasks, the diversified SR of a set of users can synchronously proceed. The novelty of our proposed algorithm is fully utilizing the outstanding global search capability of evolutionary multi-objective optimization without hindering the efficiency of sequential models.

With the advancement of graph representation learning, self-supervised graph contrastive learning (GCL) has emerged as a key technique in the field. In GCL, positive and negative samples are generated through data augmentation. While recent works have introduced model-based methods to enhance positive graph augmentations, they often overlook the importance of negative samples, relying instead on rule-based methods that can fail to capture meaningful graph patterns. To address this issue, we propose a novel model-based adversarial contrastive graph augmentation (ACGA) method that automatically generates both positive graph samples with minimal sufficient information and hard negative graph samples. Additionally, we provide a theoretical framework to analyze the process of positive and negative graph augmentation in self-supervised GCL. We evaluate our ACGA method through extensive experiments on representative benchmark datasets, and the results demonstrate that ACGA outperforms state-of-the-art baselines. To cope with the bottlenecks of the high computational complexity and excessive inter-connection communication in the conventional centralized baseband processing architecture, the decentralized baseband processing (DBP) architecture has been proposed, where the antennas are partitioned into multiple clusters, each connected to a local baseband unit (BBU). In this paper, we are interested in the distributed channel estimation (DCE) method under such DBP architecture, which is rarely studied in the literature. Our goal is to devise a DCE algorithm that can perform as well as the centralized scheme but with a small inter-connection communication cost. Specifically, based on the low-complexity diagonal minimum mean square error channel estimator, we propose an aggregate-then-estimate based DCE algorithm. In contrast to the existing DCE algorithm which requires iterative information exchanges among BBUs, our algorithm only requires one round-trip communication between the nodes. Experiment results are presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed DCE algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

Vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs)provide intelligent navigation and efficient route management,resulting in time savings and cost reductions in the transportation ***,the exchange of beacons and messages over public channels among vehicles and roadside units renders these networks vulnerable to numerous attacks and privacy *** address these challenges,several privacy and security preservation protocols based on blockchain and public key cryptography have been proposed ***,most of these schemes are limited by a long execution time and massive communication costs,which make them inefficient for on-board units(OBUs).Additionally,some of them are still susceptible to many *** such,this study presents a novel protocol based on the fusion of elliptic curve cryptography(ECC)and bilinear pairing(BP)*** formal security analysis is accomplished using the Burrows–Abadi–Needham(BAN)logic,demonstrating that our scheme is verifiably *** proposed scheme’s informal security assessment also shows that it provides salient security features,such as non-repudiation,anonymity,and ***,the scheme is shown to be resilient against attacks,such as packet replays,forgeries,message falsifications,and *** the performance perspective,this protocol yields a 37.88%reduction in communication overheads and a 44.44%improvement in the supported security ***,the proposed scheme can be deployed in VANETs to provide robust security at low overheads.

Seismic Traveltime Tomography with Label-free Learning

Deep learning techniques have been used to build velocity models (VMs) for seismic traveltime tomography and have shown encouraging performance in recent years. However, they need to generate labeled samples (i.e., pairs of input and label) to train the deep neural network (NN) with end-to-end learning, and the real labels for field data inversion are usually missing or very expensive. Some traditional tomographic methods can be implemented quickly, but their effectiveness is often limited by prior assumptions. To avoid generating and/or collecting labeled samples, we propose a novel method by integrating deep learning and dictionary learning to enhance the VMs with low resolution by using the traditional tomography-least square method (LSQR). We first design a type of shallow and simple NN to reduce computational cost followed by proposing a two-step strategy to enhance the VMs with low resolution: (1) Warming up. An initial dictionary is trained from the estimation by LSQR through dictionary learning method;(2) Dictionary optimization. The initial dictionary obtained in the warming-up step will be optimized by the NN, and then it will be used to reconstruct high-resolution VMs with the reference slowness and the estimation by LSQR. Furthermore, we design a loss function to minimize traveltime misfit to ensure that NN training is label-free, and the optimized dictionary can be obtained after each epoch of NN training. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method through the numerical tests on both synthetic and field data. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Semantic consistency assisted change detection in remote sensing images

Semantic change detection of remote sensing images plays an important role in ecological environment, land use, and land cover monitoring. In recent years, deep learning-based change detection methods are the hotspot of remote sensing intelligent interpretation concern;however, the existing three-branch semantic change detection methods lack consistency of change branch and semantic branches, which leads to the self-contradiction of the bitemporal semantic change detection. To address this problem, this study proposes a remote sensing image semantic change detection algorithm based on Siamese CNN and Transformer. In the encoding stage, the Siamese ResNet34 network is first designed to extract the multiscale features of the image, and the difference enhancement module is embedded to increase the attention of the change information;then, the semantic tokenizer is used to map the feature map into compact semantic tokens, and the Transformer encoder is used to combine the bitemporal semantics and the change information to model the"semantic change"consistency. In the decoding stage, different fine-grained semantic information is fused by the Transformer decoder using a hopping connection to generate a refined semantic feature map. Finally, the result of bitemporal semantic change is obtained after upsampling recovery and mask multiplication. Experimental results on the remote sensing semantic change detection public dataset SECOND and Landsat-SCD show that the proposed algorithm can effectively focus on the change region, maintain the consistency between the change results and the semantic results, and achieve excellent evaluation indexes and visual effects. We can draw the following conclusions: (1) The proposed difference enhancement module can enhance the difference characteristics of bitemporal remote sensing images and improve the network’s focus on change information. With the rapid development of social media, sentiment analysis from multimodal posts has garnered significant attention in recent years. However, the substantial size of these models impedes their deployment on resource-constrained embedded devices. Although pruning has been extensively studied to reduce the size of unimodal models, specific challenges remain for Multimodal Sentiment Analysis (MSA) models. First, existing techniques prune fixed original models into sparse models, while our findings indicate that different model architectures of identical size yield varying performance outcomes. Second, prior studies fail to explore the unique characteristics of MSA models, resulting in suboptimal pruning performance. To address these challenges, we propose MPNAS, a unified pruning framework via Neural Architecture Search (NAS) for MSA models. Specifically, we formulate pruning as a NAS problem and analyze MSA model characteristics to guide the subnet search. We conduct an initial coarse-grained NAS on the original model, expanding the search space slightly to identify suitable subnets that enhance pruning rates and accuracy. Subsequently, we refine coarse-grained subnets in a fine-grained NAS stage, where MSA model characteristics guide the search process. Extensive experiments on three representative datasets demonstrate the superiority of our approach over existing methods.

SiO2 insulating layer is an indispensable part of a TSV. In the current process, the SiO2 insulating layer is commonly deposited on the inner wall of the TSV based on deep trench sputtering method. The thickness at different position (neck, middle, bottom) of the SiO2 insulating layer, deposited by deep trench sputtering, is non-uniform. In this paper, the thickness uniformity of SiO2 insulating layer prepared on the inner wall of TSV based on CVD&PVD process and thermal oxidation method is comparatively studied. The experimental results show that, based on the CVD&PVD process, the average thickness of the SiO2 insulating layer at middle and bottom position of the TSV has changed by - 54.02% and - 58.30% compared with that at the top position, respectively. Based on the thermal oxidation method, the average thickness of the SiO2 insulating layer at middle and bottom position of the TSV has changed by 1.17% and 0.26% compared with that at the top position, respectively. The thermal oxidation method can realize the SiO2 insulating layer with uniform thickness on the inner wall of TSV. © 2022 IEEE.
