One of the issues of current attendance system is not being able to record employees who working outside the office. This work discussed a solution designed to solve common operational project problems, especially in attendance and tasklist management activity in companies who has employee working outside of the office. Considering the number of employees who have to visit various places, conventional attendance system is no longer feasible as be the solution. Similar problem occured in tasklist management, with so many employees to manage in different places will make it difficult for Project Manager to assign task and monitor the progress. Based on the problems, solusion was then designed using SDLC Waterfall using the field research data. This research conclude that by using the proposed application, complexity can be reduced and effectiveness can be improved in performing day-to-day operational task and make sure that they can be monitored. Moreover, the number of employee who responsible to make reports of projects and attendance can be reduced about 50%.

Traveling has become a part of life at the time of the current urbanization. The growth rate of the internet and the availability of information allows travellers to access tourist information easier and faster. However, the individual's ability to find the information that they want is not proportional to the complexity of the information. This research would like to develop a reliable tourism recommender system that is able to provide destination recommendations according to user preferences with a combination of several methods i.e., Content-based, Collaborative Filtering, Multi-Criteria ratings, Demographic and Ontology-based. This research aims to implement a recommendations system for tourism through mobile devices by using the Android operating system. The results of this research indicate that the Hybrid Multi-Criteria method is able to provide recommendations to the user in accordance with the user's personal preferences and history of previous user rating with the average precision is 0.7. Evaluation metric of each methods indicate the lowest RMSE 0.84 in Multi-Criteria.

Document management system makes user to access information anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to analyze what variables have impact on the intention to use of document management system. To achieve the objectives conducted by identification problem on the research model developed from the model of Technology Acceptance Model and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to the use of document management system. Furthermore, the data obtained from the respondents tested outer model, inner model test, hypothesis test and to produce a comprehensive analysis will be conducted Importance Performance Analysis. This research will result in a comprehensive analysis and able to provide recommendations and solutions for improvement from the implementation DMS has been done earlier. © 2018 IEEE.

The palm oil business employs almost 20 million people, generates USD 21 billion in revenue, and plays a vital role in Indonesia’s social economy. The Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to Palm Oil Mills (POM) distribution system is one important aspect of fruit quality. Three steps are involved in getting Oil Palm FFB from the plantation to the POM. The first part of the procedure involves cutting FFB from the tree, the second stage involves gathering the fruit at a fruit collection point (FCP), and the third stage involves transporting the fruit to the palm oil mill (POM). As of now, the cost of the FFB transportation is still considerable, accounting for roughly 15% to 20% of the FFB pricing. The use of the Business Intelligence (BI) idea in the oil palm harvesting system is presented in this study as a foundation for creating web-based applications.

A poor data management has led zero stunting strategy in Indonesia moved nowhere. Some justifications on the demography and numbers of affected children remain a matter of plain assumptions without a clear supporting data. We hence develop a database system which enables time series monitoring on the expected increment of children's physical growth. At this initial step, our database system will be implemented at Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Serdang Bedagai, South Celebes. This is a modification from Connoly and Begg's principles. Our database was built through 3-steps design started with conceptual followed by logical and at final step was normalizations-enriched physical design. By implementing this proposed system, the assigned healthcare workers will be able record every bit of superficial growth increase. Information obtained in the study is of essence for the efficient and effective intervention formula to achieve national zero stunting goal.

Climate anomalies are considered as an important factor closely related to many disasters causing many human losses, such as airline crash, wildfires, drought and flooding in many areas. Many researchers have projected that the rising global temperature will increase the draught, especially in the mid-latitude areas. Taking those problems into account, studies on anomaly detection in climate are crucial. While climate prediction aims to analyze and model regular pattern of climate, climate anomaly studies aim to model climate deviation from its previous general patterns. Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) is a method employed in this research because it has been proven to work effectively in several anomaly detection studies, especially for data with similar characteristics. This paper presents empirical results of using Basic LSTM, Densely Connected (DC) LSTM, and Stacked-DC LSTM models to detect temperature anomaly as a manifestation of climate change in Semarang City. The results show that Stacked DC LSTM produced higher accuracy in detecting anomaly than the other two methods. © 2020 computer Society of the Republic of China. All rights reserved.

As we already know, the IoT (Internet of Thing) system has developed and is used in many fields, such as agriculture, security, industry etc. The IoT system requires real time monitoring and this is one of the problems that exists today. Transfering data from the sensor via the internet network to a monitoring device must be less than 300 ms. One process that can cause non-fulfillment of these requirements is a method for displaying the data on a monitor. There are several methods for delivering data from the sensor to a monitor. This paper has been compared between two methods, namely the polling method and the websocket method. The experiment was conducted to compare these two method. The result obtained that the websocket method was better in presenting real time data compared to the polling method. It can be shown in bandwidth usage and memory usage. In the experiment was found that the average of bandwidth usage is 478KB for polling method, and 91KB for web socket method in web based and the memory consumption of websocket less as much as 16% compared to polling method. In android smartphone the average bandwidth usage is 5.1 KB for web socket method and 15 KB for polling method and the memory consumption of websocket less as much as 22% compared to polling method.

Attendance, presence, or attendance recording is very important for every lecture, office or other organizational activities. Currently, recording student attendance activities at Mercu Buana University is by calling one by one the students by the lecturer, then the lecturer signs attendance on the special application form for lecturers that have been provided. For this reason, it is necessary to design a database to create the database. The analysis used is SWOT to compare between Gaudy Booch and Ivan Jacobson methods. This comparison is used to find out which method is appropriate in implementing a better database. Based on the database design that is made to further facilitate archiving of attendance, increase data efficiency. From the results of the research with class diagram description objects, the class diagram and database model that we use is from Ivar Jacobson, because it shows how actors from class diagrams point to Object-Oriented Software Engineering that has advantages that are easy to learn and have notation simpler. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. The Brimob Corps is a special police force, just like the special military detachments held by the TNI such as Paskhas and so on. At present brigade corps police national is busy being discussed in the real world and cyberspace, especially on social media twitter. Many opinions about the brigade corps police national so there are positive and negative opinions. Social media twitter is now one places to spread information about brigade corps police national. This study cases uses text mining techniques with support vector machine (SVM) method which aims to classify public sentiments towards brigade corps police national on twitter. The dataset used is tweet in Indonesian with keyword "Brimob" with a total dataset of 1000 tweets. Text mining, transform, tokenize, stemming, and classification, etc. techniques are useful for building classification and analysis of sentiment. RapidMiner and Gataframework are also used to help create sentiment analysis to measure classification values. Accuracy values obtained with support vector machine (SVM) approach 86,96%, with precision values of 86,96%, and recall values of 86,96%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Most of the oil palm smallholders operate independently. As a result of this lack of support and assistance, oil palm owned by independent smallholders has the lowest productivity compared to large private (corporation) plantations and large state plantations. In addition, smallholder-owned plantations often operate without paying attention to sustainability aspects. There is a need for an effective, efficient, and user-friendly mentoring tool for oil palm farmers that are accessed independently. The Android-based platform was developed by applying an expert system to support increased production of oil palm cultivation for smallholders. Several stages of the expert system implementation, including the identification of planters and land profiles, were carried out using the direct interview method. The expert system includes land preparation management, planting material selection, seeding, weeds control, pests and diseases, fertilization, harvesting and transport, plantation administration, chat platforms, and data scrapping from data providers. The type of expert system is a data-driven Decision Support System (DSS).
