Travel security, traffic congestion and the efficiency of the global transport sector are key issues in some developing countries. Jakarta is one of the big cities and is the capital of Indonesia. This study aims to provide solutions to congestion problems in the capital city by maximizing the intelligent transportation system, convenient and safe for passengers. This research finds the fact that people's need for Trans Jakarta is relatively high but in fact it is not directly proportional to the public interest towards the use of Trans Jakarta buses. This study finds issues related to the needs and expectations of the community using Trans Jakarta facilities. Not only convenience and security and cheap price offered but also the ease and speed in transacting. This research provides ideas related to the facilities provided by Trans Jakarta as one of public transportation owned by the government. Combining smart phones with the use of internet-based technology (IOT). This research proposed an integrated system (integration platform). The solution with IOT-based technology enhancements makes it easy to present all information about bus availability, bus scheduling, booking places and easy online payment. This study uses a comparative study related to the needs of passengers in using Trans Jakarta. This study found the need of passengers for the existence of an integrated system that presents all information and ease of public transportation access in the city of Jakarta. © 2018 IEEE.

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage.

The purpose of this study is to find the influence factors of blockchain technology adoption of payments system in Indonesia banking industry. Moreover, the researchers proposed new model of payment system by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. All this time, the researchers of blockchain in payment systems were done in major countries such as UK, USA, Australia, Scotland, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, and China. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) used as a method in this study and there were five databases that taken as references, such as IEEE, science direct, AIS electronic, ACM and Google Scholar. The researchers were found 26 references Studies Included in Quantitative Synthesis and 9 variables (Easy to use, Usefulness, Transaction fees, Risk perception, Behaviour intention of use, Attitude toward, Cognitive style, Subjective Norm, Effectiveness). Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, there were two conclusions in this study, the first, the researchers found nine factors that expected tobe used as a reference if Indonesia banking industry wants to adopt blockchain technology for payment system;and second, the researchers had to propose payment system model by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. © 2018 IEEE.

Human resources (HRs) performance appraisal is one of several parts of HRs planning. It plays the imperative role to encourage HRs to have a good spirit and become correctly loyal to institution. The major objective of research is to propose a constructed decision support model (DSM) for appraising the HRs performance. The methods object oriented, fuzzy logic, hill climbing, and survey are benefitted to be main methods of this study which respectively are used to analyze and design the constructed model, justify and analyze data values, optimize the suggested decision, and collect data. By scientifically taking into account four selected fundamental performance parameters (i.e. education, teaching capability, research, and community service), the study was conducted;where, the measurement of performance bonus for university lecturer is chosen as a research object. Specifically for collecting data, 35 university lecturers were occupied to estimate the significance level of parameters. The lecturers are coming from two faculties of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah (Jakarta, Indonesia);i.e. faculties of science and technology and communication. At last, the model is practically going to assist the decision makers to fairly assess HRs performance;and the study showed a simulation result of assessment based on forty empirical data of university lecturer. © 2018 IEEE.

Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based genomics data have a huge potential to be used in transcriptomic profiling of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) to study the biosynthesis mechanism behind it. The high dimensionality of NGS data is the main challenge in performing the data analysis to extract useful information. In this workflow pipeline, memory-efficient Linux-based software such as HISAT2 and HTSeq are utilized to process the raw NGS data. Furthermore, Differential Expression Gene (DEG) list can be obtained by performing advanced analysis to the aligned Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) sequence using the edgeR protocol. This DEG list is one of the main inputs of biological pathway analysis that can be done in DAVID and PANTHER web-based software. Both tools generate a different pathway result related to inflammation.

The aim of this work is designing a safe online payment activities scheme using steganography techniques with stegblock concept. These works are implemented at the computers network layers. The stegblock will convert the transactions data which sent among network into other data's form, it means the data such as ID Number, Account Number, Passwords and others are converted with other data called cover. Finally, the system sends the cover without the real data, it just represented data and able to read by the receiver. The result shows that this design provides data security, undetectability, and integrity for payment transactions using networks.

The ease of using transportation is one of the most critical things in the city with a significant population like Jakarta. The growth of the population in Jakarta is increased rapidly. The wage that Many transportations are causing a traffic jam in Jakarta. The government suggests that people use public transportation for their mobility. However, people choose to use their vehicles rather than public transportation. The main reason is that public transportation cannot guarantee the arriving time, whether it is on time or not. Many people move on to online transportation services. However, the massive growth of online transportation is still a contradiction as public transportation. People in Jakarta need faster mobility to go. This research is trying to make a system for public transport without any delay and hard to use it. This problem can be solved by building a new system. This system required e-wallet for payment in public transportation. This E-Wallet will search the possible route from the nearest location to the destination — only the public transport where there is a station that can use it. By using QR-Code generated by e-wallet on the mobile phone, people can scan it directly to a machine located in the station. This method will make a transaction faster than ever. Moreover, people can enjoy another feature like cashback and redeem the prize by a point system. In this era, e-commerce is dominating the market for purchasing something. This is also the attraction of the system. This system is also required excellent facilities from the government so that people can enjoy it.

Face Recognition Using Modified OpenFace

Face recognition is a widely utilized biometric method due to its natural and non-intrusive approach. Recently, deep learning networks using Triplet Loss have become a common framework for person identification and verification. In this paper, we present a new method on how to select appropriate hard-negatives for training using Triplet Loss. We show that, by incorporating pairs which would otherwise have been discarded yields better accuracy and performance. We also applied Adaptive Moment Estimation algorithm to mitigate the risk of early convergence due to the additional hard-negative pairs. In LFW verification benchmark, we managed to achieve an accuracy of 0.955 and AUC of 0.989 as opposed to 0.929 and 0.973 in the original OpenFace.

Social media is a platform to share information that is very liked by everyone nowadays because some of the facilities that make it easier for us to communicate with each other, share documents, chat and even create a community. In addition, we can also analyze the content of social media by using several methods in data mining, so that we can get new the information to support decision making that can bring benefits to individuals and companies. The purpose of this research, to create a business intelligence dashboard to observe the performance of each Topic or channel of news posted to social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter. Topical performance in social media is the number of Topics in articles posted to social media getting like, share, comment etc. To be able to know the Topic of a news post in social media, used some text classification techniques such as Naive Bayes, SVM and Decision Tree. The comparative results of the algorithms are taken which has the best accuracy of SVM for subsequent implementation in the data warehouse. Meanwhile, the business intelligence dashboard data source will be sourced from the data warehouses that have been made before.
