The ease of using transportation is one of the most critical things in the city with a significant population like Jakarta. The growth of the population in Jakarta is increased rapidly. The wage that Many transportations are causing a traffic jam in Jakarta. The government suggests that people use public transportation for their mobility. However, people choose to use their vehicles rather than public transportation. The main reason is that public transportation cannot guarantee the arriving time, whether it is on time or not. Many people move on to online transportation services. However, the massive growth of online transportation is still a contradiction as public transportation. People in Jakarta need faster mobility to go. This research is trying to make a system for public transport without any delay and hard to use it. This problem can be solved by building a new system. This system required e-wallet for payment in public transportation. This E-Wallet will search the possible route from the nearest location to the destination - only the public transport where there is a station that can use it. By using QR-Code generated by e-wallet on the mobile phone, people can scan it directly to a machine located in the station. This method will make a transaction faster than ever. Moreover, people can enjoy another feature like cashback and redeem the prize by a point system. In this era, e-commerce is dominating the market for purchasing something. This is also the attraction of the system. This system is also required excellent facilities from the government so that people can enjoy it. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Relationship with customers is one of the most crucial factors in business continuity and development. Many current businesses have started delving into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to establish and maintain their sales and customer relationships. This research was conducted on one retail company that implements CRM but experiencing a gap in their unit sales performance between their targeted sales and the realization. This study aims to analyze the gaps causing factors using Factor Analysis Method, constructing a suitable regression model, and proposing the company's necessary strategy. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire from 264 respondents. The result of this study showed that there are five causing factors which are CRM Reliability, Underutilization of CRM, CRM Capability, CRM Unpreparedness, and Customer Relation Quality, as well as forming a regression model of the company's CRM performance.

Health is an essential thing in human life, but Indonesian people are still far from the word healthy lifestyle. One disease that can be caused by an unhealthy lifestyle is diabetes mellitus that can cause many deaths. So far, there are many data in the hospital, but the data can not be maximized well even if it can be used to predict diabetes. The need for accuracy to produce better results. In conducting this test, the results obtained using C 4.5 only algorithm is 72.08%. © 2019 IEEE.

Understanding how social structures with the use of a network have been an active field of study for academics in the past five years alone. The need to properly comprehends how Social Network Analysis (SNA) is being studied grows more and more in recent years. In this article, we propose a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to the SNA to see how the algorithms, techniques, and methods are used also discuss their findings. We select thirty-one research studies on SNA. We found different algorithms and techniques that are being used. It is found that the selected research could be categorized into five different main topics which is academic, health, social media, communication, and technology. From all of the research paper discussed, it is also found that many algorithms and techniques are being used to enhanced the SNA, most of them are being machine learning algorithm such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, K Nearest Neighbor, and Whale Optimization Algorithm. While the common features of the datasets used in the research comes as different arrays of user information from social media platforms, Tweets and posts from multiple platforms, also a photographic input such as self-images, portraits, and context related pictures. This article will serve as a single reference for future researchers to the discovery of the latest SNA findings.

The purpose of writing this paper is to look at how factors of big data adoption affect the users of social media and brand popularity. The method used in the writing of this paper is by using path analysis and also by doing literature study to find reference material. The results of the analysis indicate that there is influence of big data adoption factors that affect the popularity of the brand. Tropical disease is one of the infectious diseases that affect Indonesia. Many people die because of tropical diseases, such as dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), chikungunya, leprosy, lymphatic, and filariasis. The Indonesian government's lack of public policy is the main problem in treating and preventing tropical diseases. The paper aims to describe the analysis results of the incidence of DHF in Jakarta, Indonesia. The analysis used the DHF incidences data from the Jakarta Health service surveillance office representative and combined it with the meteorological parameters data. The meteorological parameters were collected from the Bureau of Meteorological Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG). The statistical analysis of this research used Pearson's correlation. The results show that the meteorological parameters affecting DHF incidences are temperature, humidity, and wind speed.

City planners worldwide have tried to develop their cities following the concept of sustainable development. To allocate land use properly, the zoning method has been widely used, especially in densely populated cities, namely a kind of sustainable urban form with considers the mix of use/diversity of land use to minimize travel distance. This study proposes a method for calculating how much a city meets the sustainable urban forms based on compact city criteria, i.e. compatibility, dependency, and compactness. After the survey filling in compatibility and dependency scores for each land use, and compactness was calculated for each sub-district. Fuzzy C-Means clustering was used to cluster the result to classify other areas. In addition, this method can be used by planners to check whether their plans meet the concept of sustainable development or not. © 2019 IEEE.

Jakarta as the Indonesian capital city has extreme average rainfall in 2020, based on data from the DKI Jakarta Representative Central Bureau of Statistics and the meteorology, climatology, and geophysics agency. From year to year, the city of Jakarta has not been spared from floods which have seriously disrupted the activities of the people of Jakarta. Flood disasters greatly disrupt people's economic activities and cause various other problems including public health problems, one of which is causing infectious diseases. In such a case, this research work proposes a mobile application for flood disaster monitoring that will help the Jakarta government to maintain the flood as real flood information in Jakarta. The Jakarta city government and the residents of the city of Jakarta can work hand in hand using mobile application technology to combat this flood problem and enable the Jakarta city government to quickly overcome any reported flood problems. The proposed mobile application was modeled with a use case and class diagrams.

This purpose of this study is find empirically The effect of management accounting information systems and decision making on managerial performance. The research method used is quantitative research methods with primary data obtained from questionnaire data which is measured using a likert scale. The result found that management accounting information system and decision making influence managerial performance. The results showed that the smaller the management accounting information system and decision making owned by the company, the smaller the percentage of managerial performance carried out in the company. The higher the management accounting information system, the higher the company's managerial performance.
