Providing easy access for university executives that refers to key success factors is a must for universities. The information system integrates with all departments to obtain fast and accurate information for decision making. The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors that affect the application of executive information systems in universities in view of technological factors, data factors and internal factors of college. The results will be used by all stakeholders of higher education internally and externally. Internal side for the purposeof improving the quality and performance of universities, while the external side can be utilized for the purpose of the institution accreditation process. The method used is to collect research results relating to executive information systems in colleges and review based on predetermined keywords and analyze the results of reviews into a complete report. © 2018 IEEE.

As a big hotel which has many branches in Indonesia, a hotel should need the express report for business development in order to take decision. This paper proposes data warehouse for supporting business in XYZ hotel to get better information about customers data of each branches for taking decision. The data warehouse development consists nine step methodology designed by Kimball and Ross. Furthermore, the data is able to be presented in dashboard or report corresponding to the user to simplify the data presentation, The data warehouse is used to integrate the data sources needed to provide quick and accurate information. © 2017 IEEE.

Web applications continue to grow however web attacks are also increasing, this shows an increase in web application vulnerabilities. Several methods have been used to detect vulnerabilities in web applications such as black-box testing, dynamic analysis, and static analysis. In this article, we propose a framework for detecting web application vulnerabilities by combining all three methods. The strengths of one method are used to overcome the weaknesses of another method. This framework is believed to provide better results than if each method was used separately.

The role of climate can be affected by plants. The weather can accelerate and multiply the existence of various plant pests and diseases, accelerate the growth and development of grass among plants, and encourage the emergence of infection and significant damage to plants. The elements of climate that affect the growth of plants are one of them is rainfall. In this paper, we performed the simulation using the non-parametric penalized spline (PSPLINE) method and studied the effect on rice production in Lampung. It can be concluded that the increasing fluctuation, frequency, and intensity of climate anomalies in the last decade caused by the ENSO phenomenon have an impact on changes in distribution patterns, intensity, and period of the wet season so that the start of the rainy season and the dry season becomes too late. As a result, there is a seasonal shift from normal average conditions that can ultimately have severe implications for food crops. In a nutshell penalized spline gives high accuracy with R 2 = 96.227% and MAPE = 1.62%. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

Breast cancer is one of the deadliest cancer for female nowadays. Despite of the rapid advancement in medical image analysis with the rise of deep learning, development of breast cancer detection system is limited due to relatively small size of the publicly available mammogram dataset. In this paper, we discover an effective configuration for transfer learning from Chest X-Ray pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network to overcome the small-size mammogram dataset problem. We found that the best configuration achieve 90.38% validation accuracy for modified.

To develop a data entry application, one may use a general-purpose programming language, a domain-specific programming language for data entry, or end-user tools that offer no programming at all. The first two offer more flexibilities but greatly differ in complexities. General-purpose language is probably overkill for a simple data entry application. In order to be useful, domain-specific language should be as close as possible to the problem domain and still open to research. This paper presents Perkedel, a domain-specific programming language designed for data entry. It is inspired by spreadsheet concept and offers user interface definitions that resemble a paper-based data entry form. Spreadsheet is one of the most popular programming systems that has been around us for almost four decades and we argue that easy user interface definition is important. This results in writing source code for a data entry application that looks nothing like ordinary source code. This speeds up the development time, too. One of our respondents spent only five minutes to a develop a simple data entry application, compared to the fastest development time of 32 minutes using a generalpurpose language, for similar application. That way, we hope that Perkedel may add a little perk to data entry developer's life using this data entry language. © 2017 IEEE.

CMK company is a retail company that sell and distributes miniature vehicle items to small stores. CMK has several branches in various countries that use for operational and storage warehouse. This company faces the problem for analysing sales to decide the useful strategy since this company only uses Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) database. This study implements Online Analysis Processing (OLAP) database and data warehouse to provide useful information for this company by using the nine-step method designed by Kimball & Ross. The data will be performed into dashboard to make easier for CMK Company to analyze data. Furthermore, many useful information can be provided in short and efficient time.

To maintain excellence in global hyper-competitive economies in the upcoming decades, manufacturers must improve the design, development, and distribution of subsequent product generations, production technologies, equipment, and processes. High-performance computing (HPC) solves the application of significant challenges using computer modeling, simulation, and analytical technology. By using HPC technology, products design will be faster, making and testing prototypes will save time, the production process can be simplified, the cost of innovation will decrease, and high-value innovation will be quickly developed. This study uses the PRISMA method, based on predetermined keywords and analyzes the algorithms, frameworks and programming languages and the processes that are most commonly used to optimize the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The results of this study can be a reference for future research on the implementation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) Application by combine modeling, simulation, and analysis. © 2018 IEEE.

Objective: Mobile nutrition applications (apps) provide a simple way for individuals to record their diet, but the validity and inherent errors need to be carefully evaluated. The aim of this study was to assess the validity and clarify the sources of measurement errors of image-assisted mobile nutrition apps. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study with 98 students recruited from School of Nutrition and Health sciences, Taipei Medical University. A 3-d nutrient intake record by Formosa Food and Nutrient Recording App (FoodApp) was compared with a 24-h dietary recall (24-HDR). A two-stage data modification process, manual data cleaning, and reanalyzing of prepackaged foods were employed to address inherent errors. Nutrient intake levels obtained by the two methods were compared with the recommended daily intake (DRI), Taiwan. Paired t test, Spearman's correlation coefficients, and Bland–Altman plots were used to assess agreement between the FoodApp and 24-HDR. Results: Manual data cleaning identified 166 food coding errors (12%;stage 1), and 426 food codes with missing micronutrients (32%) were reanalyzed (stage 2). Positive linear trends were observed for total energy and micronutrient intake (all P_trend < 0.05) after the two stages of data modification, but not for dietary fat, carbohydrates, or vitamin D. There were no statistical differences in mean energy and macronutrient intake between the FoodApp and 24-HDR, and this agreement was confirmed by Bland–Altman plots. Spearman's correlation analyses showed strong to moderate correlations (r = 0.834 ∼ 0.386) between the two methods. Participants’ nutrient intake tended to be lower than the DRI, but no differences in proportions of adequacy/inadequacy for DRI values were observed between the two methods. Conclusions: Mitigating errors significantly improved the accuracy of the Formosa FoodApp, indicating its validity and reliability as a self-reporting mobile-based dietary assessment tool. The purpose of this study is to find the influence factors of blockchain technology adoption of payments system in Indonesia banking industry. Moreover, the researchers proposed new model of payment system by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. All this time, the researchers of blockchain in payment systems were done in major countries such as UK, USA, Australia, Scotland, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, and China. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) used as a method in this study and there were five databases that taken as references, such as IEEE, science direct, AIS electronic, ACM and Google Scholar. The researchers were found 26 references Studies Included in Quantitative Synthesis and 9 variables (Easy to use, Usefulness, Transaction fees, Risk perception, Behaviour intention of use, Attitude toward, Cognitive style, Subjective Norm, Effectiveness). Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, there were two conclusions in this study, the first, the researchers found nine factors that expected tobe used as a reference if Indonesia banking industry wants to adopt blockchain technology for payment system;and second, the researchers had to propose payment system model by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. © 2018 IEEE.
