In Law Number 24 Year 2007 concerning Disaster Management, it is stated that the central government and regional governments are responsible for implementing disaster management, with an emphasis on preparedness and mitigation in dealing with natural disasters, as well as based on the provisions of article 1 of Presidential Regulation No. 46 of 2008 concerning the National Council on Climate Change that climate change is a change in average conditions of climate and / or climate diversity from one period of time to another as a result of human activity. However, the socialization of these two matters is not regulated in existing laws and regulations, so that the information dissemination plan and dissemination of the information must be carried out to the community itself. In line with developments in technology and information systems that have entered the era of media convergence, the acceleration of the process of spreading government programs can also be done by using this technology. The SECI method model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) was developed through implementation based on the 'Knowledge Management System Cycle' theory, so that a knowledge management system was formed. The results of research on community preparedness in the application of Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) for natural disaster preparedness and mitigation can be used to support the dissemination and dissemination of disaster management mitigation, global warming, and community-based climate change, including performance measurement of success. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Background: Physical inactivity is a significant public health issue among both healthy adolescents and those with chronic rheumatic diseases. Despite the benefits of physical activity, most adolescents do not meet recommended activity levels [1, 2]. In this context, wearable activity trackers have emerged as a solution to reduce inactivity. These devices can encourage autonomous motivation by allowing self-monitoring of physical activity behaviors, ultimately increasing physical activity levels [3]. Objectives: The aim of the study was to monitor physical activity in adolescents with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) and Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) over a period of 3 months using a smartwatch, to evaluate step counts and to compare these with their healthy controls. Methods: 47 adolescents aged 12-18, diagnosed with JIA and FMF, and 274 healthy adolescents, were included in the study. Step counts of all adolescents were monitored for 3 months using a wearable activity device and the Pedi@ctivity Mobile Application, which operates on the Android system was developed by our team. The Pedi@ctivity Analysis Mobile Application comprises two modules as User Module and Supervise Module. Pedi@ctivity User Module where the user's health data is obtained through a smartwatch, and Pedi@ctivity Supervisor Module, where the evaluation data of the user is recorded and the smartwatch data can be viewed and managed by the supervisor. The data collected from smartwatch devices is accessed through the Google Fit API, which enables the retrieval of data from wearable technologies or smartphones including historical data. Thus, the data obtained from adolescents' smartwatch usage is transferred to the Pedi@ctivity Mobile Application for further analysis and management. Data is the part that represents the evidence in presenting the state of the surrounding environment, obtained through research in the form of numbers, sources or scales. with data, conditions can be measured to produce the best solution. GIS Bookstore is one company that needs data every month to be analyzed. However, GIS Bookstore has constraints in processing large data with increasing time. for example GIS bookstore has problems in analyzing bestsellers because of the increasing number of authors and book publishers who work together. In this study, GIS Bookstore found a solution by implementing business intelligence that plays a role in the processing of raw data in large amounts of data into well-structured data information, the results are collected and processed in a data warehouse scheme. Targets stored in the data warehouse are data that will be processed based on the model design method (ERD) and star schema. This paper discusses the GIS Bookstore data warehouse with the aim of analyzing the sales of most books based on a certain time period. The method used in retrieving data uses Pentaho data integration tools, MySQL workbench, report designer, bi server and workbench schema. © 2019 IEEE.

Sports science can have a significant and positive impact on coaches and athletes, as well as for the professional sports organization. According to this situation, more and more organizations are competing to implement sports science as the monitoring systems. Along with the development of technology, it becomes easier for humans to carry out their activities, including communication with each other. Advances in the field of communication technologies have led to the use of social networks to support all activity. With social media, all kinds of information that people want to search for can be found easily. Social networks have their uniqueness in their characteristics. Like LINE has free calling and video calling features, while Instagram has features like Instagram Story, where users can document their activities in the form of photos or recordings. By all the characteristics of social networks, it will support the activity of sports science. The methodology of this research focused on quantitative research based on the T-test approach. The result shows that social media involvement can significantly support collaboration in sports science, so it can increase people's motivation to interact with other participants in sport organizations. © 2020 IEEE.

The use of user telemetry to gather player behavioral data on video games can be very beneficial to game developers with a certain business model. With the help of user telemetry in game development, it can provide access to data on user behavior from installed game clients platform such as Steam. These behavioral data can be used to find out the Steam user behavioral patterns on playtime distributions that can be studied by developers in order to have a deeper understanding of the behaviors of their players. In this study, the data are clustered using the k-prototypes algorithm, a combination of k-means and k-modes algorithm that can be used to cluster mixed attributes. The result shows that the clusters represent the types and preferences of the players. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

Currently, digital online music increase significantly, both in terms of content and users. Increasing the number of digital music content every month conduce a lot of song catalog data and becoming unstructured and making it difficult for users to choose the songs they want to listen to. To make it easier for users to optimize a large number of subscribed music catalogs, a user-centric music recommendation system is needed that allows users to be able to manage catalogs of digital music content according to their needs. This study examines how to implement song recommendation system using collaborative filtering method in digital online music. This study uses 20,000 users, 6,000 songs and 470,000 transactions rating. Through those research, it is discovered that user-based collaborative technique that could make one system for clients will gather those playlist they really want to hear.

Autonomous cars have become an interesting discussion in recent years. Several major automotive industries such as Tesla, GM and Nissan are trying to become pioneers in autonomous car technology. Giant technology companies such as Google Waymo, Baidu and Aptiv also developing autonomous car technology. Several technological approaches are carried out in implementing autonomous cars for recognizing surrounding situations, such as radar, lidar, sonar, GPS, and odometry. An automatic control system is used to control navigation based on the data obtained from these sensors. This paper will discuss the use of CNN deep learning algorithm for recognizing the surrounding environment in creating the automatic navigation required by autonomous cars. The system designed will create and learn the data set that will be taken in advance and the learning outcomes will be implemented in an open simulation system. This simulation shows high accuracy in learning to navigate the autonomous car by observing the surrounding environment. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The security system in monitoring the room or something suspicious activity that can cause crimes in the field of information and technology as in private homes is indispensable. Aims to keep valuables from theft and loved ones like babies from kidnapping or reducing the risk of an accident in an unguarded infant activity. The use of CCTV still has constraints because some functions are still done manually such as should always move the record of the CCTV data every day to different memory so that there is waste in using memory. Moreover, the position of the camera can not be adjusted freely in the placement so that it can easily be destroyed by irresponsible people, and also ordinary CCTV needs electricity that is considerable in its use. This research is done to improve and facilitate the process of monitoring of baby activity and the room where the baby is called sleep or rest, all monitoring activities can be done using only a Web browser that can be accessed by a smartphone or desktop. The monitoring system is created using a program called RPi Cam that is installed on the Raspberry Pi with a Raspberry Camera module as a monitoring camera and a DHT22 sensor module as a room temperature monitor. © 2020 IEEE.

Copper (Cu) has been excessively used for some valuable commodities and this creates environmental problems. The inorganic element becomes toxic when presents beyond the recommended tolerated concentration. Bacterial-based remediation is seen to be an excellent tool to overcome it as it reduces the copper contamination without yielding any other forms of contamination. There are some pivotal properties in the bacteria render them being considered as bioremediation agents against coppers contamination, namely bioaccumulation and biosorption. In the present study, we question if these bacteria could be clustered into a strong and representative proximity according to their functional properties. Mostly, bacteria are grouped based on their genetic profiles derived from the 16S rRNA sequencing. We propose that our K-Means clustering model can be employed to identify genetically-unlabelled bacteria. But first, a prominent reference should be developed and we are in this phase. We figured out the K-Means clustering model do not pull the same-genus bacteria into the same cluster. Instead, the model gathers into a proximity those isolates with similarity on a functional characteristic termed minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), regardless their origins and their hierarchy in taxonomy.

Virtual Plant of Basil (Ocimum Basillicum) by Using Functional-Structural Plant Model

Indonesia is one of the most populated and large country in south-east Asia. Its abundance of natural resources was well known. Supported by its tropical climate, made Indonesia is also among the largest tropical country in the world. However, according to the data, arable land in Indonesia has drastically decreased over the years in line with the rising demand for residency areas. This statistic shows a rather concerning fact that it is possible that even though Indonesia with this richness of natural resources one day would not fulfil its own domestic food needs. Moreover, competitions and hindrances that experienced by the Indonesian farmers might also worsen this limited food supply. In this research, the computational plant model (called virtual model) of the above-land Basil plant (Ocimum Basillicum P.) was proposed. The Basil plant that is taken as a research object is specific. It is a plant growing in a hydroponic environment. By using structural and functional plant model (FSPM) and simple mathematical and statistical methods, the constructed model was able to portray the growth pattern of each plant organ morphologically and biologically. The development and growth patterns of each plant organ (i.e., stem, petiole, leaves, etc.) are also depicted in detail and precisely. The model was quite novel. It practically can be exploited by agronomists and researchers to see the potential effort in optimizing the plant's yield.
