The Constitutional Court of The Republic of Indonesia is an institution which has authority to judge and examine constitutions. In this institution, each component has responsibility to manage their own finance and budgeting. Based on this case, they need a solution to summarize the amount and absorption of the budget in every component. This paper proposes a solution to design a data warehouse model to process and analyse the down payment administration data. The nine steps design methodology for developing data warehouse is implemented in this work. This paper aims to bring some benefit for The Constitutional Court, especially in form of information about down payment absorption for every component each year. The result is presented in form of pdf report and informative dashboard using data warehouse tools. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This research aims to design and implement a home security system with the capability for human detection. The traditional home security system, i.e. closed circuit television (CCTV) can only capture and record the video without able to give warning feedback if there is any suspicious object. Therefore, an additional object detection and warning method is required if there is an intruder. The proposed design is implemented using Raspberry Pi 3 and Arduino, which are connected by USB cable. The PIR sensor is installed on the Arduino and the webcam is mounted on Raspberry Pi 3. The Raspberry Pi 3 is used to process inputs from received sensors and process images for human detection. The PIR sensor detects the movement around the sensor to activate the webcam to capture a picture. Then, the object recognition is performed using histogram of gradient (HoG) and support vector machine (SVM) to detect the suspicious object. If the suspicious object is detected, then alarm is activated to warn the house owner about the existence of intruder. The evaluation results show that it takes in average 2 seconds for proposed system to detect the intruder. It also shows that the system can successfully detects the intruder with accuracy of 89%. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Wind power has been experiencing a quick improvement. Without a doubt, wind is a variable asset that is hard to forecast. For instance, traditionally time series, extra holds are distributed to deal with this uncertainty. This paper presents a comparison of the performance of various Support Vector Regression (SVR) applied to short-term wind power forecasting. The analogy with BORUTA and multivariate adaptive regression splines (MARS) as judge best input and employ genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization to find best parameter in Support Vector Regression with robust lost function. We measure the accuracy of this models by Symmetric means absolute percentage error (sMAPE) and we get the best model BORUTA-SVR-PSO with sMAPE 2.07155%. Moreover, we measure the energy conversion using Feedback Linearization Control (FLC). © International Association of Engineers.

Weeds are one of the organisms that interfere with plant growth. Information about the identity of weeds becomes very important on plantations. Although weeds data digitization has been done a lot, currently there is still not much weeds data information system can be accessed online. Weeds management is often dealt with weeds herbarium or weeds photographs. In an effort to provide a good information system for farmers, this research aims to create a database of various types of weeds and an information system that can be accessed online. The methodology for developing a weed catalog information system uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Weed samples in database were collected through systematic random sampling in the form of images and text. The result of this study is a Weeds Electronic Catalog or Weeds e-Catalog that can facilitate the information of weeds identity such as names, classifications, morphology, life cycles, and habitats of various types of weeds that grow on plantation land. Weeds e-Catalog can be used by plantation practitioners and farmers to make decisions in controlling weeds.

Wireless technology gradual growth in the latest years has facilitated it to bridge its applications operated extensively in many types of industry. Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology brings several benefits over traditional wired technology by reason of the lower cost, immense flexibility escalation, and scalability which is able to be obtained from the old-style one. However, in its application WSN still experience some constraints on resource limitations in the form: processor, memory and energy, and any more challenges that related to availability, reliability and security. Based on its benefits, limitation, and challenges, and also three systematic stages, the review study was performed. The result of study was portrayed in this paper. It is regarding investigation result of hybrid cryptography (HC, as one of defense methods) realized for WSN to methodically increase the security level and decrease the resources usage. The result concluded that HC was proven in escalating the security defense level and downgrading the resources use on WSN compared to symmetric and asymmetric algorithms. © 2018 IEEE.

In daily banking customer queues, unknown waiting-time could lower customer experience. Little's Law formula in Queue Theory provides a generic formula for waiting-time, but it cannot be implemented directly to give finite wait-time estimation in real-life. This study aims to investigate predictive variables that explain waiting-time duration. This paper uses Fast Artificial Neural Network engine to implement Artificial Neural Networks method. To train Artificial Neural Networks, Resilient Propagation was used. Time-series approach and structural approach for input neuron was compared. Average duration from previous interval and number of server was proposed to increase structural variable like Queue Length and Head of Line Duration estimator variable. To determine the best configuration for number of neuron in input and hidden layer, experimental method was used. The results of this study show that structural approach provides better estimation than time-series approach. Furthermore, modified helper variable combination provides a more refined result. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

The explosive spread of Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) in late December 2019, requires the health authorities worldwide to enforced stricter standard operating procedures (SOP) for mass gathering events, which eventually caused postponement and cancellation. This has led to a great loss and bankruptcy for most event organizers. As an effort to offer solution to this matter, a professional touch producing “soft landing” such as “Mathematical Modelling of Physical Distancing Policy for Mass Gathering Event Organizer” was proposed. Therefore, a holistic understanding about the issues related to physical distancing in mass gathering event is required. This systematic review paper summarizes current practice of physical distancing among mass gathering event organizers. This study reviewed thirteen articles using two leading databases namely Scopus and Google Scholar. Based on thematic analysis, this review finalized four themes: 1) physical distancing method; 2) the importance of physical distancing; 3) challenges in physical distancing enforcement and 4) approach to monitor the compliance of physical distancing.

Fiber optic is a transmission medium which is currently the most good for data transmits, because it also can be transmitted even voice and video. In most cases a fiber optic network has been implemented using clustering method, where this method assumed inefficient due to the utilization of fiber optic that is not maximized, and the numbers of the Distribution Point used is more. Thus, this paper proposed new design using Voronoi diagrams in selecting the strategic location of the Distribution Point. By utilizing an image from Google map and html code, we created polygons of Voronoi based on the coordinate point of the candidate's location. The results are getting a value reduction/efficiency in context the use of the Distribution Point is 48%, reduction of unused fiber optics is from 171.23% to 39.72%, and cost efficiency is 50.39%. © 2018 The Authors. This article will be described replication system of oracle database standard edition by utilizing traditional archived log, because in this database version doesn't have replication feature like in oracle database enterprise edition. The research methodology which being used by this research are data collection, analysis, and design. Literature study is used for data collection methods. Analyze current replication system such as data-guard and Golden-gate are used for analysis methods. Design is method by development of prototype application to run extract, transport and recovery function for source and target database. The result of this research is a replicator application prototype for oracle database standard edition by utilizing traditional archived log was created by transaction at database. The conclusions of this are replication performance by utilizing traditional archived log has quite similarly function compared by data-guard that exist in Oracle enterprise edition in terms of data replication. © 2018 The Authors. The problem with telecommunications companies today is that transactional data is more extensive than existing source tables. This makes business reporting less efficient and overwhelms query processing results in data warehouses so that they do not meet business requirements. The fast and complex evolution of the digital world must be scalable to the data warehouse process, so that the authors implement it in the data warehouse using massive parallel processing (MPP) with the Greenplum database, so that business users can get reports faster and more optimally. This case study explains how the MPP system implements and measures the performance of the Greenplum database by performing complex queries in the data warehouse with parallel processing. Therefore, this case study analyzes whether the use of MPP systems can measure the scalability of throughput and the response time in the data warehouse so that system performance in the Greenplum database remains stable for daily, weekly, and monthly operations. © 2018 The Authors.
