Depression affects a significant number of people, and it has a significant impact not only on their lives but also on society as a whole. In light of this, we require more advanced methods that are capable of locating individuals who are depressed in a timely and accurate manner. This research investigates the effectiveness of Long Short-Term Mem- ory (LSTM) networks used in conjunction with DistilBERT, a small transformer-based model, in identifying indications of melancholy in posts made on social networking platforms. The text was cleaned up using a dataset that was obtained from Reddit, and then we used the mixed DistilBERT+LSTM model to evaluate how well it performed in comparison to the DistilBERT model by itself. The findings that we obtained indicate that both approaches produce results that are comparable but not flawless, with only slight variations in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 scores. The fact that this is the case demonstrates that there are issues with optimizing the model and displaying the data. © 2024 IEEE.

Text summarization is a natural language processing (NLP) technique in artificial intelligence that has been studied in recent years. Every document containing text is tested to get a good summary result. In producing a good summary, proper accuracy is required;therefore, various techniques and methods are used, and another challenge is the use of language in the documents being tested. Various types of documents have been used as research for text summarization, including scientific documents, so researchers are interested in studying them more intensely to get the state of the art in research. This research was conducted to review previous research using literature studies from various publications that published research on text summarization in scientific documents. The researcher collected data from several publishers who had published this type of research from 1988 to 2023 quarter 1 and obtained three hundred and eleven articles, then the researcher analyzed the data using the Kitchenham method to get the right literature to answer the research question. Thirty-seven articles were selected for further in-depth analysis. In addition, the researcher found some interesting findings beyond the research question, including other techniques used to solve the text summarization problem and other types of output that are not commonly produced so that it can increase knowledge in researching text summarization. © 2023 IEEE.

Because financial time series forecasting is sensitive to political, economic, and social factors, it is not a simple task. As a result, those who make investments in currency exchange and financial markets typically search for reliable models that can guarantee they will maximize their profile and minimize their losses. Fortunately, many studies have used a method from Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) called Backpropagation, could improve the predictive accuracy of the behavior of the financial data over time. This paper aims to forecast stock share prediction from closing value of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, and PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. The results show that the using Backpropagation gives the closest result. And for the rating of judgement for cast accuracy, it exceeded 10% accuracy, which means high accurate from the prediction. For further checking, comparing the results of research from Victor's results, it almost hits the same accuracy percentage. Which means, these prediction are accurate enough to do time series forecasting. © 2023 IEEE.

The problems that exist in the field of art and culture preservation experienced by the arts and culture community side are the limitations on physical facilities for disseminating works, exchanging information between arts and culture communities, as well as the need to increase professionalism so that they can be independent in order to help improve the economy, where the role of regulation in this regard also affects this condition. Based on the facts above, this community requires an interaction model that is integrated with the use of information technology. This study uses a Soft System Methodology approach to create a model that is suitable for the arts and cultural community. The result is an ICI-based conceptual model for a local culture community. Batik is an Indonesian world cultural heritage. Batik consists of many kinds of patterns depending on where the batik comes from, Batik-making techniques continue to develop along with technology development. Among the batik making techniques that are widely used are hand-written, stamping, and printing. Batik motifs have been widely used as research material, especially in the field of artificial intelligence. The diverse appearance of batik motifs has attracted many researchers to carry out research on making synthetic batik patterns, one of which uses a Generative Adversarial Network. This paper presents a synthetic batik pattern model based on the Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network with Gradient Penalty. This model has been proven to create new synthetic batik patterns quite well and almost identical with images provided in the dataset, with the notes if the dataset provided is large. © 2023 IEEE.

Blockchain, Metaverse & NFT are technologies that were booming during the Pandemic. As a derivative product of blockchain, the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is one of the technologies that has attracted the most interest from investors and the public because of its potential benefits and has always been closely associated with the Metaverse as a main purposes research of the NFTs. This paper is to explore the possibilities and provide an overview of the current use of NFT technology so that it can provide insight for further research & gap with the big picture that it is trying to present in this paper. However, after exploring further related to NFT in this research, it was found that the problem that most people are trying to solve through NFT is related to the topic of Decentralization & Web3 not as a Metaverse main backbone. © 2023 IEEE.

Nowadays, many people are starting to care about early investment. One of the most popular investments lately, especially for millennials, is a stock investment. In investing, there are advantages and risks of loss. One way to reduce the risk of loss is by using price predictions before investing in stocks. This paper proposes the use of deep learning in making stock predictions. We conducted research by calculating the performance of six deep-learning algorithms to predict stock closing prices. The application of the CNN-LSTM-GRU hybrid algorithm combination produces the best performance compared to other methods, based on the value: Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) decreased by 1.100 by 14%, Mean Absolute Error (MAE) was successfully reduced by 0.798 by 13.4%, and R Square increased by 0.957 by 3.9%. In predicting stock prices on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, especially in the energy sector, CNN-LSTM-GRU is more appropriate for investors than using a single algorithm to make decisions in investing in stocks.. © 2023 IEEE.

Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance. © 2023 IEEE.

The use of technology nowadays does not feel strange. Everyday people who use technology for their daily needs, starting with each other, seeking knowledge, can even earn income by doing business using technology. Social media is a tool that can be used by people to become with each other by creating, sharing, and exchanging information virtually through a network. However, in the current era, the notion of social media is not only about exchanging information, but also to support business products. The problem is how to compete tightly in this modern era in increasing the selling value of business products. The positive impact of social media for sales in business products are huge such as, increase sales, increase product promotion, greater market distribution. On the other side, the negative impact also takes part such as, the more competitors, the products compete fiercely in the market. This research aims to identify more the impact of social media on sales of business products that focused on business, benefit, and factor. The rise of blockchain technology and smart contracts has brought widespread attention due to their capacity to transform multiple industrial sectors through decentralized, transparent, secure transactions. However, despite their promise to revolutionize various fields worldwide, lingering concerns regarding security risks impede their adoption rate. Addressing these concerns is crucial now more than ever;therefore, we conducted a comprehensive literature review within our study's scope that focused on published papers between 2014-2023 centered around security risks concerning blockchain and smart contracts. Our systematic approach using the PRISMA checklist analyzed nine categorized research model-based primary studies while recognizing vulnerabilities in smart contract development and providing best practices to mitigate such issues. These findings benefit both researchers and practitioners as they showcase how acknowledging these vulnerabilities can further develop into exploring more significant aspects of blockchain technology's security issues and smart contract development processes. Our study contributes significantly by expanding knowledge in this field while providing novel insights valuable for individuals involved in designing or implementing blockchain technologies. © 2023 IEEE.
