The background of this research is the condition of the covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on online ticket sales. Meanwhile, when future of covid-19 pandemic is starting to become clearer, we are going to have a lot more infections but hopefully a lot fewer hospitalizations, people began to travel long distances that had been delayed by implementing health protocols. Airfare competition can influence the decision to buy airline tickets. Various things have been done to attract the attention of buyers. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research. Population in this research was people who have purchased plane tickets online during the covid-19 pandemic, and the sample were 113 respondents age between 15 and 64. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study using multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. It was concluded that price, promotion, and lifestyle variables can influence online purchasing decisions. © 2023 IEEE.

Since the emergence of Pokémon Go in 2016, the world has been introduced to Augmented Reality (AR) games. Many IT companies have begun developing augmented reality (AR) games due to the great commercial potential in this industry. Certain products may have managed to remain viable in the market, while others were forced to close due to one or two factors. Since the emergence of Pokémon Go, no other game has managed to surpass its unprecedented success. The company responsible for developing Pokémon Go has decided to shut down one of their games due to a lack of consumer interest. The technology of augmented reality (AR) is consistently associated with the concept of immersion. Immersion is a key aspect of the game that allows users to deeply engage and feel fully involved in the experience. This study will employ a quantitative methodology, utilising a questionnaire that will be distributed to and completed by those who have engaged in augmented reality (AR) games. The data will be analysed using Smart PLS to examine the impact of user experience on immersion, which in turn influences intention. After gathering over 200 participants by spreading google form questionnaires and doing data analysis, the findings indicate that only a few aspects of user experience, namely Brand Experience and User Need Experience, have an impact on reasons. Niantic, the developer of Pokémon Go, was unable to replicate their success with a similar augmented reality game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The initial release occurred on June 21, 2019, and the shutdown took place on December 21, 2021. In the beginning, they shown a profound enthusiasm for the game but were unable to sustain it, much as Pokémon Go. According to Niantic CEO John Hanke, the primary reason for the game's shutdown was its immersion. Classification of Indonesian crops is a critical task in developing farming and getting more understanding of agriculture. However, there is no clear task in classifying types of crops in Indonesia. Transfer learning has been used successfully in a variety of image classification applications. Thus, in this paper, we collected images of Indonesian crops from the internet randomly and proposed a classification by using transfer learning of deep learning with four pre-trained models: EffficientNetB0, ResNet18, VGG19, and AlexNet. In the experiment, augmentation techniques such as random horizontal flip, random vertical flip, and random affine were utilized to prevent the network from overfitting. The result found that EfficientNet-B0 outperformed other models with an accuracy of 82.55. Then, the model struggled to distinguish between crops in the same family. According to the results, although transfer learning can work well to classify images of Indonesian agricultural crops, some improvements are still required to address existing issues. © 2023 The Authors. A subscription movie streaming service from the United States, Netflix, has been present in Indonesia since 2016 and provides a wide variety of films without showing any single advertisements that can be viewed from anywhere, as long as there is access to the internet. Despite these advantages, many users have complained through the Google Play Store's comments column. Some of the common complaints include frequent buffering and connectivity issues, dissatisfaction with the limited selection of Indonesian movies, lack of subtitles for specific languages, or pricing concerns have also been raised. In this study developed two combined scenario methods using the InSet and SentiStrength-id dictionary to obtain better performance and compare them against independent InSet and SentiStrength-id. This study collected users' comments for the Netflix app in the Google Play Store as a dataset using web scraping techniques through the Google Collaboration tool. The dataset contains 3250 rows spanning the period from January 22, 2024, through June 6, 2024. To ensure proper processing of the text, data cleaning, lowercasing, normalization, tokenization, stemming, and stopwords removal are conducted. The results show that most user opinions are negative. The InSet dictionary has an accuracy of 92%, SentiStrength-id 78%, Combined scenario 1 is 87%, and scenario 2 reaches the highest among others which is 92.52%. © 2024 IEEE.

Operating a smart city is intricate and requires comprehensive management. Implementing a decision model is one effective and efficient method to address this complexity. This study seeks to systematically review articles to see the trends in the utilization of fuzzy logic methods and their combinations, particularly in a decision model that supports smart city operations. Through four stages, the study not only presents the bibliometric-based review findings to address specific inquiries but also produces an object-oriented model for review purposes. Based on 131 articles, the research trend indicates a linear growth in studies focusing on smart cities and decision models, with a particular emphasis on incorporating fuzzy logic models. Additionally, according to 9 deep-reviewed articles, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) emerges as a popular method often combined with the fuzzy logic method. As well, the object-oriented model for review purposes is developed with 19 interrelated objects. It is the main contribution of the study.

This research focuses on the use of machine learning methods, especially Random Forest, in designing tuberculosis drugs more effectively and efficiently. The research process begins with the creation of a QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) model using a dataset from ChEMBL that includes compounds with activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This model aims to predict the pIC50 value, which is an indicator of a compound's biological activity as a tuberculosis drug. The results of the Random Forest model showed high accuracy, which is 92%. This accuracy indicates that the model has a good ability in predicting the effectiveness of compounds against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. With this result, the developed model can be used as an auxiliary tool in the discovery of tuberculosis drugs and can be further developed to increase the effectiveness in drug research.

The increasing number of articles available in the digital library will require quite a long time and accuracy in sorting articles according to needs. The use of artificial neural networks in finding the right articles as needed through topic segmentation applications will helps this process in terms of speed and accuracy. Several neural network models used in segmentation topic applications include Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The Transformer model since its introduction in 2017 for Natural Language Processing (NLP) has a better level of accuracy compared to the RNN, CNN and LSTM models. Transformer model research for segmentation topic applications, especially articles in Indonesian language, is still very limited. This paper will discuss the use of the Transformer model in segmentation topic applications for Indonesian-language articles. The experimental results found that the accuracy produced by the Transformer model was higher than previous LSTM model with the WindowDiff value generated by the model proposed using Transformer is 0.249 and the LSTM baseline model is 0.363, while the while the Pk value generated by the proposed model is 0.279 and the LSTM baseline model is 0.394.

With the development of narcotics problems that continue to increase, the Indonesian Government responds through the Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) with data showing the condition of narcotics tends to grow every year and is followed by the number of assets of money laundering (ML) crimes against narcotics cases. One of the banks in Indonesia as a reporting party for suspicious financial transactions (SFT) has obstacles in detecting narcotics ML due to complex and rarely found patterns. Some previous studies conducted experiments using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost), and even a combination of both into Convolutional Extreme Gradient Boosting (ConvXGB), and improved model performance in several datasets. This paper designs a model using the ConvXGB algorithm by adopting the CNN architecture, LeNet-5, by applying several convolution layers and pooling layers as a baseline model for feature learning, and the XGBoost as feature classification. Three phases of research are the preprocessing phase by collecting data, transforming data, balancing data with a hybrid sampling technique, splitting data, and scaling data, followed by the implementation phase by creating a ConvXGB model, training and testing the model, then finally the evaluation phase by analyzing results and hyperparameter tuning. The dataset used is SFT from the bank during 2023. This ConvXGB has three convolution layers, a pooling layer, and a flattened layer. The performance test results are the accuracy value and F1-Score value of 99.11% each after hyperparameter tuning. By performing a hybrid model, the model performance results are better.

The challenges in the education sector are extensive, encompassing issues such as human resource selection, technology choice, and business procedure assessment. To address these challenges both academically and practically, decision models can be effectively utilized. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric review to examine the trends in the use of fuzzy logic and identify popular methods combined with fuzzy logic in the development and implementation of decision models in educational contexts. The review results were then used to design a generic education decision model using an object-oriented approach. Based on the analysis of 165 selected articles from the past decade and an in-depth review of 10 articles, the study found that the use of fuzzy logic is growing rapidly, following a tight exponential trend. Additionally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is frequently united with fuzzy logic in developing decision models. Consequently, an object-oriented decision model was designed, featuring 2 decision model blocks (i.e. selection and evaluation), 7 main objects, 9 use cases, and 5 human actors.

Examining topic-level variability in modeling Twitter data can potentially yield more comprehensive insights into public perception during critical periods, thereby enhancing natural disaster mitigation and surveillance efforts. In this study, we utilized generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) to illustrate the variability in tweet counts related to specific topics in Indonesia during the flood events that occurred in February 2021. The glmmTMB library in R was employed for this purpose. The data were assumed to follow two distinct exponential distributions: Poisson and Negative Binomial. To incorporate random effects, random intercepts and random slopes were introduced, allowing them to vary randomly across topics in the initial two models. Additionally, the final model addressed issues related to dispersion and zero-inflation. By evaluating the Akaike Information Criteria scores, we determined that a model based on the Negative Binomial distribution with random zero-inflation intercepts best fit the data. The chosen model formulation and the estimated parameters have the potential to forecast topic-specific trends in Indonesian flood-related Twitter data. © 2023 The Authors.
