The purpose of this study is to look for factors, indicators, and build a model of readiness for effective and efficient implementation in order to answer the problems that arise at PT XYZ related to the readiness of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation. The research method used is the method of collecting data by observing, interviewing, and distributing questionnaires to respondents using the CRM Value Chain theory as a conceptual framework and the research method used in this research is factor analysis to process data obtained from questionnaires. In this study managed to get new factors along with the constituent indicators of these factors as well as an ideal readiness model. It can be concluded that factors related to the readiness of implementing Customer Relationship Management among others are Customer Service Information, Customer Relations Value, Lack of Service and Communication.

We would like to measured the information system of Pamulang University library through the usability evaluation. The method in this study uses the adoption of the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) life cycle. Where the stages used consist of Evaluation of Existing Infrastructure Analysis, Capture Knowledge, Implementing the KM system, Evaluation. The steps taken are system analysis, knowledge mapping in the application, implementation results and evaluation using usability. The questionnaire was conducted on 20 respondents, including 10 students and 10 Pamulang University lecturers. The questionnaire was conducted in 3 categories namely effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with 10 questions each so that there were 60 questions and 3 linkers namely 4 if they all agreed, 2 if they did not know and 0 did not agree. The results of the SUMI questionnaire against the Library are 90; 75; 75; 87.5; 90; 75. The usability evaluation results are above average, meaning that the usability in the UNPAM Library system is already in the good category.

The role of climate can be affected by plants. The weather can accelerate and multiply the existence of various plant pests and diseases, accelerate the growth and development of grass among plants, and encourage the emergence of infection and significant damage to plants. The elements of climate that affect the growth of plants are one of them is rainfall. In this paper, we performed the simulation using the non-parametric penalized spline (PSPLINE) method and studied the effect on rice production in Lampung. It can be concluded that the increasing fluctuation, frequency, and intensity of climate anomalies in the last decade caused by the ENSO phenomenon have an impact on changes in distribution patterns, intensity, and period of the wet season so that the start of the rainy season and the dry season becomes too late. As a result, there is a seasonal shift from normal average conditions that can ultimately have severe implications for food crops. In a nutshell penalized spline gives high accuracy with R 2 = 96.227% and MAPE = 1.62%.

Optimization of coating parameters is important in the machining process, as an optimized coating layer enhances efficient machining result by providing high wear resistance, saving time and effort, reducing cost, increasing productivity and leading to extend tool life for better surface finish. In terms of tool wear resistance, tools with suitable film coating are forty times better than uncoated tools. Cutting tools are usually coated by Titanium Nitride (TiN), since it has properties such as resistance to wear and hardness resulting in increased cutting performance. Genetic algorithms (GAs) belong to the powerful artificial intelligence optimization family of evolutionary algorithm-based metaheuristic techniques. Since their inception, they have been successfully applied in numerous areas of industrial sectors as material design, tools coating and cutting, alloy design, and so on. In this research work, predicting thin film coating thickness of titanium nitride (TiN) on tungsten carbide (WC) inserts is presented. First, (WC) inserts were coated by TiN in different conditions using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), and the surface profilometer was used to measure thickness of the WC coated specimens. Second, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to generate the objective function which represents the process parameters and coating thickness. Third, using a fitness function model, GAs were established to optimize the thickness value of TiN layer with respect to changes in three process parameters, namely Nitrogen gas pressure (N2), Argon gas pressure (Ar), and Turntable Speed (TT). Finally, for performance measurement, three real experimental tests were carried out in terms of Prediction Interval (PI) and Residual Error (e) to validate the RSM model. The actual coating thickness of validation data fell within the 95% (PI) and the (e) values percentage were very low. Knowledge Management System (KMS) which includes knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and the application of that knowledge within the organization to create work effectiveness and efficiency by bringing pre-existing knowledge as a basis for decision-making and work guidelines. PT. XYZ Indonesia is a company engaged in the amino acid industry that has just implemented a Knowledge Management System (KMS) in early 2022. Competition between industries is very common in order to win business competition to get big profits. This success is highly dependent on human resources as businesspeople who run the company's wheels with the knowledge they have. Hiring employees from competitors is one of the fastest ways to get qualified and ready-to-use human resources. With a high employee turnover rate due to the increasing number of first-generation employees in the 1990s retiring, it is very necessary for company knowledge management to avoid loss of company knowledge. It takes knowledge transfer between employees for continuous work processes. The purpose of this study is to find out how business processes can run by implementing a Knowledge Management System (KMS). The results of the knowledge management analysis in the company found that there is a web-based KMS application that functions to maintain and protect data and information so that it is not damaged and lost. The company has implemented explicit knowledge transfer through the add-user database system, employee data input, and employee absence system. In addition, companies still need to improve KM in the form of pages that can add tacit knowledge and display tacit knowledge to accommodate knowledge from employees, so that employee performance can be maximized. Grabb mobile application is a tool that is often used by people to travel. Each will travel then grabb will be ordered and pickup in front of the house and delivered to the destination location according to the address written on the application. Much knowledge can be disseminated through this Grabb application. Among them Grabbb car when going to go using a car, grabbike, service and others. The method in this study uses the adoption of a knowledge management system life cycle (KMSLC). Where the stages used are consists of Analysis of Existing Infrastructure Evaluation, Knowledge Capture, Implement the KM system, Evaluation. The steps taken are system analysis, knowledge mapping in the application, the results of implementation and evaluation using usability with 10 respondents through the adoption of Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI). The results of SUMI's Usability are effectiveness with a value of 90, efficiency 70 and satisfaction 70. By looking at these results, the mobile grabb application is included in the good category because the value of usabililty is above average. He received a bachelor of electrical engineering degree from College of the City of New York in 1960. Mr. Stern joined Dynell Electronics Corporation in 1971 and became part of the Robotic Vision Systems Inc. staff at the time of its spin-off from Dynell. He was program manager of the various three-dimensional sensing and replication systems constructed by Dynell and Robotic Vision Systems. As program manager his responsibilities encompassed technical administrative and operational areas. The first two portrait sculpture studio systems and the first three replication systems built by Robotic Vision Systems Inc. were designed manufactured and operated under his direction. Before joining Dynell Mr. Stern was a senior engineer at Instrument Systems Corporation and chief engineer of the Special Products Division of General Instrument Corporation. Prior to these positions Mr. Stern was chief engineer of Edo Commercial Corporation. At General Instrument and Edo Commercial he was responsible for the design and manufacture of military and commercial avionics equipment. Mr. Stern is presently responsible for directing the systems design and development for all of the company's programs. Robert J. Metzger:is currently engineering group leader at Robotic Vision Systems Inc. He graduated summa cum laude from the Cooper Union in 1972 with a bachelor of electrical engineering degree. Ship's propellers are currently measured by manual procedures using pitchometers, templates and gauges. This measurement process is extremely tedious, labor intensive and time consuming. In an effort to provide increased accuracy, repeatability and cost effectiveness in propeller manufacture, an automated propeller optical measurement system (APOMS) has been built which rapidly and automatically scans an entire ship's propeller using a 3-D vision sensor. This equipment is integrated with a propeller robotic automated templating system (PRATS) and the propeller optical finishing system (PROFS) which robotically template and grind the propeller to its final shape, using the APOMS-derived data for control feedback. The optical scanning and the final shape are both controlled by CAD/CAM data files describing the desired propeller shape. An automated propeller balancing system is incorporated into the PROFS equipment. The APOMS/PRATS/PROFS equipment is expected to provide lower propeller manufacturing costs.

Nowadays, computer networks are widely used to exchange valuable and confidential data information between servers to computers or cellular devices. Access to user control and use of software or hardware as a firewall often experience security problems. Unauthorized access to information through computer networks continues to occur and tends to increase. This study examines the attack detection mechanism by using three data mining algorithms based on particle swarm optimization (PSO), namely PSO-K Nearest Neighbor, PSO-Random Forest, and PSO-Decision Tree in the Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity Dataset (CICIDS2017). The initial experiment showed that the approach using the PSO-RF method was able to produce the highest accuracy of attack detection. Accuracy values generated using the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 in the CICIDS2017 dataset are intact higher than other proposed algorithms. The highest accuracy of attack detection in the CICIDS2017 dataset is intact, which is 99.76%. In the CICIDS2017 dataset 50% Benign and 50% Attack it turns out that the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 also gets the highest accuracy value of 99.67%.

Metal-metal nanolaminates made by accumulative roll bonding (ARB) is a developing new class of structural nanocomposites that possesses high strength, good ductility, and can also be produced in bulk. These nanolaminates exhibit strong crystallographic textures and mechanical anisotropy. Yet, their mechanical properties are often measured only along rolling direction (RD). Using in situ pillar compression, we show that in-plane shear deformation mechanism in Cu(63 nm)/Nb(63 nm) ARB nanolaminate strongly depends on the shear direction. Plastic shear along the RD abruptly changes into crystallographic rotation and later into interface shear as the shear direction deviates away from the RD. The observed shear mechanisms are driven by competition between different slip systems in Cu layers and at the interface. We expect similar deformation anisotropy to happen in other ARB nanolaminates with sharp texture and interface orientation. Comprehensive characterization of such nanolaminates may require considering more than just the usual rolling/transverse/normal direction anisotropy. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 had a significant impact on the economy of a country. The development of the increasing number of investors spread across various regions is an obstacle to increasing its participation during the implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). Therefore, companies are required to be able to carry out digital transformation and follow technological developments, especially building an information technology infrastructure that accommodates the needs and makes it easier for shareholders to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) electronically or better known as e-GMS which is equipped with an e-proxy and e-voting platform. Increasing participation can have an impact on the quality of corporate governance, which can improve the quality of audits higher and have an impact on the level of internal control. On the other hand, the presence of monitoring from shareholders can significantly reduce the company's financial leverage.
