Grabb mobile application is a tool that is often used by people to travel. Each will travel then grabb will be ordered and pickup in front of the house and delivered to the destination location according to the address written on the application. Much knowledge can be disseminated through this Grabb application. Among them Grabbb car when going to go using a car, grabbike, service and others. The method in this study uses the adoption of a knowledge management system life cycle (KMSLC). Where the stages used are consists of Analysis of Existing Infrastructure Evaluation, Knowledge Capture, Implement the KM system, Evaluation. The steps taken are system analysis, knowledge mapping in the application, the results of implementation and evaluation using usability with 10 respondents through the adoption of Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI). The results of SUMI's Usability are effectiveness with a value of 90, efficiency 70 and satisfaction 70. By looking at these results, the mobile grabb application is included in the good category because the value of usabililty is above average. A post-publication change was made to this article on 20 Apr 2020 as the previously published article was a duplicate.

To develop a data entry application, one may use a general-purpose programming language, a domain-specific programming language for data entry, or end-user tools that offer no programming at all. The first two offer more flexibilities but greatly differ in complexities. General-purpose language is probably overkill for a simple data entry application. In order to be useful, domain-specific language should be as close as possible to the problem domain and still open to research. This paper presents Perkedel, a domain-specific programming language designed for data entry. It is inspired by spreadsheet concept and offers user interface definitions that resemble a paper-based data entry form. Spreadsheet is one of the most popular programming systems that has been around us for almost four decades and we argue that easy user interface definition is important. This results in writing source code for a data entry application that looks nothing like ordinary source code. This speeds up the development time, too. One of our respondents spent only five minutes to a develop a simple data entry application, compared to the fastest development time of 32 minutes using a generalpurpose language, for similar application. That way, we hope that Perkedel may add a little perk to data entry developer's life using this data entry language. © 2017 IEEE.

The development of Information Technology and Communications facilitate people running their daily lives. One of the important role in development is application development which is the main element in the development of technology. Due to this reason, it is required to have an application that would satisfy the criteria of standard qualities without any tolerance towards error and failure during process. This paper focused on the design of indicator that can be used in measuring qualities in application development, with Student Desk Portal at Bina Nusantara University used as case study is accessed by thousands of students each week. For this reason, the quality of the application is extremely important. The designed indicators are applied in the development of 35 modules in the Student Desk Portal application. The result shows that after applying the designed indicators in the application development, the number of bugs and errors found in the implementation drastically reduced from 43% to 23%. © 2018 The Author(s).

Congestion in Jakarta is a chronic problem and is still being sought. The growing city of Jakarta is facing various international events, increasing the complexity of these congestion problems. This research is aimed to propose an alternative solution for congestion problem in Jakarta using Cased-Based Reasoning (CBR) approach on Pejompongan area. The CBR integrated model analyzes congestion at a given point in a particular hour to identify the same case. The Cased-Based Management (CBM) algorithm approach is used to capture transient problems and ultimately reduce case base cases for their contribution to long-term maintenance. Congestion data is obtained from CCTV cameras via website *** in some strategic areas. With that data, we use CBR's integrated model to adjust traffic time for traffic flow to be optimized so that congestion will decompose. The results of this study can be used by relevant government agencies and policymakers in Jakarta to formulate the best solution to solve the congestion problem in the Indonesian capital. Image analysis at nights and bad weather conditions become a limitation and also the integration with traffic lights control in this paper that can be a new topic for further research. © 2018 IEEE.

Rodent tuber is a potential plant which can be developed as an anticancer drug. The rodent tuber plant has a low anticancer compound which does not have an economic value to be utilized on an industrial scale, particularly to explore as an anticancer drug. The material plant was used 30 clones of Rodent Tuber Pekalongan to increase its bioactive compounds using a combination of in vitro culture with gamma-ray irradiation. The selection process has been done until the 8th generation and obtained 14 somaclonal mutants that have higher bioactive compounds than control plant (non-mutant). This study aimed to analyze the genetic variation of 14 somaclonal mutants of rodent tuber using RAPD with 14 primers. The results were produced 513 total bands with the size of 200-5000 bp and 380 polymorphic bands between somaclonal mutants. OPB-18 primer produced the most polymorphic bands and five specific polymorphic bands of 1336 bp, 1070 bp, 901 bp, 861 bp and 728 bp in the somaclonal mutant M23 (20-4-2-1-1-1). OPD-20 primer produced seven specific polymorphic bands of 1574 bp, 1557 bp, 1501 bp, 1496 bp, 1234 bp, 1229 bp and 1086 bp in the M23 somaclonal mutant. The phylogenetic analysis showed that there were two main groups with the coefficient similarity between 0.77 and 0.83. The highest genetic variation obtained was found in the M23 somaclonal mutant with a genetic difference of 23% compared with control. There are five somaclonal mutants (M24, M22, M21, M16, M14) that have a genetic variation of up to 22% over the control. This study shows that OPB-18 and OPD-20 primers were efficient in detecting somaclonal mutant variants. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

Plagiarism in the education sector is as serious issues. In 2015 Indonesia ministry of research, technology and higher education stated to eradicate the plagiarism, and after 2 years the similar statement by Indonesia ministry of research, technology, and higher education. The plagiarism becomes the serious program by the ministry. The plagiarism in higher education happened, the faculty member or even a professor found did the plagiarism. Therefore, this paper research conducted using descriptive analysis methodology to elaborate on deep the correlation plagiarism variables. Hence, warding off the plagiarism might possible to perform using the applications. The aim of this research to find the correlation variables that might use to ward off the plagiarism in the future. The very interesting result from 15 questioners and the report shows there are several significant correlation variables of the plagiarism. © 2018 IEEE.

Tacit knowledge has not been revealed in an explicit and structured form, the low motivation of people to seek new knowledge from tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. It takes a place that can channel the hidden knowledge into new knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to find out the mapping of community learning in informal education to support learning communities. Some of the previous studies of Learning Community were able to create smart, skilled, independent and competitiveness communities with learning programs at formal education. The internet community and media make a distance not an obstacle for people who exchange ideas. The power of bonding makes people help each other like families who have the same responsibilities. Community-based learning becomes an alternative in the future, where conventional learning will gradually be abandoned. Learning Community in the context of informal education is an alternative for busy individuals and it is difficult to find time to share knowledge. The method used is by survey method by defining the scope in detail, and determining the research question; do a search that involves selecting literary sources based on keywords, and determine inclusion and exclusion criteria to sort the types of references for further exploration. Community-based learning has unique things related to the learning process that is not possessed by formal education, among others, the interaction between community members, collaboration in sharing knowledge, quick feedback in solving problems, and self-reflection that often expresses opinions. unthinkable, the creation of actualization, problem-solving and learning by doing as well as learning community learning can also be done with experience-based learning.

This article aims to proposed framework an Intelligent Recommender System (IRS) for students in higher education institutions. This conceptual framework includes problems in predicting student performance, the possibility of graduating on time, and recommends choosing subjects according to performance, and career interests, which are useful for assisting pedagogical interventions in future student development. The success in the development and implementation of the proposed IRS framework is inseparable from using data mining and machine learning techniques in predicting and providing recommendations. Data analysis consisted of clustering techniques, association rules, and classification using Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes, and k-Nearest Neighbour (k-NN). These techniques are used to solve problems related to students and to provide appropriate recommendations. The result is an IRS conceptual framework for the college student that can be used as smart agents to provide student guidance and suggestions to support the process of education in higher education.

The research purpose is to create a hypermedia driven API for learning object management. The research focuses on conception, design, implementation and evaluation of the learning object management hypermedia API. The hypermedia API was designed based on learning object models, hypermedia concepts, and related studies. Learning object model can be represented and manipulated as a hypermedia resource. It contains page resources with text and links to multimedia elements. The hypermedia API was designed using UML and represented in HTML5 because of its rich affordance. The implementation and evaluation phase were conducted by testing the API using three different client’s software to prove the concept of hypermedia as the engine of application state for managing learning objects. The results show that the hypermedia API for learning object management is accessible, consistent, and discoverable by heterogonous client applications.

The rise of mobile application is inevitable. Every year, the number of mobile application is increased. It is important for mobile application project owners to calculate the required resources before building a mobile application. In software metric, Use Case Points method is able to count software size of mobile application based on their functionality. This method utilizes use case diagram as their computation factors in the estimation process. Moreover, two other complexity factors are also considered in this method, which are: Technical Complexity Factor and Environment Factor. In this paper, we present software size calculation of QuestDone Mobile Application using 7 steps use case points method. QuestDone has been implemented, but we do not know its software size (i.e. how big the software, how much it cost, how many people is needed). As the result from use case points method, the Use Case Points value of QuestDone is 126.88 with Effort Estimation equal to 889 hours. The software size estimation process of QuestDone Mobile Application detailed in this paper can give an insight to project owners to count software size of other similar projects. © 2017 IEEE.
