Customer complaints are an important aspect in the business world. Every company must face complaints from its customers, whether related to unsatisfactory products, services or experiences. Customer complaints are a sign of unmet needs or expectations. A customer service person is tasked with serving questions asked by customers or consumers. The purpose of this research is to classify types of complaints to help customer service. The classification carried out is in binary form, namely disputed or not. This research compares several machine learning algorithms for classification of customer questions into appropriate categories for more efficient responses. Based on evaluation metrics, the F1 Score light gradient boosting machine (LGBM) is the best model compared to Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB), Logistic Regression (LR), SVM (Support Vector Machine), and EXTC (Extra Tree Classifier).

An information system is an important part in an organization to support business processes and to achieve its vision and mission. The information system nowadays has been one of the assets that ought to be protected by an organization. The Department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics has the information system supporting its various operational activities. In order to protect the information system, OCTAVE-S method as the management method is used. This research investigates the novel application of Dynamic Game Balancing (DGB) techniques in the context of a hybrid chess-survival roguelike game, a unique combination of genres not widely explored in previous studies. The study addresses two primary research questions: the identification of suitable DGB techniques for these genres and the enhancement of user experience through DGB. A game prototype was developed using Unity, where players control a chess knight in a turn-based system, facing increasingly challenging enemy pieces. The DGB system dynamically adjusts the game's difficulty based on player performance, utilizing various inputs such as damage received or dealt, health points, powerup usage, and decision speed. Preliminary results from 14 beta-testers show overall positive feedback, with players reporting higher engagement and enjoyment due to the seamless difficulty adjustments, as reflected by the high mean scores from surveys like the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). This research fills a gap in the literature by demonstrating the feasibility and benefits of integrating DGB in a chess-survival roguelike setting. These findings highlight the potential for DGB to significantly improve player experience in hybrid game genres, suggesting that its application can create more adaptive and immersive gaming environments in various other genres as well.

One of the most popular technologies nowadays is augmented reality (AR). popular technologies in various industries. Many industries have adopted this AR technology, one of which is with the aim of marketing the products offered to their customers. With more and more adopting this technology, retailers are also using it. The goal of this research is to determine out what important variables are often encountered in the application of AR technology. A qualitative technique is used in this study, as well as a Systematic Literature Review Prism approach. The result are 56 papers, 35 candidate papers and 26 papers were selected. We examine where and how in retail, augmented reality (AR) is used, the aspects of Augmented reality technology that are frequently examined, and the psychological and behavioral effects that AR can have. © 2022 IEEE.

The process of using ICT to provide services to the public is known as the Indonesian e-Government system, or Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). The e-Government initiative in Jakarta Provincial Health Office involves enhancing collaboration among public health entities for efficient data exchange and streamlined processes, especially between the Provincial and District Health Offices, public hospitals, government clinics, and primary health care centers (Puskesmas). Achieving interoperability requires standardized protocols and a well-defined architectural model to integrate data seamlessly. This study presents a provincial-level architectural model focused on improving electronic health records interoperability, aiming to promote the adoption of the national Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) health information exchange platform and enhance the integrity of health data in Jakarta. The study methodology involves conducting literature reviews, observations, and discussions with representatives from healthcare facilities to develop the e-Government architecture model and prototype of the infrastructure layer aiming to facilitate the interoperability of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) across 93 healthcare facilities, all of which are part of the SPBE users. © 2024 IEEE.

Water is an important substance for the human body. Clean water is important for not just the human body, but also for the environment. In this paper, Prisma is used to filter many of the reference paper where the paper left are used for the research. Machine learning is one of many ways to predict water quality. Using algorithms to process large amounts of data and patterns, water quality can be predicted. Prediction on water temperature, pH, and others can be used to find bad quality water and potentially find the cure for it. There are also different kinds of environment in predicting water quality, where depending on the environment certain machine learning method is better than the others. This paper contains machine learning methods, water parameters, and areas of water for water quality prediction. © 2023 IEEE.

The long COVID-19 pandemic has limited the activities of Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) such as environment cleaning, repair of RPTRA infrastructure, learning and others, as well as the lack of public awareness about the existence and importance of RPTRA to the public and foreign tourists encouraging the RPTRA to make changes in the dissemination of information about the activities carried out in the RPTRA through the use of technology to survive and grow even during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The methodology used in this research is Group Discussion Forum with the administrators of the RPTRA Maya ASRI 13 to learn about the needs and expectations of the RPTRA administrators regarding the web portal to be built. Then, the implementation of the conceptual model, development, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the RPTRA information web portal was carried out. The contribution in this research is to implement a conceptual model on the information portal built on the platform of the Website with the PHP framework, which is then evaluated on the results of the pre-test and post-test about RPTRA the Wilcoxon-Signed Rank Test to test the effectiveness of the information web portal for general users. The results obtained from these tests indicate that the RPTRA Information Web Portal can help the public learn more about the existence of RPTRA Maya Asri 13. © 2022 The Authors. Currently, Indonesia and the whole world are being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on various fields of life. It affects all sectors, including the education sector. The government through the Ministry of Education and Culture makes a policy in education in terms of the learning process. Teaching and learning activities that were initially carried out face to face become distance learning which was carried out at home. In this study, a systematic literature review is conducted on automatic assessment of essay answers. Various previous studies discuss the essay answer scoring system that has been developed using various methods. We synthesize the results to enrich our understanding of the automated essay exam scoring system. The expected result of this research is that it can contribute to further research related to the automated essay exam scoring system, especially in terms of considering methods and dataset forms.

This paper reviews the latest trends and challenges in implementing digital twin technology. A digital twin is a tool used in various industries to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enable advanced analysis. The review involved searching major research databases and search engines for articles published between 2018 and 2023. The findings reveal several important trends, including the development of different types of digital twin dimensions, each with its own advantages and limitations. The benefits of digital twin implementation include improved decision-making, increased productivity, and operational efficiency. However, there are challenges, such as data integration, security and privacy concerns, a lack of standardization, and the need for experts to effectively design and operate digital twins. The implications of these trends and challenges are discussed regarding their impact on the successful adoption and implementation of digital twin technology. The review also highlights the need to address these challenges and explore new approaches for maximizing the benefits of digital twin technology. Overall, this comprehensive review is a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and organizations seeking to understand the current landscape, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions when implementing digital twin technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Depression affects a significant number of people, and it has a significant impact not only on their lives but also on society as a whole. In light of this, we require more advanced methods that are capable of locating individuals who are depressed in a timely and accurate manner. This research investigates the effectiveness of Long Short-Term Mem- ory (LSTM) networks used in conjunction with DistilBERT, a small transformer-based model, in identifying indications of melancholy in posts made on social networking platforms. The text was cleaned up using a dataset that was obtained from Reddit, and then we used the mixed DistilBERT+LSTM model to evaluate how well it performed in comparison to the DistilBERT model by itself. The findings that we obtained indicate that both approaches produce results that are comparable but not flawless, with only slight variations in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 scores. The fact that this is the case demonstrates that there are issues with optimizing the model and displaying the data. © 2024 IEEE.
