In the view of the DV-Hop positioning algorithm which relies on the distance vector and beacon nodes, several aspects are improved: the average hop distance and hop count are corrected;a method to detect the abnormal distribution of beacon nodes is used to avoid the influence of the abnormal distribution on the positioning performance. The proposed algorithm is simple and effective. We propose an efficient entanglement concentration protocol （ECP） based on electron-spin cluster states assisted with single electrons. In the ECP, we adopt the electron polarization beam splitter （PBS） and the charge detector to construct the quantum nondemolition measurement. According to the result of the measurement of the charge detection, we can ultimately obtain the maximally entangled cluster states. Moreover, the discarded items can be reused in the next round to reach a high success probability. This ECP may be useful in current solid quantum computation.

Since the temporal and spatial correlations of sensor readings are existent in wireless sensor networks (WSNs), this paper develops a clustered spatio-temporal compression scheme by integrating network coding (NC) and compressed sensing (CS) for correlated data. The proper selections of NC coefficients and measurement matrix are designed for this scheme. This design guarantees the reconstruction of clustered compression data successfully with an overwhelming probability and unifies the operations of NC and CS into real field successfully. Moreover, in contrast to other spatio-temporal schemes with the same computational complexity, the proposed scheme possesses lower reconstruction error by employing the independent encoding in each sensor node (including the cluster head nodes) and joint decoding in sink node. At the same time it has lower computational complexity as compared with JSM-based spatio-temporal scheme by exploiting the temporal and spatial correlations of original sensing data step by step. Finally, the simulation results verify that the clustered spatio-temporal compression scheme outperforms the other two compression schemes significantly in terms of recovery error and compression gain.

In order to take advantage of the asynchronous sensing information, alleviate the sensing overhead of secondary users （SUs） and improve the detection performance, a sensor node-assisted asynchronous cooperative spectrum sensing （SN-ACSS） scheme for cognitive radio （CR） network （CRN） was proposed. In SN-ACSS, each SU is surrounded by sensor nodes （SNs）, which asynchronously make hard decisions and soft decisions based on the Bayesian fusion rule instead of the SU. The SU combines these soft decisions and makes the local soft decision. Finally, the fusion center （FC） fuses the local soft decisions transmitted from SUs with different weight coefficients to attain the final soft decision. Besides, the impact of the statistics of licensed band occupancy on detection performance and the fact that different SNs have different sensing contributions are also considered in SN-ACSS scheme. Numerical results show that compared with the conventional synchronous cooperative spectrum sensing （SCSS） and the existing ACSS schemes, SN-ACSS algorithm achieves a better detection performance and lower cost with the same number of SNs.

An entangled coherent state （ECS） is one type of entanglement, which is widely discussed in the application of quan- tum information processing （QIP）. In this paper, we propose an entanglement concentration protocol （ECP） to distill the maximally entangled W-type ECS from the partially entangled W-type ECS. In the ECP, we adopt the balanced beam split- ter （BS） to make the parity check measurement. Our ECP is quite different from the conventional ECPs. After performing the ECP, not only can we obtain the maximally entangled ECS with some success probability, but also we can increase the amplitude of the coherent state. Therefore, it is especially useful in long-distance quantum communication, if the photon loss is considered.

This paper focuses on decode-and-forward (DF) OFDM full duplex relaying (FDR) systems with multiple relays, where residual loop interference is taken into account. Closed-form and high-SNR approximate expressions for the outage probability are derived. Simulations are carried out to validate the derived outage performance and compare the performance of OFDM FDR with that of OFDM half duplex relaying (HDR) systems.

It is well known that most wireless channels are sparse. The channel impulse responses (CIRs) of certain size antenna array have a partially shared support due to the spatial correlation. Moreover, the CIRs during adjacent symbols have a common support due to the temporal correlation. In this paper, we propose a novel compressed channel estimation scheme for the uplink massive multi-input multi-out (MIMO) systems based on the assumption of time division duplexing (TDD) mode by exploiting the above mentioned temporal and spatial correlations. Then a joint subspace pursuit (JSP) algorithm is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate the proposed scheme using the JSP algorithm outperforms the classical channel estimation techniques.

After wormhole attacks the routing mechanism of wireless sensor network (WSN) is damaged, then the hop count and distance between nodes cannot be well matched, so that the WSN becomes the anisotropic sensor network, resulting in security treats for WSN. Considering that wormhole attacks can cause the changing of node connectivity, through the theoretical analysis and derivation, the paper has proposed a method which detects wormhole attacks with the connected relation of high connectivity nodes, and optimizes routing with the help of the normal nodes outside the wormhole. Simulation results show that the algorithm can well detect wormhole attacks and has better localization accuracy In addition, the effect is more obvious in the case of the wormhole nodes with large communication radius and long distance.

As a new software paradigm, cloud computing provides services dynamically according to user requirements. However, it is difficult to control personal privacy information because of the opening, virtualization, multi-tenancy and service outsourcing characters. Therefore, how to protect user privacy information has become a research focus. In this paper, we propose requirement-oriented privacy protection theory analysis architecture and implementation platform. Firstly, the theory analysis architecture is depicted as layers, and we analyze the function and key technologies of every layer. Secondly, we address the privacy property description method with ontology and description logic, and then analyze the theory modules of privacy items conflict checking layer, privacy policy negotiation layer and privacy agreement forensics layer. Thirdly, according to theory architecture, we design the implementation platform of requirement-oriented privacy protection, and discuss the function and workflow. In the end, we conclude and point out the future work. © 2015 Engineering and technology Publishing.

Nano-Ag incorporated hydroxyapatite/titania （HA/TiO2） coatings were deposited on Ti6A14V substrates by the plasma electrolytic oxidation process. Compared with the substrate, the deposited coatings display attractive mechani- cal and biomedical properties. First, the coatings have stronger wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Second, they show a strong antibacterial ability. The mean vitality of the P. gingivalis on the coating surfaces is reduced to about 21%. Third, the coatings have good biocompatibility. The mean viability of the fibroblast cells on the coating surface is increased to about 130%. With these attractive properties, Ag incorporated HA/TiO2 coatings may be useful in the biomedical field.
