Global mapping of scientific information exchange using altmetric data

This study seeks to provide new insights into a hidden pattern in the cross-national scholarly network structure from an altmetric perspective. We investigate and visualize the dynamic and complex nature of altmetric-based referrals using a social network algorithm that measures societal use (via Twitter) and scientific impact (via Mendeley). We also use a variety of network indices and a QAP (quadratic assignment procedure) to validate the structural relationships between inter-country sharing networks. Finally, we identify several groups including Asia, Europe, and North America through a transcontinental sharing analysis. The findings suggest that policymakers need to track the international routes of word-of-mouth, which constitute socially mediated data-sharing, regarding scientific publications. © 2018, Springer Nature B.V.

The advancement of mobile communication technology with entrepreneurial minds is advancing, and its use is increasingly playing an important role in business, marketing, and life. However, there are not many studies that focus on the role of mobile communication in the business world, especially those that focus on marketing. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the status of research and the relationship between mobile communication in the field of marketing. The method used in this research is systematic literature review using the PRISMA protocol, involving 29 articles. Through quantitative analysis, we found that many years of article publication occurred mostly in 2020 due to the development of 5G technology. Australia is the largest article producing country in the world because many researchers are trying to examine public acceptance of mobile communication technology. The use of mobile communication is also mostly used in the marketing and segmentation processes in multilevel firm level marketing with multipoint mobile communication. On the other hand, articles with a marketing perspective that discuss price issues have never been discussed. © 2023 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

The study aims to fill existing research gaps by creating a new framework that explores the impact of social media influencers on sustainable usage patterns, focusing on business sustainability as a mediating factor. In this research, non-probability judgmental and purposive sampling methods were used. Due to the size and distribution of the population, sampling was also chosen based on the researcher's own judgment and experience. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used as the data analysis method. Path coefficient analysis yielded significant findings. Social media influencers were found to influence business sustainability significantly. Apart from that, social media influencers have a significant negative affect on sustainable usage patterns. business sustainability also significantly influences sustainability usage patterns, with a powerful influence. This enriches the dynamics of business sustainability, proposing new knowledge about how it influences this relationship. © 2024 IEEE.

The HTTP/2 Web server is widely used in Internet service. Furthermore, attacks known as distributed denial-of service, or DDoS, were popping up online. HTTP/2 not only allows multiple requests per connection but also protects against DDoS attacks. This paper focused on network link aggregation for bonding multiple Gigabit Ethernets of an HTTP/2 physical machine. Also, we used four link-aggregation modes with no special network switch support, including Round-Robin (Mode 0), Load Balance (balance-xor) (Mode 2), Balance-TLB (Mode 5), and Balance-ALB (Mode 6). We evaluate h2load performance under 3 Gigabit/s DDoS attacks. The results show that Round-Robin (Mode 0) can be served over HTTP/2 as a normal service during a DDoS attack. In addition, Balance-ALB (Mode 6) can be serviced like Mode 0, but this mode has lower performance compared to normal service. However, Mode 2 and Mode 5 can't be served while DDoS attack sizes exceed 20 KB. This paper can conclude that only round-robin mode can protect against DDoS attacks. Although HTTP/2 can protect against DDoS attacks, it can also work after link aggregation © 2024 IEEE.

Investigation on e-learning is important, especially user satisfaction in support of student academic performance. Evaluation of user satisfaction can be measured by evaluating perceived quality on the user's side, so this research aims to investigate the role of perceived quality over online learning on User satisfaction. Users of online learning targeted are students because students have experience and knowledge of the implementation of online learning at the university. Collected data and information from students related to satisfaction with online learning through online questionnaires. 615 students filled out questionnaires, then questionnaire data was processed quantitatively through SPSS with statistical testing based on research hypotheses. Three factors essentially increase user satisfaction in online learning, regarding the system, service, and information. Student satisfaction can be improved when supported by information on the platform. The role of a platform regarding information in the online learning context is important, a measure that explains the quality of information among other things useful, understandable, interesting, and reliable. Research findings provide important information for universities as organizers of education, aimed at attaining information quality related to online learning. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, cancer cell classification recognition is also gradually intelligent. Although the classification and recognition methods for some common cancers are mature, Cervical Cancer, as a common cancer among middle- aged women, is often neglected in diagnosis because of the low incidence of malignant tumors. In recent years, the incidence of Cervical Cancer has been increasing year by year and has also gained attention. In this paper, an efficient deformable convolu- tional neural network system(HQNet) was constructed to identify Cervical Cancer cells with different degrees of development. © 2022 ACM.

Recent work has proven the effort of researchers to integrate small sensors and a cloud environment, delivering the Internet of Things (IoT). Sensors as a service are one of the leading research concerns in this context. Nevertheless, security is becoming one of the most significant attributes of the IoT as sensors become more human-independent and are being extensively used to monitor human lives. That way, IoT brings many key security challenges that need attention, some of which we address in this position paper. We present a cloud-based infrastructure that can deliver sensors and actuators as a service, providing secure communication between them and the control nodes on which IoT applications rely while implementing Big Data algorithms. For mapping our proposal, two scenarios related to Health Assistance are discussed, considering secure communications in a sensor network. In conclusion, we propose a scope for future research in this field considering digital twin concepts. Since domains exploiting IoT technologies can benefit from adopting Digital Twin, our goal is to evolve a virtual sensor and actuator system into this technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Fashion is one of the industrial sectors that never die. However, the majority of brands in this industrial sector are slowly forgetting the existence of Indonesian culture. EIRLYS is a company engaged in the fashion industry that produces clothing with the theme of Indonesian culture. Customers will be able to get clothes that have elements of Indonesian culture but still have a relaxed and informal impression. Clothing from EIRLYS emphasizes the principles of simplicity, minimalism, and elegance. These three principles want to be carried out in the design and user experience of the EIRLYS website to provide convenience for customers in transacting. Almost all industries, whether large, medium, or small, have used technology to promote their products in various ways, including using e-commerce websites. However, to ensure that EIRLYS has provided the best service through its website, it is important to know whether EIRLYS has met the overall User experience (UX) dimension. User experience Questionnaire (UEQ) is a technique that will be used to assess and test whether EIRLYS has met the expectations of users based on the User experience dimension before it can be used by customers. Based on the results of the user experience questionnaire filled out by EIRLYS users, it can be seen that EIRLYS has been able to meet user needs and expectations from all dimensions, ranging from attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty. © 2022 IEEE.

In carrying out drilling projects at PT China Oilfields Services Limited ( COSL) Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there were a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there were inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of the research was to look the factors that caused for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. Data analysis was conducted by using a factor analysis method and the location of the research was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of the research indicate that there are four factors that influence the time gap, namely Project Management Activities, Risk Analysis and Procurement, Manage Stairs, and Project Planning Development. By knowing the causes of the delay, companies can find the best solutions for future learning and the impact on environmental, social and economic problems can also be anticipated so that sustainable development occurs in the context of petroleum management. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
