Due to the development of cloud computing and machine learning,users can upload their data to the cloud for machine learning model ***,dishonest clouds may infer user data,resulting in user data *** schemes have achieved secure outsourced computing,but they suffer from low computational accuracy,difficult-to-handle heterogeneous distribution of data from multiple sources,and high computational cost,which result in extremely poor user experience and expensive cloud computing *** address the above problems,we propose amulti-precision,multi-sourced,andmulti-key outsourcing neural network training ***,we design a multi-precision functional encryption computation based on Euclidean ***,we design the outsourcing model training algorithm based on a multi-precision functional encryption with multi-sourced ***,we conduct experiments on three *** results indicate that our framework achieves an accuracy improvement of 6%to 30%.Additionally,it offers a memory space optimization of 1.0×2^(24) times compared to the previous best approach.

Hyper-relational facts, which consist of a primary triple (head entity, relation, tail entity) and auxiliary attribute-value pairs, are widely present in real-world Knowledge Graphs (KGs). Link Prediction on Hyper-relational Facts (LPHFs) is to predict a missing element in a hyper-relational fact, which helps populate and enrich KGs. However, existing LPHFs studies usually require an amount of high-quality data. They overlook few-shot relations, which have limited instances, yet are common in real-world scenarios. Thus, we introduce a new task, Few-Shot Link Prediction on Hyper-relational Facts (FSLPHFs). It aims to predict a missing entity in a hyper-relational fact with limited support instances. To tackle FSLPHFs, we propose MetaRH, a model that learns Meta Relational information in Hyper-relational facts. MetaRH comprises three modules: relation learning, support-specific adjustment, and query inference. By capturing meta relational information from limited support instances, MetaRH can accurately predict the missing entity in a query. As there is no existing dataset available for this new task, we construct three datasets to validate the effectiveness of MetaRH. Temporal Knowledge Graph (TKG), which characterizes temporally evolving facts in the form of (subject, relation, object, timestamp), has attracted much attention recently. TKG reasoning aims to predict future facts based on given historical ones. However, existing TKG reasoning models are unable to abstain from predictions they are uncertain, which will inevitably bring risks in real-world applications. Thus, in this paper, we propose an abstention mechanism for TKG reasoning, which helps the existing models make selective, instead of indiscriminate, predictions. Specifically, we develop a confidence estimator, called Confidence Estimator with History (CEHis), to enable the existing TKG reasoning models to first estimate their confidence in making predictions, and then abstain from those with low confidence. To do so, CEHis takes two kinds of information into consideration, namely, the certainty of the current prediction and the accuracy of historical predictions. Experiments with representative TKG reasoning models on two benchmark datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed CEHis. © 2024 ELRA Language Resource Association: CC BY-NC 4.0.

The vehicular sensor network (VSN) is an important part of intelligent transportation, which is used for real-timedetection and operation control of vehicles and real-time transmission of data and information. In the environmentofVSN, massive private data generated by vehicles are transmitted in open channels and used by other vehicle users,so it is crucial to maintain high transmission efficiency and high confidentiality of data. To deal with this problem, inthis paper, we propose a heterogeneous fault-tolerant aggregate signcryption scheme with an equality test (HFTASET).The scheme combines fault-tolerant and aggregate signcryption,whichnot onlymakes up for the deficiency oflow security of aggregate signature, but alsomakes up for the deficiency that aggregate signcryption cannot tolerateinvalid signature. The scheme supports one verification pass when all signcryptions are valid, and it supportsunbounded aggregation when the total number of signcryptions grows dynamically. In addition, this schemesupports heterogeneous equality test, and realizes the access control of private data in different cryptographicenvironments, so as to achieve flexibility in the application of our scheme and realize the function of quick searchof plaintext or ciphertext. Then, the security of HFTAS-ET is demonstrated by strict theoretical analysis. Finally, weconduct strict and standardized experimental operation and performance evaluation, which shows that the schemehas better performance.

Event detection is one of the fundamental tasks in information extraction and knowledge graph. However, a realistic event detection system often needs to deal with new event classes constantly. These new classes usually have only a few labeled instances as it is time-consuming and labor-intensive to annotate a large number of unlabeled instances. Therefore, this paper proposes a new task, called class-incremental few-shot event detection. Nevertheless, this task faces two problems, i.e., old knowledge forgetting and new class overfitting. To solve these problems, this paper further presents a novel knowledge distillation and prompt learning based method, called Prompt-KD. Specifically, to handle the forgetting problem about old knowledge, Prompt-KD develops an attention based multi-teacher knowledge distillation framework, where the ancestor teacher model pre-trained on base classes is reused in all learning sessions, and the father teacher model derives the current student model via adaptation. On the other hand, in order to cope with the few-shot learning scenario and alleviate the corresponding new class overfitting problem, Prompt-KD is also equipped with a prompt learning mechanism. Extensive experiments on two benchmark datasets, i.e., FewEvent and MAVEN, demonstrate the superior performance of Prompt-KD. © 2024 ELRA Language Resource Association: CC BY-NC 4.0.

Information Extraction (IE), aiming to extract structured information from unstructured natural language texts, can significantly benefit from pre-trained language models. However, existing pre-training methods solely focus on exploiting the textual knowledge, relying extensively on annotated large-scale datasets, which is labor-intensive and thus limits the scalability and versatility of the resulting models. To address these issues, we propose SKIE, a novel pre-training framework tailored for IE that integrates structural semantic knowledge via contrastive learning, effectively alleviating the annotation burden. Specifically, SKIE utilizes Abstract Meaning Representation (AMR) as a low-cost supervision source to boost model performance without human intervention. By enhancing the topology of AMR graphs, SKIE derives high-quality cohesive subgraphs as additional training samples, providing diverse multi-level structural semantic knowledge. Furthermore, SKIE refines the graph encoder to better capture cohesive information and edge relation information, thereby improving the pre-training efficacy. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that SKIE outperforms state-of-the-art baselines across multiple IE tasks and showcases exceptional performance in few-shot and zero-shot settings. © 2024 Association for Computational Linguistics.

Federated learning (FL) has the potential to empower Internet of Vehicles (IoV) networks by enabling smart vehicles (SVs) to participate in the learning process under the orchestration of a vehicular service provider while keeping data locally. In this article, we propose a novel federated stochastic primal-dual algorithm with differential privacy (FedSPD-DP) to ensure robust privacy protection for FL based IoV (FL-IoV) systems. The FedSPD-DP algorithm leverages multiple steps of local stochastic gradient descent (SGD) and partial client participation (PCP) to improve communication efficiency while incorporating differential privacy (DP) to ensure privacy protection. Our theoretical analysis explores the impact of these strategies on learning performance. Specifically, we demonstrate that the data sampling strategy and PCP enhance data privacy, while a larger number of local SGD steps may increase privacy leakage, revealing a nontrivial tradeoff between communication efficiency and privacy protection. Extensive experiments on real-world data validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, showing superior performance compared to state-of-the-art FL algorithms, and confirming the analytical results and properties. © 2014 IEEE.

Multifunctional therapeutic peptides(MFTP)hold immense potential in diverse therapeutic contexts,yet their prediction and identification remain challenging due to the limitations of traditional methodologies,such as extensive training durations,limited sample sizes,and inadequate generalization *** address these issues,we present AMHF-TP,an advanced method for MFTP recognition that utilizes attention mechanisms and multi-granularity hierarchical features to enhance *** AMHF-TP is composed of four key components:a migration learning module that leverages pretrained models to extract atomic compositional features of MFTP sequences;a convolutional neural network and selfattention module that refine feature extraction from amino acid sequences and their secondary structures;a hypergraph module that constructs a hypergraph for complex similarity representation between MFTP sequences;and a hierarchical feature extraction module that integrates multimodal peptide sequence *** with leading methods,the proposed AMHF-TP demonstrates superior precision,accuracy,and coverage,underscoring its effectiveness and robustness in MFTP *** comparative analysis of separate hierarchical models and the combined model,as well as with five contemporary models,reveals AMHFTP’s exceptional performance and stability in recognition tasks.

Edge Computing Task Scheduling with Joint Blockchain and Task Caching in Industrial Internet

Deploying task caching at edge servers has become an effectiveway to handle compute-intensive and latency-sensitive tasks on the industrialinternet. However, how to select the task scheduling location to reduce taskdelay and cost while ensuring the data security and reliable communicationof edge computing remains a challenge. To solve this problem, this paperestablishes a task scheduling model with joint blockchain and task cachingin the industrial internet and designs a novel blockchain-assisted cachingmechanism to enhance system security. In this paper, the task schedulingproblem, which couples the task scheduling decision, task caching decision,and blockchain reward, is formulated as the minimum weighted cost problemunder delay constraints. This is a mixed integer nonlinear problem, which isproved to be nonconvex and NP-hard. To solve the optimal solution, thispaper proposes a task scheduling strategy algorithm based on an improvedgenetic algorithm (IGA-TSPA) by improving the genetic algorithm initializationand mutation operations to reduce the size of the initial solutionspace and enhance the optimal solution convergence speed. In addition,an Improved Least Frequently Used algorithm is proposed to improve thecontent hit rate. Simulation results show that IGA-TSPA has a faster optimalsolution-solving ability and shorter running time compared with the existingedge computing scheduling algorithms. The established task scheduling modelnot only saves 62.19% of system overhead consumption in comparison withlocal computing but also has great significance in protecting data security,reducing task processing delay, and reducing system cost.

DTGCN: a method combining dependency tree and graph convolutional networks for Chinese long-interval named entity relationship extraction

The extraction of relationships between military entities and descriptive entities is a key task for automated construction of military knowledge graphs. This category of text unstructured imposed problems such as unfixed entity length, possibly overlong intervals between entities, and excessive pronouns. Many studies rely on traditional pattern matching and statistical learning methods. Thanks to the expansion of data volume, deep learning methods are generally used to address similar problems. However, the traditional single neural network model lacks the ability to extract the relationship information of long-interval entities and cannot tackle the above problems well. To solve these problems, a new named entity relationship extraction model called DTGCN is proposed combining dependency tree and GCN (Graph Convolutional networks). By comparing with traditional models, the experimental results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper can enhance F1-value by 2.28–11.11% and can provide support for the extraction of Chinese long-interval relationships. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.
