In the era of big data, data privacy and security are highly valued, leading to the phenomenon of "data islands", which hinders the effective utilization of data. Federated learning, as a privacy-preserving distributed machine learning method, allows model training without sharing raw data, addressing the privacy concerns in cross-organizational data cooperation. Although federated learning protects data privacy, participants’ gradient parameters can still potentially leak sensitive information. As a result, extensive research has focused on conducting federated learning while protecting the privacy of gradient parameters and reducing the communication and computational overhead for participants. These efforts assume that each participant adheres honestly to the protocol;however, malicious submissions of incorrect gradient parameters can significantly bias the federated learning model. This paper proposes a federated learning scheme for privacy-protected gradient aggregation and poison detection that defends against malicious poisoning attacks while safeguarding data privacy, and optimizes computational and communication overheads. By employing inner product triples, the computation process is further optimized, enhancing system performance. The security of the scheme is demonstrated, and its efficiency is validated through practical tests, showing that the optimized solution significantly outperforms the basic scheme in terms of performance. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

In this paper, a meaningful ciphertext compression and encryption method is proposed. Firstly, the image is sparsely transformed based on wavelet transform, scrambled and compressed to get the Gaussian noise-like ciphertext. Then, the distribution of noise-like ciphertext is changed by a histogram shift, and the meaningful ciphertext is obtained by the least significant bit (LSB) XOR. Finally, the ciphertext is modified by 2 K correction, and the ciphertext with better quality is obtained. In order to ensure the plaintext sensitivity and the ability to resist the attack of selecting plain ciphertext, the plaintext of SHA-256 is used to generate dynamic keys so that the whole process can achieve the effect of one-image-one-key. Experimental results show that this meaningful ciphertext encryption method has excellent quality of ciphertext and ensures visual security as well as. At the same time, the algorithm has a good ability to resist conventional attacks and has certain practicability. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In this paper, we propose a joint communication and computing resource allocation scheme in mobile edge computing (MEC) networks aided by non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) device-to-device (D2D) technology, in which users are allowed to offload computing tasks to edge servers or D2D receivers. In this case, our optimization goal is to minimize the system delay under consideration of imperfect channel state information (CSI), which results in a multivariate coupled mixed-fraction non-linear programming problem being formulated. To solve this problem, we firstly decouple it into two sub-phases, namely the communication stage and the computing stage, and derive the closed-form expression of the power allocation coefficients without perfect CSI simultaneously. Then a spectrum resource allocation algorithm based on KM (KM-SRA) and a computing resource allocation algorithm based on maximum gain (MG-CRA) are proposed. Finally, by balancing the transmission delay and the computing delay, we propose an iterative algorithm to optimize the system delay according to KM-SRA and MG-CRA. The simulations illustrate that the proposed scheme can reduce the system delay and degrade communication interruption. © 2021 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that the reliability of track quality and effectiveness evaluation of tactical data link system can not be objectively measured at present, an objective measurement evaluation confidence method is proposed. This method describes the evaluation confidence from three aspects: evaluation index, evaluation model and single sample classification confidence. In calculating the confidence of evaluation data, the confidence of evaluation data is determined by analyzing the uncertainty of evaluation data;In the aspect of calculating the confidence of evaluation model, the accuracy of pattern classification is transformed into a measure of confidence of evaluation model;In the aspect of calculating the classification confidence of single sample, according to the distribution relationship of different samples in high-dimensional space, a classification confidence calculation method suitable for most classification algorithms is given;Further, the above three aspects are integrated through the confidence propagation model to obtain the comprehensive evaluation confidence. The simulation results of radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation confidence show that this method does not use expert experience knowledge, and can objectively measure the confidence of effectiveness evaluation, and its results are not affected by the evaluation subject, which solves the problem that different experts give different confidence of effectiveness evaluation for the same equipment;Compared with the existing subjective methods, the accuracy is improved by 10%. © 2022 IEEE.

Uncertain frequent pattern mining is usually challenged by the single probabilistic frequent threshold or the single expected support as the measurements of frequent itemsets. A promising solution based on multiple expected minimum support has been introduced in more recent studies to distinguish the mining values of each item, but the intrinsic combinatorial explosion still limited this strategy to be further improved for more generic scenarios. In this paper, a novel mining scheme for uncertain frequent itemsets is proposed. By ensembling multiple conditional item-wise supports, the problems of information redundancy as well as loss caused by a single probabilistic frequent threshold can be effectively improved. Furthermore, by using a variety of pruning strategies based on the property of sorted downward closure and the concept of least minimum probabilistic frequent threshold, an UFP-ECIS (Uncertain Frequent Pattern Mining with Ensembled Conditional Item-wise Supports) algorithm is also introduced. Substantial experiments have been proved to demonstrate that the proposed mining scheme and algorithm has enhanced the information precision of the uncertain frequent itemsets mining. © 2023 IEEE.

In perceptive mobile networks (PMNs), using 5G New Radio (NR) signals for direct sensing poses a significant challenge to practical implementation due to the high computational complexity involved in estimating sensing parameters. In this paper, an efficient sensing method is proposed to incorporate both downlink active sensing and passive sensing to estimate multiple sensing parameters, including delays, angle of arrival (AoA), angle of departure (AoD) and Doppler. In particular, it exploits the synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) to facilitate sensing with multiple remote radio units (RRUs). To reduce the computational complexity of direct sensing, a sparse model is developed to decouple multiple sensing parameter estimation, enabling efficient sensing method design. Then, leveraging unitary approximate message passing (UAMP) and sparse Bayesian learning (SBL), we propose an efficient method to achieve parameter estimation and association with corresponding RRUs. This method is further extended to general scenarios involving multiple path components with the same delay. Extensive simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, showing that it outperforms existing ones in terms of sensing accuracy and complexity. © 2014 IEEE.

In this paper, we introduce a new method for calculating position angle of the barrier-wearing drone through the rectangular change in the image. This method only uses the visual deformation information of rectangular frame to calculate the angle between UAV navigation direction and door frame plane. There is a certain geometric transformation relationship between the change of view angle and the deformation of rectangle. In this paper, we infer the relationship between deformed graphic and UAV attitude under a series of assumptions. This method does not consider the distortion and rotation of rectangle, which are generally very sensitive to noise working conditions. No complicated mathematical computation is involved in the implementation and the required computational storage space is much cheaper compared to the current methods. Experiments with simulated images indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2020 IEEE.

This paper studies the multi-agent confrontation game problem, and takes unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) offense-defense confrontation as the research object. Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) and Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (MADDPG) algorithm are used for policy optimization. The experimental results show that MADDPG can acquire good policy in multi-agent confrontation game environment. In order to make MADDPG suitable for large-scale multi-agent game problems and obtain robust policy, this paper improves MADDPG by introducing Mean Field Theory (MFT) and 'Minimax' idea. The experimental results show that the improved algorithms can deal with large-scale multi-agent game problem and obtain robust policy. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper proposes a high isolation broadband dual-polarized antenna for mmWave communications. The antenna adopts the multi-layer patch stacking form, which improves the working bandwidth of the antenna. The working bandwidth of the antenna is 23.88~28.15GHz. The miniaturization of the antenna is realized by opening a rectangular slot on the double-layer patch. The proposed antenna achieves a footprint of $5.5\ \mathbf{mm}\times 5.5\ \mathbf{mm}$ , and a total thickness of 1.338mm. The antenna unit adopts T-shaped stripline and L-shaped stripline to couple feed through two H-shaped slots to achieve ±45° polarization, which improves port isolation and antenna cross-polarization ratio. The introduction of 6 short-circuit vias further improves the port isolation and cross-polarization ratio. The port isolation in the entire frequency band is less than −33dB, and the normal cross-polarization ratio is higher than 35dB. The simulation results prove the excellent performance of the antenna unit, which can be widely used in the field of 5G terminal and base station communication.

In this paper, we construct a comprehensive operational effectiveness assessment index system from the perspective of operational effectiveness and system performance. The selected indicators in this index system affect the assessment results deeply. Then, we assess the reliability of the index system. We test the proposed method in a simulation scenario using single-factor tests. A mean value of the sensitivity of single indicator is calculated by repeating the test several times, in which the value of a single index changes while others keep constant. Finally, we reconstruct an effectiveness assessment index system by eliminating the indicators which have little impact on the effectiveness values. The proposed method provides a new way to assess the index system of a target system objectively and comprehensively and to distribute the index weights reasonably. The assessment result shows the objectivity and reliability of the proposed method.
