conductivity and oxidation behavior of Fe-16Cr alloy were investigated under long-term stability operation at 750℃and thermal cycles from room temperature to 750℃.The results showed that the area specific resistance(ASr)of Fe-16Cr alloy increased over time and reached about 56.29 mΩcm~(2)after 40,000 h of long-term stability operation at 750℃by theoretical *** ASr of Fe-16Cr remained about 11 mΩcm~(2)after 52 thermal cycles from room temperature to750℃.The analysis of structure showed that the oxidized phase on the surface of Fe-16Cr was mainly composed of Cr_(2)O_3and Fe Cr_(2)O_(4)spinel phase under long-term stability operation at 750℃.While the Cr_(2)O_(3)phase was mainly observed on the surface of Fe-16Cr alloy after 52 thermal cycles,the oxidation rates of Fe-16Cr alloy were 0.0142μm h~(-1)and 0.06μm cycle~(-1)under long-term stability operation and under thermal cycle,*** property of Fe-16Cr alloy with 2.6 mm thickness met the lifespan requirement of interconnect for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)*** Cr element all diff used onto oxidation surface,indicating that it was necessary to spray a coating on the surface to avoid poisoning cell cathode of *** 2-cell stacks were assembled and tested to verify the properties of Fe-16Cr alloy as SOFC interconnect under long-term stability operation and thermal cycle condition.

Current studies on state of health (SOH) estimation and remaining useful life (rUL) prediction of lithium-ion batteries are mostly based on laboratory data, making it difficult to apply to real-world vehicle operating environments with strong real-time characteristic and complex operating conditions. This paper used internal resistance as a health indicator and proposed an internal resistance calculation method that combines battery models and actual vehicle operation data to estimate the SOH value of deep charging segments. Then, using the feature data and SOH values, the SOH estimation results of the full time period were obtained by LightGBM model. Finally, a long short-term memory network (LSTM) combined with attention mechanism was proposed to predict the rUL of battery. The experimental results show that the root-mean-square error of the LSTM-Attention model is reduced by 41.6% compared with that of the LSTM model, which effectively improves the accuracy of the rUL prediction of the battery, and is of great significance for the monitoring and maintenance of power batteries. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the response speed and anti-interference ability of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, this paper proposes a model-free controller based on improved adaptive exponential convergence law and double power sliding mode observer. Firstly, the sigmoid function is used instead of the sign function to make the control signal smoother and reduce the jitter; secondly, the system state variables are introduced to form an improved adaptive exponential convergence law to enhance the response speed and anti-interference ability; finally, an improved double power sliding mode observer is designed to enhance the anti-interference ability of the system and make the disturbance observation more accurate. Simulation results show that the improved controller reduces the overshoot by 0.46% compared with the traditional method, the adjustment time of speed and torque is shortened by at least 0.01s, the three-phase current recovers the stability faster when the load is added suddenly, and the speed reaches and stabilises at the target value more rapidly when the speed increases suddenly. In summary, the control strategy proposed in this paper achieves fast response, small overshooting, shortened adjustment time, and strong anti-interference ability in static state, effectively weakening the vibration phenomenon.

With the development of the Internet and the digital age continues to advance, traditional operation and maintenance methods can no longer meet the maintenance of large-scale distributed systems, AIOps emerges as the times require. In AIOps, finding anomalies is a top priority. PCA (Principal component Analysis) is a traditional machine learning algorithm, which is used for log anomaly detection using the dimensionality reduction feature of PCA algorithm, the advantages of this detection method are: fast detection and simple model. However, the anomaly detection effect is not satisfactory, because when extracting the features of log data, the sequence features and semantic features cannot be sufficiently mined, resulting in a lower accuracy rate. For this problem, we propose a feature extraction improvement model. This model is based on Bi-LSTM (Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory) deep network to improve the feature extraction method of PCA model, extracting semantic features of log sequences by exploiting the ability of long short-term memory network to grasp contextual information, and feed the vector representation matrix containing the semantic features into the PCA anomaly detection network for anomaly detection. The model is validated on HdFS open source dataset and Inspur server dataset, and the results show that the F1-measure of this model is 36.3 % higher than that of the traditional PCA model, and 1.1 % higher than that of the single Bi-LSTM model. © 2022 IEEE.

The mileage anxiety problem is a critical issue for the intelligent electric vehicles. The efficiency optimization of in-telligent electric vehicle's powertrain by considering multi driving constraints is a promising solution to extend the driving range. In this paper, a range extension-oriented efficiency optimization (rEEO) method, which consists of multi constraints construction, optimal efficiency searching, and optimal efficiency tracking control (OETC), is proposed for improving driving motor's efficiency and increasing driving range of intelligent electric vehicle. First, the vehicle dynamics model is built, and the multi driving constraints is constructed and mapped to the powertrain constraints through a cross domain collaboration (CdC) strategy. Second, the optimal efficiency of driving motor which subject to the multi constraints is searched by a recursive searching algorithm (rSA), and the driving motor is controlled by an OETC strategy. Third, the proposed rEEO is validated by comparing with two state-of-the-art methods through a professional co-simulation platform consists of CarSim and Matlab. The validation results show the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in extending the driving range of intelligent electric vehicles.

In the research described in this paper,the uses of the urea/thiourea complexation approach were employed to enhance the octane number of FCC gasoline by extracting *** was observed that adding thiourea improved the removal of the n-alkanes from gasoline,and matching results were obtained from experiments using model *** dynamics simulation revealed that the stability of urea complexes increased as the carbon number of the n-alkanes was raised,whereas lighter n-alkane molecules exhibited a lower propensity for complex formation with *** finding is in agreement with the results of the dSC measurement at the decomposition ***,infrared spectrum analysis,Xrd characterization,and reaction heat measurements indicated that although thiourea was introduced into the reaction system,it did not actively participate in the complexation *** summary,the introduction of thiourea resulted in an increased solubility of urea in an ethanol solution and enhanced the reaction heat,suggesting its beneficial role in promoting urea complex formation and facilitating n-alkane removal from FCC gasoline.

The interaction between wind farms based on doubly-fed induction generators (dFIG) and series capacitors in transmission lines can result in sub-synchronous control interaction (SSCI). due to the influence of system conditions on the oscillation frequency of SSCI, traditional supplementary sub-synchronous damping control (SSdC) methods, which rely on phase compensation and filtering parameters, become inadequate under varying conditions. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel supplementary damping-based linear active disturbance rejection control (SdC-LAdrC) approach to mitigate SSCI in various scenarios. First, a supplementary damping controller (SdC) is designed to enhance positive damping on the rotor side. Next, the combination of LAdrC control and SdC replaces rotor-side converter (rSC) inner loop control. The SdC-LAdrC controller leverages the linear extended state observer (LESO) within the LAdrC framework to estimate subsynchronous disturbances and provide real-time feedback compensation. This approach effectively suppresses SSCI at full compensation levels, outperforming traditional SSdC methods. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed control method is verified through MATLAB/ Simulink simulation tools.
