detecting surface defects is crucial during the production process of hot-rolled seamless steel pipes. In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional inspection methods, this study developed a set of surface defect detection systems of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe by 3d point cloud and deep learning. A 3d point cloud-based defect detection equipment for seamless steel pipe outer surface was developed to achieve full coverage of seamless steel pipe outer surface detection. The defect detection model of seamless steel pipe surface was designed based on the YOLOF algorithm of correcting attention mechanism, and the corresponding software system was developed for online identification. To confirm the efficacy of the proposed approach, the defect pictures collected by a steel pipe factory were used as an implementation case. The experimental results confirm that all types of defects are effectively covered with a detection rate exceeding 99%, while maintaining a false detection rate of under 0.08%. The industrial application shows that compared with the current advanced detection method, the false positive rate of the outer surface is reduced by 9.5% on average. The proposed method has low installation and maintenance costs, which can lay a foundation for further application of seamless steel pipe quality determination, analysis, and control.

In this paper, for the cooling problem of high-power density automotive permanent magnet synchronous motors, the heat dissipation performance of the three structures of water-cooled, oil-cooled and oil-water composite cooling, and their effects on the performance of the motor are studied. By analyzing the loss distribution of the motor, the heat dissipation performance of different cooling structures under each working condition is calculated, and the maximum output capacity of the motor under the optimal cooling method is explored. The results show that the oil-water composite cooling structure can significantly reduce the motor temperature and improve the heat dissipation ability of the motor, thus increasing the peak power and peak torque of the motor. Under the oil-water composite cooling method, the peak power of the motor can be increased to 427.7kW and the peak torque can be increased to 384.8Nm, which are increased by 13.8% and 9.8% respectively. This shows that the oil-water composite cooling structure not only improves motor performance, but also has the potential to further miniaturize the motor. This study provides an important reference for the design of cooling systems for high-power density permanent magnet motors.

conventional GNSS signal indoor positioning technologies take use of the pseudo-satellite systems and GNSS relay transponders, and they often suffer from high deployment costs and the need for specialized receivers. In order to simplify the indoor positioning implementation, a multibeam coverage system with different signal transponders design is proposed in this paper. The outdoor GNSS signals are received by the relay point of the system, and their code phases and frequency offsets are also acquired by demodulation. These observations are modified according to the specified indoor locations. Several GNSS signals, which share the same PrN code with the received satellite signals, are then generated and transmitted by different indoor beams. The adjacent beams are overlapped at their -3dB points, so the receiver shall get the smoothed pseudorange measurements of beams, where the corresponding indoor positioning is also averaged. The performance of the proposed indoor coverage system is simulated, and some hardware experiments are also arranged to verify its function.

An endfire antenna is developed in this work. A step structure fed from the middle layer to the aperture is formed in the multilayer substrate. The lengths of the steps are approximately a quarter wavelength in the substrate to operate as an impedance transformer. The lengths of the steps are optimized to match over wide frequency bandwidth. The matching characteristics and the radiation performances are presented in this paper.

Within recent years, global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) have been wildly used in many positioning and navigation applications. However, the GNSS multipath rays are often reflected by the buildings, and they have been a major positioning error source in urban area. Many classic multipath mitigations only use the signal characteristics in time, but not take the spatial property into consideration. Besides, the tracking results may get swinging in dynamic environment when incident rays do not share the same doppler frequency offset (dFO). In this paper, we propose a subspace-based loop design to mitigate the multipath effects and prevent this swinging problem in tracking. The direction-of-arrival (dOA) and relative delay of each ray are estimated jointly by a subspace-based estimator. The line-of-sight ray parameters is chosen by its first arrival property, then the complex amplitudes effects of multipath rays can be least-square (LS) estimated and canceled at the discriminator. Therefore, the multipath effects in code phase estimation are greatly mitigated. compared with the existing methods, the multipath error envelops (MEE) and the root mean squared error (rMSE) simulations show that the proposed method achieves the best multipath mitigation performance and the most accurate delay estimation.

Automotive in-wheel motors are characterised by high torque density, high electrical load and compact installation space, which leads to high loss and heat dissipation difficulties, so efficient cooling and heat dissipation is an important guarantee for realising the design and safety of automotive in-wheel motors with high torque density. This paper takes the in-wheel motor as the research object and uses the finite element method to analyse the components of the in-wheel motor loss. The influence of coolant inlet flow rate on cooling effect was studied through simulation. The thermal field model of the in-wheel motor is established, and the temperature distribution characteristics of the in-slot oil cooling in-wheel motor under different working conditions are studied. And the temperature rise performance is compared with that of a typical housing water jacket. The results show that the maximum temperature of the motor under continuous operating condition is reduced from 138°C to 123°C, which has a positive effect on the design of the cooling structure of the in-wheel motor.

In order to efficiently diagnose the mechanical wear failure of aero-engine lubricating oil systems, a base KPCA-ABC-SVM fault diagnosis model is established based on the number of metal abrasive particles considering multiple indicators such as viscosity, temperature, moisture and density. Firstly, the fault detection results obtained by the feature extraction of multi-parameters by kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) method are used as a reference, and then the extracted feature values are classified by the support vector machine (SVM); finally, the penalty factor and kernel function parameters of SVM are optimally selected by using the artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm to obtain the fault diagnosis with the highest accuracy. Experiments show that support vector machine classification modified by artificial bee colony algorithm can effectively improve the fault detection accuracy after feature extraction.

This research is dedicated to the development of lightweight unsafe state recognition algorithms for new energy stations to optimize safety monitoring and real-time risk assessment. Given that traditional deep learning models are computationally redundant, have large parameters, and are not suitable for resource-constrained environments, we have constructed a lightweight CNN model by innovatively integrating integrating multi-scale modules and knowledge distillation techniques. The model accurately locates anomalies through multi-scale feature modules, and adopts a dual-teacher distillation strategy to reduce the number of parameters and storage requirements, ensuring recognition accuracy while realizing a lightweight model. This algorithm not only meets the needs of edge computing, but also follows the principle of data confidentiality, providing an efficient solution for the safety monitoring of new energy stations.

This study aims to investigate the effects of heat treatments on the microstructure ofγ-TiAl *** Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy ingots were manufactured by casting method and then heat-treated in two types of heat *** microstructures were studied by both optical and scanning electron *** chemical compositions of two ingots were determined as *** ingot with lower Al content only obtains lamellar structures while the one higher in Al content obtains nearly lamellar and duplex structures after heat treatment within1270 to 1185℃.A small amount of B2 phase is found to be precipitated in both as-cast and heat-treated *** are distributed at grain boundaries when holding at a higher temperature,such as 1260℃.However,B2 phase is precipitated at grain boundaries and in colony interiors simultaneously after heat treatments happened at 1185℃.Furthermore,the effects of heat treatments on grain refinement and other microstructural parameters are discussed.

A novel pixel circuit with indium gallium zinc oxide thin-film transistors (IGZO-TFTs) for driving active-matrix Mini& Micro light-emitting diode (AM-MLEd) display is proposed. The pixel circuit is built with seven n-type IGZO-TFTs and two capacitors. It can be conducted both under Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) mode and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode, bringing about more gray levels and a better picture quality. The pixel circuit can compensate for the threshold voltage (VTH) deviation of the driving TFT(T2) in the PAM mode through external compensation method. It also can compensate for the threshold voltage (Vth) deviation of the driving TFT (T4) in the PWM mode through the internal compensation circuit. The simulation results show that the pixel circuit under the T2 detecting timing can accurately detect the Vth of T2. On this basis, correct compensation can function well through adjusting data input value by external IC. The simulation results also demonstrate that when the deviation of the T4 threshold voltage occurs ± 1V, the average bit error rate of the light-emitting time is 2%. Therefore, the circuit can effectively compensate the VTH of T4. As a result, the proposed pixel circuit with hybrid driving mode exhibits high immunity to the threshold voltage deviation of T2 and T4, and good brightness uniformity of AM-MLEd display can be obtained. © 2022 IEEE.
