With the development of information technology, the signal quality of clock source is increasingly required in IOT devices. In this paper, a novel relaxation oscillator with threshold voltage detection technology and voltage feedback technology is presented to solve the problem of temperature drift and the variation of offset voltage of the oscillation frequency existing in traditional relaxation oscillators. The proposed oscillator does not contain the comparator structure, but detects the threshold voltage through the NMOS tube and feedback resistance module, which eliminates the oscillation frequency instability caused by the existence of the comparator delay and reduces the cost of the circuit. A simulation with typical frequency of 24.0MHz is carry out in HHGrace 110nm CMOS process library and the measured frequency variation is ± 0.42% for temperature changes from -$40^{\circ}C$ to $85^{\circ}C$, and ± 0.83% for supply changes from 1.4V to 1.6V. The simulation results show that the proposed structure has lower temperature drift and less frequency effect of unstable supply voltage.

The uniform corrosion behavior of model FeCrAl alloys as well as commercial Zircaloy-4 as reference material were investigated in 360℃borated and lithiated *** results reveal that FeCrAl alloys exhibited better corrosion resistance than *** is found that the oxide films formed on the FeCrAl alloys are composed of outer Fe_(3)O_(4)layer,inner layer consisting of compact spinel layer and porous spinel layer,and transition layer containing Al-Cr-rich oxides and matrix enriched with Fe°.The spinel oxides in the inner layer are FeFe_(2-x-y-z)Cr_(x)Al_(y)MozO_(4).The corrosion mechanism of FeCrAl alloys in high temperature water is discussed.

Traffic flow parameter forecasting is the basis for the traffic control and optimization, which plays a very significant role in actual traffic scenarios. When taking the daily traffic flow parameters as the research object, the daily traffic flow patterns on holidays are often quite different from that on non-holidays. Therefore, it is important to capture the correlation between traffic flow parameters and holidays. However, in recent years, most research on daily traffic flow forecasting is only based on simple deep learning methods, and do not consider the relationship between traffic flow parameters and holidays. Meanwhile, the daily traffic flow patterns during holidays and non-holidays are not necessarily different. In this paper, we put forward a novel method for daily traffic flow parameter forecasting, taking the influence of holidays into account. Basing on the deep learning method composed of convolutional neural network and long short-term memory (CNN-LSTM), we combine the traffic flow pattern with various external factors. While considering the influence of holidays, we incorporate the "holiday special or not" feature extracted from the traffic flow parameter data itself to realize the daily forecasting. Graph contrastive Learning (GCL) aims to address the issue of label scarcity by leveraging graph structures to propagate labels from a limited set of labeled data to a broader range of unlabeled data. However, recent GCL methods often rely on uniform negative sample selection schemes, such as random sampling, which results in suboptimal performance. To tackle this challenge, we present GraphSaSe, a tailored approach specifically designed for graph contrastive learning. Our method introduces an innovative reinforcement learning strategy that translates the divergence between positive pairs into a reinforcement reward mechanism. This mechanism generates selection probabilities to dynamically guide the selection of negative samples during training. We explore the impact of negative sample selection at different stages in graph contrastive learning and analyze how the discount factor affects the reward mechanism in reinforcement learning. These studies enhance the overall performance of the model. comprehensive experimentation across diverse real-world datasets validates the effectiveness of our algorithm, positioning it favorably against contemporary state-of-the-art methodologies. © 2024 ACM.

In recent years, rapid digitization and technological advances have enabled governments and companies to utilize various types of personal information, including environment, medical, and lifestyle. Privacy protection is an important issue in the utilization of personal information, and anonymization methods such as k-anonymization and 1-diversity have been proposed in the past. However, to utilize data effectively, it is also important not to lose the usefulness of the information. Privacy protection and preserving the usefulness of information are in a trade-off relationship, and balancing these two aspects has been a difficult problem. recently, microaggregation using clustering algorithms has been attracting attention as an anonymization method that ensures the usefulness of the data while protecting privacy. In this study, we proposed a new microaggregation method based on iterative processing using probabilistic latent semantic analysis and evaluated the proposed method based on the use case. The use case is a classification of social isolation and an analysis of the relationship with physical frailty risk using the classified groups. compared to microaggregation using quasi-identifiers and microaggregation based on a conventional clustering algorithm, the proposed method was able to find social isolation characteristics obtained in the raw data with higher accuracy. In addition, in a more detailed analysis focusing on a population with certain characteristics, the proposed method was able to replicate the analysis results obtained using the raw data and to make appropriate assessments of the health risks. © 2023 IEEE.

The worldwide IC market has had a significant growth rate in recent years, driving diversified package solutions in the segments of communication, computing, consumer, automotive, industrial, etc. Among these market segments, the automotive market is forecast to have the strongest CAGr (compound Annual Growth rate) of any of the end-use segments in the next 5 years, which results in more IC packages and components being designed into automotive vehicle systems such as infotainment, AdAS (Advance driving Assistance System), instrumentation, body systems, battery control systems and so on. In these applications, the 77GHz short-range radar sensor application that can enable higher EIrP (Effective Isotropic radiated Power) and adaptive cruise control performance has become more attractive to be commercialized. due to the benefits of shorter interconnection length, lower conductive loss with smooth Cu surface as well as a lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss of materials in a fan-out wafer level package (FOWLP) technology, the FOWLP is proven as a suitable packaging solution to achieve the high speed and frequency requirements in 5G and mmWave applications. The eWLB Embedded Wafer Level Ball Grid Array) is a versatile FOWLP technology, providing a robust package platform in a space-efficient design with the very dense interconnection and routing of multiple dies as well as a smaller footprint and lower package profile providing a reliable package solution. Accurate and timely detection and repair of pavement cracks is the key to road maintenance. Although the crack detection method based on image semantic segmentation have achieved good results till now, there are still some shortcomings, especially detection accuracy needing to be further improved. We propose a new network for crack segmentation based on encoder-decoder structure, called MCAMN et, which uses multi-directional convolution module instead of conventional convolution module for feature extraction, solving the problem of discontinuous and incomplete crack segmentation results. MCAMNet innovatively adds spatial attention block and efficient channel attention block after the encoder to reduce the interference of background and noise, solving the problem that the crack details and the segmentation results of small cracks are not fine. Additionally, we mix three loss functions of different levels by obtaining a mixed loss function to supervise the training process of MCAMNet, solving the problem of rough and fuzzy crack edges in the segmentation results. Experiments on four public datasets of pavement cracks prove that the F -score and mIo U of MCAMNet are better than existing methods.

The loss of amorphous motors is lower than that of traditional silicon steel motors, which has broad prospects. However, the interference fit stress of the core and casing can degrade the amorphous properties. This situation reduces the calculation accuracy of the traditional iron loss calculation model. In this paper, the coefficient of the iron loss model under stress is corrected, and an iron loss model considering the influence of interference force is proposed. The iron loss-stress mapping model is obtained by designing the experiment of aluminum ring and core shaft hole matching. The model has acceptable accuracy in the stress range from 0 MPa to 31.927 MPa, and the average calculation error is 8.6% by comparing the calculated value of the model with the measured value.

dry electrodes are being actively developed for sustainable and efficient battery manufacturing. Currently, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) binders dominate dry processes, yet their production contributes to significant co2 emissions, and concerns persist regarding their high fluorine content, especially considering evolving per- and polyfluorinated substances (PFAS) restrictions. Moreover, the poor adhesion of bare current collectors necessitates a wet coating-based primer layer with this binder. In this study, we introduce an alternative dry processing concept based on a thermoplastic fluorine-free binder with low environmental impact and high productivity. Paraffin, a short-chain family of saturated hydrocarbons known as an n-alkane, is the most stable chemical species owing to its C-H covalent bonds and the wide gap between highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energies. It also has a low melting temperature, allowing facile cohesion of the active materials to be interconnected by mild pressing activation. This novel dry electrode binder provides substantial electrochemical properties based on both NCM811 cathodes over 5 mAh cm−2 for 500 cycles. Furthermore, it implements true solvent-free adhesion without the wet-coating of primers on the current collector. This unique characteristic of paraffin can enable a powder-to-electrode manufacturing strategy with pattern coating, which alters the well-known PTFE-based freestanding electrode concept. This integrated approach bridges the gap between materials and processes, paving the way for sustainable advancements in battery electrode technology. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

LCL-type grid-connected inverters have been widely used in renewable power generation due to their size and cost advantages. However, the LCL filter has a problem of insufficient damping, which may lead to power system instability. Two common methods are used to address this problem: passive damping (Pd) and active damping (Ad). Pd methods suppress resonance by adding resistors to the LCL filter, but this approach increases system losses. Ad methods enhance damping through control to suppress resonance. Existing Ad methods are often significantly affected by grid-side inductance perturbation, resulting in insufficient robustness. To address this issue, this article proposes a novel robust active damping (rAd) control strategy based on H∞ loop shaping.
