With the development of the petroleum industry, more and more oil fields are beginning to engage in deep well exploration. deep well casing is an important drilling equipment in oilfield development, which is a key factor in ensuring wellbore stability, maintaining production safety, and improving production capacity. However, due to the high requirements for equipment in drilling operations, problems in the design, manufacturing, and installation of deep well casing can easily lead to issues such as poor wellbore stability, oil leakage, and drilling accident safety. Therefore, the performance and reliability evaluation of deep well casing has become a key issue. This article summarizes the research progress of deep well casing strength design methods and reliability analysis through extensive research on existing literature. The main content includes the working principle, design standards, and advantages and disadvantages of different methods of deep well casing, aiming to provide reference for the design and use of deep well casing. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. China is currently vigorously implementing the“energy conservation and emission reduction”and“dual carbon”*** the most resource-advantaged light metal material in China,Magnesium(Mg)alloy is progressively expanding its application in automobile,rail transportation,aerospace,medical,and electronic *** University,Shanghai Jiaotong University,and Australian National University have conducted extensive research on the preparation,properties,and processes of Mg *** the past 20 years,the proportion of Mg alloy in the automotive industry has gradually expanded,whereas currently the design and development of Mg alloy parts for automobiles has rarely been ***,the application models and typical parts cases of Mg alloy are summarized mainly from the four systems of the whole vehicle(body system,chassis system,powertrain system,interior,and exterior system).Subsequently,two actual original equipment manufacturers(OEM)cases are used to introduce the development logic of reliable die-cast Mg alloy,including forward design,formability analysis,process design analysis,structural redesign,manufacturing,and testing,aiming to share the methods,processes,and focus of attention of automotive OEMs for developing Mg alloy parts to enhance the confidence and motivation of applying Mg alloy in automotive ***,the multiple challenges faced by Mg alloy materials are sorted out and how to face these challenges are *** policies and regulations,environmental protection and energy saving,and consumer demand will continue to promote the application of Mg.

drilling system dynamics is the basis of studying the interaction between components in drilling process, which needs to solve many difficult problems such as geometric nonlinear dynamics of drill string, contact between drill string and wellbore, solving timeliness and so on. The existing research on establishing dynamic unit of local drilling tool structure has low solution efficiency, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of directional trajectory control and drilling speed increase analysis efficiently. dynamics model of a downhole drill string system is established by using the multibody system dynamics method in this study. The natural coordinate formulation and the absolute nodal coordinate formulation are adopted to describe the rigid parts and the flexible beams, respectively. The presented model can be used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the drill string system and the interaction between the drill string and the environment such as the wellbore and rocks in the drilling process. Finally, through comparative analysis with on-site test data, the correctness of the multibody dynamic model of the drill string system established in this paper was preliminarily verified. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. Unlike conventional oil and gas reservoirs, shale reservoirs develop a variety of weak structural planes, including structural fractures, interlayer bedding fractures, bedding slip fractures and abnormal pressure fractures. These weak structural planes affect the morphology of artificial fractures during volume fracturing, especially the propagation of fracture height. However, for the coexistence of horizontal and vertical fracture case, the existing models fall short in accurately predicting proppant embedment and fracture conductivity. In this study, new mathematical models are conducted to evaluate the proppant embedment and the complex fractures conductivity coupled with horizontal and vertical fractures. Taking the stimulated volume covered by horizontal and vertical fractures as a whole, we utilize the Carman-Kozeny equation to estimate the permeability of the primary fracture, and the monolayer proppant laying model was employed to forecast the permeability of each branch fracture. Then, the combined permeability is calculated by using darcy's Law under the condition of multiple fractures flowing in parallel pattern. Furthermore, we apply particle deformation and creeping deformation models to assess the temporal evolution of complex fracture conductivity. compared with previous mathematical models, the biggest difference of this model is that it needs to consider the number of vertical fractures and horizontal fractures and the proportion of flow rate. Factors influencing the development of proppant embedment and complex conductivity, including number of branch fractures, closure pressure, elastic-plastic properties, proportion of flow rate are investigated. This study also examines the steady state of conductivity. The findings show that our proposed analytical model aligns well with experimental observations, thereby validating its accuracy and applicability. The assessment of drilling crew is crucial for evaluating the operational effectiveness, improving management levels, and improving drilling operation quality and efficiency. Currently, most drilling crew operation evaluation only consider drilling speed and wellbore quality, which cannot fully reflect the overall operational effectiveness of the drilling crew and is not conducive to oilfield enterprises evaluating the operational effectiveness of the drilling crew. Based on sorting statistics and programming calculations methods, and considering the actual drilling site, a multi-level evaluation method for drilling crews was established to quantify the effectiveness of drilling crew operations and provide an evaluation method for multi drilling crew operation projects, considering key indicators such as drilling workload, drilling efficiency, drilling timeliness, wellbore quality control, and diesel consumption, which reflects workload, quality, efficiency, and economy respectively. A method for evaluating the main control factors of drilling operation performance was established based on the grey correlation analysis method, using the drilling crew score as the evaluation indicator for drilling crew operation performance. Taking XX Oilfield as an example, the performance of 8 drilling crews in XX Oilfield in 2020 was quantitatively scored. The analysis results showed that the order of evaluation for XX Oilfield in 2020 was: crew 2 > crew 4 > crew 3 > crew 5 > crew 1 > crew 6 > crew 7 > crew 8. Well quality is the main controlling factor affecting the performance of the drilling crew, and the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation of XX Oilfield. The multi-level drilling crew evaluation method established in this article provides assessment methods for multi-drilling crew operation projects and provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of operation management measures for project companies. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Spring

The optimal selection of drilling rigs is crucial for the rational arrangement of drilling rigs in multi operation teams, the improvement of moving operation management level, and the enhancement of drilling operation quality and efficiency. At present, the optimal selection of drilling rigs only considers whether the drilling meets the needs of the drilling project and the moving distance, and cannot comprehensively and scientifically select drilling rigs, which is not conducive to the rational configuration evaluation of oilfield drilling rig operation. This article comprehensively considers key indicators such as drilling efficiency, time efficiency, moving cycle, moving cost, and moving distance, innovatively forms a pentagonal drilling rig optimization coordinate system, establishes drilling rig optimization rate, comprehensive standard deviation, drilling rig optimization comprehensive standard deviation and other indicators, and forms a drilling rig optimization model for drilling. Taking Block B as an example, the priority of Block B with three drilling rigs to be optimized calculated using the model is r1> r2> *** optimal selection rate of drilling r1 is the highest, the comprehensive standard deviation is smaller, and the comprehensive index of the best and more stable drilling performance is the highest, which is 0.0058. Therefore, r1 should be selected for drilling. The drilling rig optimization model proposed in this paper provides a process reference for drilling rig optimization, quantifies various indicators, and provides a theoretical basis for new well drilling rig optimization, project company drilling rig operation plan formulation, and improving project company drilling rig management level. © 2024 IEEE.

Fabrication of UV-Curing Linalool-Polysiloxane Hybrid Films with High refractive Index and Transparency

In this article,a series of high refractive indices(1.50-1.53)thiol phenyl polysiloxane(TPS)were synthesized via hydrolytic sol-gel *** Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-Ir)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(NMr)results showed that TPS conformed to the predicted *** terpene linalool was exploited as photocrosslinker to fabricate UV-curing linalool-polysiloxane hybrid films(LPH)with TPS via photoinitiated thiol-ene *** rapidly cured under UV irradiation at the intensity of 80 mW/cm^(2) in 30 s,exhibiting good UV-curing *** optical transmittance of LPH in the wavelength of 300-800 nm was over 90%,exhibiting good optical *** water contact angle and water vapor permeability results showed that the introduction of phenyl groups enhance the hydrophobicity and water vapor barrier properties of *** results indicated the potential of LPHs in the applications of optical functional coatings.

recently,wireless security has been highlighted as one of the most important techniques for 6G mobile communication *** researchers have tried to improve the Physical-Layer Security(PLS)performance such as Secrecy Outage Probability(SOP)and Secrecy Energy-Efficiency(SEE).The SOP indicates the outage probability that the data transmission between legitimate devices does not guarantee a certain reliability level,and the SEE is defined as the ratio between the achievable secrecy-rate and the consumed transmit *** this paper,we consider a Multi-User Multi-Input Single-Output(MU-MISO)downlink cellular network where a legitimate Base Station(BS)equipped with multiple transmit antennas sends secure information to multiple legitimate Mobile Stations(MSs),and multiple potential eavesdroppers(EVEs)equipped with a single receive antenna try to eavesdrop on this *** potential EVE tries to intercept the secure information,i.e.,the private message,from the legitimate BS to legitimate MSs with a certain eavesdropping *** securely receive the private information,each legitimate MS feeds back its effective channel gain to the legitimate BS only when the effective channel gain is higher than a certain threshold,i.e.,the legitimate MSs adopt an Opportunistic Feedback(OF)*** such eavesdropping channels,both SOP and SEE are analyzed as performance measures of PLS and their closed-form expressions are derived *** on the analytical results,it is shown that the SOP of the OF strategy approaches that of a Full Feedback(FF)strategy as the number of legitimate MSs or the number of antennas at the BS ***,the trade-off between SOP and SEE as a function of the channel feedback threshold in the OF strategy is *** analytical results and related observations are verified by numerical simulations.
