This paper addresses the difficulty in calculating co2 storage volume due to the complexity of co2 occurrence states in the CCUS process. A method for calculating co2 storage volume is proposed, designing well networks throughout the entire lifecycle of CCUS to meet the demands of both co2 EOr and storage stages. This extends the implementation time of co2 EOr to enhance oil recovery and ensures effective co2 storage while maximizing oil production, aligning with the global strategy of green and low-carbon development. Initially assuming that the pore volume of produced hydrocarbons is completely occupied by co2 and considering dissolution retention and mineral reaction retention, the theoretical carbon storage volume of the target reservoir is predicted to determine the upper limit of storage volume. Building on flash calculation, utilizing equations of state-activity models, equations of state-equations of state models, and chemical reaction kinetics models, model parameters were fitted and corrected through experiments on co2 multiphase non-isothermal flow, dissolution, solid-phase deposition, and mineral reactions to develop a co2 storage volume prediction model and proprietary software. Finally, reliability verification was conducted using analogous block comparison methods. The technology proposed in this paper has been applied in the integrated co2 EOr and storage scheme for the L reservoir, predicting saturation fields, solubility fields, and various storage mechanisms during the co2 flooding and storage process and providing three-dimensional field changes. results indicate that the theoretical carbon storage upper limit for the L reservoir is 9.88 million tons;under current reservoir temperature and pressure conditions, co2 dissolution loss in formation connate water is 0.05 t/m3, and in residual oil it is 0.32 t/t, resulting in an effective storage volume of 7.47 million tons (with analogous block comparison results at 7.78 million tons, verifying the rel

Silicon-based materials have demonstrated remarkable potential in high-energy-density batteries owing to their high theoretical ***,the significant volume expansion of silicon seriously hinders its utilization as a lithium-ion ***,a functionalized high-toughness polyimide(PdMI) is synthesized by copolymerizing the 4,4'-Oxydiphthalic anhydride(OdPA) with 4,4'-oxydianiline(OdA),2,3-diaminobenzoic acid(dABA),and 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)-tetramethyl disiloxane(dMS).The combination of rigid benzene rings and flexible oxygen groups(-O-) in the PdMI molecular chain via a rigidness/softness coupling mechanism contributes to high *** plentiful polar carboxyl(-coOH) groups establish robust bonding *** ionic transport is achieved by incorporating the flexible siloxane segment(Si-O-Si),which imparts high molecular chain motility and augments free volume holes to facilitate lithium-ion transport(9.8 × 10^(-10) cm^(2) s^(-1) vs.16 × 10^(-10) cm^(2) s~(-1)).As expected,the SiO_x@PdMI-1.5 electrode delivers brilliant long-term cycle performance with a remarkable capacity retention of 85% over 500 cycles at 1.3 A g^(-1).The well-designed functionalized polyimide also significantly enhances the electrochemical properties of Si nanoparticles ***,the assembled SiO_x@PdMI-1.5/NCM811 full cell delivers a high retention of 80% after 100 *** perspective of the binder design strategy based on polyimide modification delivers a novel path toward high-capacity electrodes for high-energy-density batteries.

Application of bus frame in our country is experiencing and non integral and integral to fully integral transformation process, according to a certain integral bus body parameters, using UG to the frame geometry modeling and processing, based on the ANSYS finite element analysis was carried out on the four common bus operation condition, get the corresponding conditions deformation nephogram and stress nephogram, The maximum stress of the bus frame is 289MPa, which occurs on the support near the wheel constraint. The maximum deformation is 8.372mm at the end of the frame, which meets the design requirements. With the continuous progress of drilling tools and applied materials, highly filled rubber as an important part of the stator of positive displacement motor gradually becomes the mainstream trend, to solve the interference of unreasonable given, rotor hysteresis, drilling powerlessness, low efficiency, and other problems brought by new material, this paper carried out uniaxial tensile, isobiaxial tensile test, determine the physical properties of highly filled rubber, selected suitable constitutive equation, established of three-dimensional finite element model, and carried out single-variable finite element simulation analysis on ambient temperature, drilling fluid pressure, rotor speed, interference and hysteresis heat and coupling analysis. The results show that displacement and interference have a large impact on the temperature rise, and drilling fluid pressure is a sensitive indicator of stator rubber deformation, the stress distribution is concentrated in the valley of the thinner rubber layer, and the drilling fluid pressure has the greatest impact;using unidirectional decoupling approach, the hysteresis heat and multi-parameter coupling field analysis is carried out by the finite element calculation with a variable of the loss factor tanδ, revealing the coupling law of the highly filled stator rubber;apply the calculation method, conclusions to the field and large data statistics can prove that the calculation results of this method are reliable and accurate, the application results can improve the durability of positive displacement motor, and provide theoretical and data support for the stator-rotor meshing coupling law of highly filled positive displacement motor. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte ltd. 2023.

Slickwater fracturing with high injection rate and large volume has been widely used in the development of shale reservoirs, while the proppants cannot distribute uniformly in fracture networks, usually in the forms of sand-bed, separated pillars and local displacement. Thus, there are still some key issues need to be figured out for better fracturing design, such as the proppant placement status in complex fractures, and how to achieve effectively propped fractures, etc. In this paper, a three-dimensional proppant transport model is established by dense discrete Phase Model (ddPM). The flow field and concentration distribution of the proppants were analyzed, by tracking the trajectory of proppants in different types of complex fractures. Besides, the placement status of particles in the primary and secondary fractures was analyzed. In addition, we also conducted the research on proppant transportations in perf clusters. Finally, according to actual fracturing treatment schedule, three different sizes of proppants were gradually injected and the distribution law of the proppants was studied. Based on the concentration distribution of proppants in the complex fractures, fractures can be divided into four zones: pure fluid zone, critical suspension zone, flowing slurry zone and settling bed zone, while the critical suspension zone and flowing slurry zone of secondary fracture are smaller than primary fracture. Besides, the proppants concentration entering into the fractures far from the entrance is more than that entering the fractures near the entrance. The ratio of proppant concentration into each perf cluster (3 clusters per stage) is about 1:1.5:2, while that concentration ratio is 1:1.25:1.6:2 in four clusters per stage scenario, while the proppant concentration is inversely proportional to the amount of proppant and liquid injected. The mileage anxiety problem is a critical issue for the intelligent electric vehicles. The efficiency optimization of in-telligent electric vehicle's powertrain by considering multi driving constraints is a promising solution to extend the driving range. In this paper, a range extension-oriented efficiency optimization (rEEO) method, which consists of multi constraints construction, optimal efficiency searching, and optimal efficiency tracking control (OETC), is proposed for improving driving motor's efficiency and increasing driving range of intelligent electric vehicle. First, the vehicle dynamics model is built, and the multi driving constraints is constructed and mapped to the powertrain constraints through a cross domain collaboration (CdC) strategy. Second, the optimal efficiency of driving motor which subject to the multi constraints is searched by a recursive searching algorithm (rSA), and the driving motor is controlled by an OETC strategy. Third, the proposed rEEO is validated by comparing with two state-of-the-art methods through a professional co-simulation platform consists of CarSim and Matlab. The validation results show the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in extending the driving range of intelligent electric vehicles. © 2024 IEEE.

Liquid Air Energy Storage (LAES) has emerged as a promising solution for large-scale energy storage. However, current LAES systems face challenges related to high costs. Integrating air separation units (ASUs) with LAES offers the potential to balance grid demand and enhance production efficiency by sharing purification and liquid air storage equipment. This paper presents a LAES system coupled with a single-tower ASU, which is evaluated through steady-state simulation and exergy loss analysis. The system achieves an overall energy efficiency of 38.38%, with the LAES subsystem reaching 46.76% efficiency, and the air separation process consuming 3.39 kg/kWh. Additionally, the influence of the liquid-air split ratio on system performance is analyzed. © 2024 IEEE.

The interaction between wind farms based on doubly-fed induction generators (dFIG) and series capacitors in transmission lines can result in sub-synchronous control interaction (SSCI). due to the influence of system conditions on the oscillation frequency of SSCI, traditional supplementary sub-synchronous damping control (SSdC) methods, which rely on phase compensation and filtering parameters, become inadequate under varying conditions. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel supplementary damping-based linear active disturbance rejection control (SdC-LAdrC) approach to mitigate SSCI in various scenarios. First, a supplementary damping controller (SdC) is designed to enhance positive damping on the rotor side. Next, the combination of LAdrC control and SdC replaces rotor-side converter (rSC) inner loop control. The SdC-LAdrC controller leverages the linear extended state observer (LESO) within the LAdrC framework to estimate subsynchronous disturbances and provide real-time feedback compensation. This approach effectively suppresses SSCI at full compensation levels, outperforming traditional SSdC methods. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed control method is verified through MATLAB/ Simulink simulation tools. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a human-machine cooperative trajectory planning system for advanced driving assistance systems in lane-changing scenarios. Firstly, it establishes a vehicle dynamics model and provides evaluation indicators for safe and comfortable driving under lane-changing conditions. Secondly, it constructs a human-machine collaborative driving framework, designs a trajectory pre-generation strategy, and develops a learning-based weight generation model for human-machine collaborative driving. Finally, trajectory planning is implemented based on fuzzy logic theory and PId control. The system is validated through a Simulink/Carsim co-simulation experimental platform with driver-in-the-loop manner. The results demonstrate that the human-machine cooperative driving approach offers better performance in driving stability and safety compared to both autonomous driving and human driving alone. © 2024 IEEE.

during the inspection process of seamless steel tubes, the circumferential dynamic deviation of the multi-hub serpentine robot complicates the accurate estimation and control of its axial operating state. To address this challenge, this paper introduces an innovative control method integrating an improved discrete PId with IMU feedback, and thoroughly examines its fundamental principles, modeling strategies, and simulation analyses. This system boasts low overshoot, high steady-state accuracy, and swift response, all while minimizing the occupation of system resources, which is advantageous for realizing time-sharing control by the superordinate system. Additionally, the system is capable of dynamically adjusting the hub motors with minimal control cycles, effectively preventing motor vibrations and severe overheating issues. ©2024 IEEE.
