Plugging technology is one of the leading problems in shale gas drilling engineering,as it causes wellbore stability,shale formation collapse,and so *** order to solve these problems,in this paper,we committed to preparing artificial cores whose original permeability was 1.16×10^(−4)md,which could be used to simulate the shale formation,and established a sealing evaluation method to assess the effect of plugging technology by measuring permeability reduction rate K'.Verified the good reproducibility of the artificial cores through a lot of high temperature and high pressure(HTHP)filtration *** Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to prove that the permeability reduction rate is a scientific method to evaluate the sealing effect.

dolomitization is the main geological process that turn pelletoid into dolomites. How does dolomitization convert pelletoid into dolomites? Why do dolomites have different structures and crystals? This paper mainly answers these two questions. Based on core, cast thin sections, physical property and mercury intrusion, the Pelletoid types are first determined. Secondly, the diagenesis of the Pelletoid is comprehensively recognized, including the diagenetic types, diagenetic environment and diagenetic product. Finally, the dolomitization model of Pelletoid is established. There are four types dolomite in Arab C formation in BH oilfield. The Arab C Formation was in a tidal flat environment, in which facies include supratidal, intertidal and subtidal. different facies have different water energy, lithology, exposure probability and time, as a result, the diagenesis such as gypsification, dolomitization, dissolution and cementation in different area vary greatly. That’s why there are four type of dolomite even the primitive particles are the same pelletoids. The pelletoids were mainly in the intertidal facies, subtidal facies with relatively high energy could also developed. Intertidal facies was easy to exposure, and gypsification and dolomitization was intense in penecontemporaneous stage. due to the environment difference, response to sea level fluctuation and exposure time, the diagenesis, especially the extent of dolomitazition is different. Complications related to kick account for more than half of total well cost. Kick is unintended influx of formation fluids into the wellbore when the pressure found within the formation is higher than the mud hydrostatic pressure. If the event cannot be detected and controlled in time, they will lead to increased nonproductive time (NPT) and costs. For example, the maximum killing pressure required will be more than two times higher if the kick is detected 15 min later. To kill a kick, actions like circulating the well with heavier/lighter mud will require the field engineers to stop drilling. Even worse, a kick can potentially result in a blow-out event, which can lead to loss of life and a company's reputation. In recent years, people have made dramatic progress in kick detection. In general, they can be divided into physical-based models and data-driven approaches. For physical-based models, predicted values of the kick indicators are calculated and compared with the actual values. However, most of the physical-based models are unable to deal with complex situations, such as directional drilling and change of formation, temperature change, compressibility of fluids, etc. The pattern recognition approaches mainly consider the flow pattern. Moreover, these methods only recognize simple patterns, which might not be enough for real field application, where the data can be dirty and noisy. The models' performance can also be severely impacted if the labels are unbalanced. We propose to build a real-time alarm system for early kick detection using artificial intelligence and real-time drilling data. The goal is to use this automatic alarm system to predict kick events ahead of time and hence reduce NPT. First of all, the historical drilling data need to be integrated with daily drilling reports to recognize the kick events and routine daily operations. Low carbon, environmental protection and intellectualization are the only way for the construction of green oil field, and full-electric drilling equipment is the main direction of intelligent upgrading. The existing hydraulic driven automatic drilling equipment has low operation efficiency, poor stability, low success rate and serious environmental pollution, while the electric drive has high accuracy, convenient speed regulation, easy automatic control, high stability and operation success rate, and more importantly, it has little pollution. This paper solves the technical problems of electric drive, heavy load and intelligent control, and a set of full-electric intelligent drilling system was designed based on the technologies. The system mainly includes electric iron driller, electric pipe grasping manipulator, and so on. relying on the existing standpipe drilling technology, this paper first designs the overall structure of the full-electric surface drilling system, and then focuses on the working principle of the full-electric iron driller and the full-electric pipe grabbing device. The structure of the full-electric pipe grabbing device for the use conditions of large torque and heavy load was designed. The finite element analysis results show that the full-electric pipe grabbing device can meet the requirements of heavy load in drilling. Aiming at the problems such as difficulty in controlling well trajectory and easy occurrence of complex downhole accidents in directional deviation operation in salt-paste interbed of directional deviation well in Gadin-North Gadine gas field, position characteristic model and curvature calculation model are established by optimizing parameters affecting the performance of drill assembly, and the size and length of screw, drill collar and centralizer are analyzed and studied. The results show that the screw diameter and the centralizer diameter have a significant influence on the inclination building ability, and the change of drill collar length and drill collar diameter has a gentle influence on the inclination building ability. By adjusting the drill assembly size, the well inclination Angle can be optimized by 0.31°/30 m and 0.23°/30 m, respectively. In order to improve the HSE level during drilling fluid preparation and maintenance, the first domestic multi-tank drilling fluid additive automatic feeding device was developed. It uses pneumatic conveying method to automatically convey powder drilling fluid additive to mud mixing system in a closed environment. The device can automatically complete various functions such as feeding, discharging, turning, and recycling with one key. The field application test proves that according to the drilling fluid regulation requirements, the drilling fluid additive is accurately transported to the mud mixing system according to the set parameters through automatic operation in a closed environment, and the automatic and precise regulation of the drilling fluid and zero leakage, zero emission and zero pollution are realized. It effectively solves the problems of traditional manual feeding methods, such as low operation efficiency, uneven mixing of drilling fluid additive, low feeding accuracy, great human harm, high environmental pollution, and material waste, and significantly improves the automation of drilling rigs and the level of field HSE. The research has broken through difficult technologies such as automatic conveying of multi-character materials, high-efficiency material-gas separation, dust collecting and gas removal, and batching control. With the rapid progression and increasing industrial relevance of cloud computing, the stability of cloud systems has become increasingly critical as they are handling a vast number of requests. To ensure this stability, the operational status of cloud servers, indicated by key performance indicators such as CPU load, network bandwidth, memory allocation, and disk I/O operations, must be continuously monitored. Any changes in these metrics could signify potential system malfunctions like network intrusion or hardware faults due to user activities. However, given the cyclical nature of the utilization metrics, which often exhibit, minute, hour, or daily patterns, merely setting thresholds may not effectively detect these anomalous behaviors. To address this, our research capitalizes on the advantages of the Transformer model, incorporating cyclical prior knowledge to extract these periodic patterns from the metrics, thereby enhancing the detection efficacy. Experimental results show that our proposed approach outperforms the Transformer model, improving the anomalous detection accuracy by 1.7%, with the comprehensive evaluation metric (F1 score) surpassing 0.88. ©2023 IEEE.

In recent years, with the development of China's oil and gas exploration to deeper layers, the number of deep & ultra-deep wells has been increasing year by year. The casing layer sequence in the well structure design reaches 6-7 layers, which has tended to the design limit, but the handling ability is still insufficient in the face of sudden complex formations. Complications such as severe loss and different pressure systems in the same formation are encountered during drilling, resulting in early casing, which may not achieve the exploration target in the end. The open hole clad technology based on high performance solid expandable tubular is focus on solving difficult problems that weak and complex formation and severe drilling loses which cannot be effectively plugged or controlled. This paper studies the open hole clad technology based on high performance solid expandable tubular in exploration wells by using the methods of indoor test and field trials. The operation principle and technical characteristics of open hole clad technology are introduced in detail. And the test of expansion tubular performance, expansion cone performance and thread sealing strength were carried out to study the expansion tubular operation process. Then aiming at LZ1 exploration well with complications such as severe loss and different pressure systems in the same formation are encountered during drilling, the open hole clad technology field experiment was carried out, and the clad effect of expansion tubular were analyzed. The research results showed that: (1) the indoor tests of expansion tubular performance, expansion tubular cone performance and thread sealing strength verified the reliability of expandable tubular open hole clad technology which can effectively deal with the severe drilling loses on the safe drilling in exploration wells. Horizontal wells with long laterals are being used to develop low-permeability carbonate reservoirs in the world. After completion of a well, acidizing is usually conducted to remove the potential damage caused by drilling and completion. However, in bullheading acid injection, it is usually difficult for the acid to distribute evenly along a lateral due to quick consumption of acid along the wellbore, especially in MrC (Maximum reservoir Contact) wells or wells with long laterals (>1000m). In many cases the toe area is even left un-stimulated at all. different types of retarded acids are being developed in industry to reduce acid consumption rate in order to let them penetrate further, but the effective travelling distances of these acids are never systemically studied and compared, leaving field engineers a difficulty in selecting an acid for a specific well. In our work, the properties of different types of acids in industry are reviewed. A flow and reaction model with consideration of acid flow friction and acid-rock reaction kinetics is established and a method is found to solve it. Five typical cases are run based on the model and the results of an effective acid flowing distance, effective acid reacting distance and effective acid travelling distance are obtained and compared. Based on our study, two principles of selecting acid types for horizontal wells with long laterals are proposed: "flow to the toe" and "react to the toe", which mean the friction of an acid as well as the leak off rate of the acid should be small enough to let the fluid reach the toe under a given injection rate;the diffusion rate of H+ and the acid-rock reaction rate must be small enough to ensure that the acid is still active when it reaches the toe.
