Lead telluride is an important thermoelectric material due to its large Seebeck coefficient combined with its unusually low thermal conductivity that is related to the strong anharmonicity of phonons in this material. Here, we have studied the resonant and nonperturbative coupling of transverse optical phonons in lead telluride with cavity photons inside small-mode-volume metallic metasurface cavities that have photonic modes with terahertz frequencies. We observed a giant vacuum Rabi splitting on the order of the bare phonon and cavity frequencies. Through terahertz time-domain spectroscopy experiments, we systematically studied the vacuum Rabi splitting as a function of sample thickness, temperature, and cavity length. Under the strongest light–matter coupling conditions, the strength of coupling exceeded the bare phonon and cavity frequencies, putting the system into the deep-strong coupling regime. These results demonstrate that this uniquely tunable platform is promising for realizing and understanding predicted cavity-vacuum-induced ferroelectric instabilities and exploring applications of light–matter coupling in the ultrastrong and deep-strong coupling regimes in quantum technology. Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3. © 2019 IEEE.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

Acoustic Power Divider Based on Compressibility-Near-Zero Propagation

Materials with properties that can be described by a near-zero index of refraction have received significant attention in the fields of electromagnetics, optics, and acoustics, due to their extraordinary capabilities in wave manipulation. It was recently demonstrated theoretically and experimentally that acoustic waves could manifest near-zero-index propagation based on the effective compressibility of a waveguide channel approaching zero. In turn, this allows tunneling of acoustic waves with nearly infinite wavelength (or equivalently, uniform phase) when the channel cross section is much larger than the feeding lines. Here, we show that these concepts can be leveraged to realize an acoustic power divider and multiplexer offering tunneling of sound to an arbitrary number of output ports, with phase shifts equal to 0° or 180° and robust response to variations in the port position. We present analytical and numerical models describing the properties of this device and study limitations and trade-offs that occur in the presence of losses as the device size is scaled.

Atomic-level defects in van der Waals (vdW) materials are essential building blocks for quantum technologies and quantum sensing applications. The layered magnetic semiconductor CrSBr is an outstanding candidate for exploring optically active defects owing to a direct gap in addition to a rich magnetic phase diagram including a recently hypothesized defect-induced magnetic order at low temperature. Here, we show optically active defects in CrSBr that are probes of the local magnetic environment. We observe spectrally narrow (1 meV) defect emission in CrSBr that is correlated with both the bulk magnetic order and an additional low temperature defect-induced magnetic order. We elucidate the origin of this magnetic order in the context of local and non-local exchange coupling effects. Our work establishes vdW magnets like CrSBr as an exceptional platform to optically study defects that are correlated with the magnetic lattice. We anticipate that controlled defect creation allows for tailor-made complex magnetic textures and phases with the unique ingredient of direct optical access. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. This paper presents an evaluation of requirements specification for two critical real-time control systems, which depends of industrial communications protocols. It is proposed the use of aspect-oriented modeling (AOM) to map transient fault behaviors in design phases, with RT-FRIDA framework extended for fault modeling capabilities. Requirements specification for an Active suspension control system and for a fault detection control system applied in agricultural implements was made as case study. Faults are specified as non-functional requirements and evaluated applying a quantitative softgoal weight method. Results presented indicates aspect-oriented fault modeling as an important ally to specify faults that have potential to degrade performance of real-time control systems. © 2016

The two-dimensional (2D) material Cr2Ge2Te6 is a member of the class of insulating van der Waals magnets. Here, using high resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy in a detailed temperature dependence study, we identify a clear response of the electronic structure to a dimensional crossover in the form of two distinct temperature scales marking onsets of modifications in the electronic structure. Specifically, we observe Te p-orbital-dominated bands to undergo changes at the Curie transition temperature TC while the Cr d-orbital-dominated bands begin evolving at a higher temperature scale. Combined with neutron scattering, density functional theory calculations, and Monte Carlo simulations, we find that the electronic system can be consistently understood to respond sequentially to the distinct temperatures at which in-plane and out-of-plane spin correlations exceed a characteristic length scale. Our findings reveal the sensitivity of the orbital-selective electronic structure for probing the dynamical evolution of local moment correlations in vdW insulating magnets. © 2023, CC BY.

Autism Spectrum Disorder is a pervasive developmental disorder that will affect children in terms of interpersonal communication, social interaction, and imaginative levels in play. Many therapies to help the motor neuron performance is one of them Pretend Play. Pretend Play is a therapy that invites children in playing to demonstrate something else and tell how to use objects that are considered in the child's imagination. However, in the era of highly developed technology, many fields have used the Augmented Reality method as a visualization of various aspects. With this method researchers will present the therapeutic visualization of the block to 3D transportation tool that is useful for strengthening motor nerves and visual strength of the child. The system can run well during marker detection, marker movement, and 3D object display with the accuracy of precision angle and distance between virtual world with real world reach 100% with angle 0 at distance 31 cm and the maximum distance from the marker is 46 cm and the maximum angle is 30. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Recent advances in twistronics of low-dimensional materials, such as bilayer graphene and transition-metal dichalcogenides, have enabled a plethora of unusual phenomena associated with moiré physics. However, several of these effects require demanding manipulation of superlattices at the atomic scale, such as the careful control of rotation angle between two closely spaced atomic lattices. Here, we study moiré hyperbolic plasmons in pairs of hyperbolic metasurfaces (HMTSs), unveiling analogous phenomena at the mesoscopic scale. HMTSs are known to support confined surface waves collimated towards specific directions determined by the metasurface dispersion. By rotating two evanescently coupled HMTSs with respect to one another, we unveil rich dispersion engineering, topological transitions at magic angles, broadband field canalization, and plasmon spin-Hall phenomena. These findings open remarkable opportunities to advance metasurface optics, enriching it with moiré physics and twistronic concepts. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.
