Design of wearable squat booster for automobile assembler based on ergonomics

Aiming at the problem that automobile assembler need to squat for a long time, a wearable squatting assistance system with low cost, simple control and easy to squat and walk is designed. Based on ergonomics and finite element theory, UG was used to draw a three-dimensional solid model of the wearable squatting power system for automobile assemblers. With the help of ANSYS software, the statics analysis of key components is carried out to check their strength and stiffness. It is concluded that the wearable squatting power assist device for automotive fitters based on ergonomics has reached the design requirements in terms of function use and strength and stiffness.

Distributed cooperative guidance for maneuvering targets with directed conmunication topologies

This paper studies the distributed cooperative guidance for maneuvering targets with directed communication topologies. First, a guidance system model is established based on the geometric relationship between the aircraft and the target, in which the nonlinear problem is solved by feedback linearization. In this design, the unknown maneuver of the target is observed by the extended state observer, and the estimation of the unknown maneuver of the target is applied to the design of the guidance law. In this process, the influence of the target maneuvering on the time-to-go is eliminated by means of direct compensation. Then, the designed guidance law is brought into the guidance model, transforming the problem of cooperative guidance into the problem of consensus. Next, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the convergence of the designed cooperative guidance law are obtained by conducting the pole analysis. Finally, the designed cooperative guidance law and the method of the parameter selection are analyzed by adopting the simulation analysis. © 2020, Beihang University Aerospace Knowledge Press. This study compared the aroma-active compounds in 14 brands of commercially infant formula and investigated their changes during ambient storage after opening for 2 months. A total of 29 major aroma-active compounds were detected in infant formula. From the PCA and heatmap analysis, a total of 14 brands of infant formula were classified into 3 groups, the second group contained JLB-Y, AY and FH-F, of which 2-furanmethanol and (E,E)-3,5-octadien-2-one were mainly compounds, the third group contained YL and JLB-L, the characteristic flavor compounds in this group were mainly hexanal, heptanal, etc. Aldehydes, as the main volatile substances, account for more than half of the total volatiles. Nearly half of the aldehydes showed more significant changes after storage, e.g. hexanal, octanal, (E)-2-octenal and 3-methylbutyraldehyde. The YL and YP-Q produced more saturated aldehydes after storage, the concentration of hexanal in YL-2m and YP-Q-2m was 2138.5 μg/kg and 2004.1μg/kg, respectively. The concentrations of heptanal, octanal, and nonanal also increased relatively significantly, which may lead to a distinct rancid flavor in YL and YP-Q. Besides, among the ketones, (E,E)-3,5-octadien-2-one showed the greatest change after storage, especially in JLB-L. According to sensory evaluation experiments, the milky flavor of infant formulas decreased and fatty, rancid, fishy and grassy flavors were found to have increased to different extents after storage. The current information gap on the concentration and evolution of volatile compounds in commercially available infant formula is filled by this study.

The effects of tungsten on the creep behavior and microstructure of tempered martensite 9Cr steel with different W concentrations ranging from 0–2.5 wt% were studied. The matrix consisted of tempered lath martensite structure and M23C6 located along the grain boundary or inside the grain. As the W concentration increased, the number of M23C6 increased while the particle size decreased. Also, with the increasing W concentration, the minimum creep rate and elongation decreased while the time to rupture increased. The rise in W concentration led to the refinement of M23C6, which enhanced the creep strength but reduced the creep plasticity.

Blackbody radiation source is a key equipment in the traceability process of temperature measurement. In infrared temperature measurement, stable and consistent temperature control of the blackbody radiation sources is required. And in the process of calibration, it is a key element that a blackbody radiation source can produce a fixed temperature. Effective control of its temperature is, therefore, crucial. Due to the change of parameters and the uncertainty of loads, the performance requirements for conventional Proportional, Integral and Differential (PID) controller are high. But the control effect of the conventional PID controller on the temperature control system is not perfect. So the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is simulated with software for the temperature control system of the blackbody radiation source in this paper. Compared with the conventional PID control algorithm, the Fuzzy-PID control has advantages of quicker response, smaller overshoot and more stable performance. It is of a certain reference value to improve the temperature control performances in the actual industrial production applications. © 2018 IEEE.

Collision avoidance is the primary problem to be solved in formation flight of multiple Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs). Firstly, a cooperative collision avoidance architecture of multiple UAVs is designed according to the requirement of autonomous collision avoidance of single UAV. Then a new cooperative collision avoidance method of multiple UAVs based on Kalman filter and model predictive control(MPC) is proposed. In this method, extended Kalman filter(EKF) is used to estimate the state of obstacles and target points in uncertain environment space, and to predict the trajectory of obstacles and target points. At the same time, relevant performance index functions and constraints are set up. On the basis of sharing environmental information, model predictive control strategy is used to guide and make cooperative collision avoidance decisions for multiple UAVs. The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective in uncertain environment perception and UAV collision avoidance, and the cooperative mechanism has obvious advantages.

A 5 degree of freedom parallel mechanism with 6 branched redundant actuators is proposed. The mechanism is composed of 4 -SPS and 2-RPS kinematic branches. The mechanism can achieve three rotational and two translational motion. The performance of the forward and inverse kinematics, singularity and workspace, is analyzed, firstly, using the vector algebra method and Newton iteration method, the forward and inverse kinematics model were obtained from numerical solution and analytic solution;on this basis, get the Jacobian matrix of mechanism, and on the basis of the three kinds of performance parameters of matrix the singularity of the mechanism was analyzed;finally with the help of Monte Carlo method, obtaining the workspace of the mechanism. The related kinematic analysis will lay a theoretical foundation for the future study of the dynamics. © 2018 IEEE.

Blackbody radiation source is used as a standard device for infrared thermometer, it plays increasingly important roles in the field of calibration. Through experiment discoveries that it is a typical nonlinear system and has a large transport delay when the blackbody is rise temperature or cooling in order to reach set temperature points. Based on the temperature control of blackbody is a kind of typical multi-variable, strong coupling and time-varying nonlinear control system. The paper proposes applying the theory of active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) to suppress various disturbances and improve the dynamic performance of blackbody radiation source. First of all, describing the working principle of blackbody radiation source and building its mathematical model. Secondly, introducing the control method of ADRC, which is applied to the temperature control system of blackbody radiation source. Finally, through MATLAB/SIMULINK platform to simulate and compare the temperature control performances of blackbody among ADRC, PID and Smith predictor(SP) control strategies. The simulation results show that proposed ADRC algorithm improves the abilities of anti-interference of system and it is without overshoot. In addition, the results also indicated that the control method of ADRC shortens plant stable time and has a strong prospect for practical applications. © 2018 IEEE.

Recent research on joint source-channel coding (JSCC) for wireless communications has achieved great success owing to the employment of deep learning (DL). However, the existing work on DL based JSCC usually trains the designed network to operate under a specific signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) regime, without taking into account that the SNR level during the deployment stage may differ from that during the training stage. A number of networks are required to cover the scenario with a broad range of SNRs, which is computational inefficiency (in the training stage) and requires large storage. To overcome these drawbacks our paper proposes a novel method called Attention DL based JSCC (ADJSCC) that can successfully operate with different SNR levels during transmission. This design is inspired by the resource assignment strategy in traditional JSCC, which dynamically adjusts the compression ratio in source coding and the channel coding rate according to the channel SNR. This is achieved by resorting to attention mechanisms because these are able to allocate computing resources to more critical tasks. Instead of applying the resource allocation strategy in traditional JSCC, the ADJSCC uses the channel-wise soft attention to scaling features according to SNR conditions. We compare the ADJSCC method with the state-of-the-art DL based JSCC method through extensive experiments to demonstrate its adaptability, robustness and versatility. The dissolving technique of ionic liquid (IL) was applied in extraction process of hydroxyapatite (HAp). Product HAp was extracted by IL choline chloride-urea (ChCl-Urea) dissolving cattle bone. The optimum conditions for regeneration process of cattle bone were determined by single factor, orthogonal and verification experiments. IR spectra of regenerated bone, undissolved bone and raw bone showed that the main groups of regenerated bone did not change. It was indicated that ionic liquid did not damage the bone collagen of raw bone, and the collagen was only dissolved by IL. IR spectrum of the product HAp revealed that its components were similar to those of the natural bone. SEM pattern showed that the crystal shape of the product HAp appeared rod-like shape mostly, and the crystal structure was relatively complete. XRD diffraction explained that there was no difference between product HAp and standard HAp for the crystalline form and compositions.
