cloud storage services have been used by most businesses and individual users. However, data loss, service interruptions and cyber attacks often lead to cloud storage services not being provided properly, and these incidents have caused financial losses to users. Second, traditional and single-cloud model disaster recovery services are no longer suitable for the current complex cloud storage systems. Therefore, a scheme to provide disaster recovery for cloud storage services in a multi-cloud storage environment is needed in real production. In this paper, we propose a disaster recovery scheme based on blockchain technology. The proposed scheme outlined in this study aims to address the issue of data availability within the cloud storage landscape. The proposed scheme achieves this goal by dividing data into hot and cold categories, verifying the integrity of copy data via blockchain technology, and utilizing blockchain networks to manage multi-cloud storage systems. Experimental findings demonstrate that the proposed scheme yields superior results in terms of computation and time overheads.

In a multi-cloud storage system, provenance data records all operations and ownership during its lifecycle, which is critical for data security and audibility. However, recording provenance data also poses some challenging security and storage issues. In this paper, we present a secure and efficient multi-cloud storage data source scheme, BMDP. We use blockchain technology to ensure the secure storage of provenance data and design a smart contract to utilize the provenance data to ensure the proper operation of the multi-cloud storage system. Finally, we analyze the scheme’s safety and do simulation experiments to show that the scheme has practicality.

Knowledge Graph has become a dominant research field in graph theory, but its incompleteness and sparsity hinder its application in various fields. Knowledge Graph Reasoning aims to alleviate these problems by deducing new knowledge or identifying false knowledge from existing knowledge. Recently, the Graph Convolution Network (GCN) based method is one of the most advanced methods to realize knowledge graph reasoning. However, it still suffers from some problems such as incomplete neighbor information aggregation and slow training speed. This paper proposes a knowledge graph reasoning model named GK for the link prediction task, which obtains better performance than existing GCN-based methods by introducing Graphormer into knowledge reasoning. The GK first proposes that nodes and their surroundings can be regarded as a hierarchical architecture that enables the model to capture more practical reasoning information to improve prediction accuracy. In addition, to accelerate the training speed of the model on the large-scale Knowledge Graph, we present a faster shortest path-finding method F-SPF in the edge coding process. Extensive experimental results show that the GK model can obtain the state-of-the-art prediction results of current GCN-based methods and can improve the training speed.

With the rapid development and popularization of electric vehicles (EVs), the increased demand for charging stations (CSs) has made configuring charging facilities and optimizing charging station recommendations crucial. Consequently, personalized recommendation services for charging stations have emerged as a crucial strategy to mitigate the "mileage anxiety" experienced by drivers. Previous work has typically focused on optimizing CSs’ resource allocation or drivers’ costs, with little consideration of the complexity of the charging behavior of individuals, such as the distribution of Point Of Interests (POIs) surrounding the CS, the similarity of driver selection in different temporal scales, and the tradeoff between different users’ inherent preferences and external cost (e.g., travel times and electric prices), which may result in lower satisfaction, decreased accuracy of recommendations, and sub-optimal decision-making. To address this problem, we propose a charging station recommendation framework based on Actor-Critic Deep Reinforcement Learning, called DST, to assist electric vehicle drivers in finding the proper spots for charging. In the DST, both the actor and critic networks are implemented by Deep Neural Networks (DNNs). The Actor networks, utilizing a Semantic-based Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Network and a Stacked Convolutional Neural Network with Multiple Channels, extract the geographical semantic features of CSs and specific preference patterns from different temporal scales as hidden state representations. The critic networks employ a Twin-Critic architecture for joint optimization of inherent preference rewards and external environmental rewards. Extensive experiments on two real-world datasets demonstrate that the DST achieves the best comprehensive performance compared with seven baseline approaches.

Vehicle Edge computing (VEC) is a critical technology that can achieve low latency and energy consumption for Telematics. However, with the high-speed mobility of new energy-electric vehicles and their cross-regional nature, performing high-quality service of vehicle tasks on the VEC model is still challenging. Considering the electric vehicle range problem, this paper plans to jointly optimize task offloading, task result forwarding and computational resource allocation (OOFR) within the maximum tolerable delay of vehicle tasks to minimize vehicle tasks' delay and energy consumption. The non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology is used with roadside units (RSUs) to achieve multiplexing of limited spectrum resources. This allows multiple vehicle users to perform task transmission simultaneously, thus reducing vehicle task transmission delay. In addition, we propose a cooperative game approach based on NOMA for task grouping to reduce the signal interference of vehicle task transmission. Finally, a deep reinforcement learning method is proposed for task offloading decision selection. A simulation platform is built to compare with MEC, COMO and MADDPG methods, combined with simulation results, showing that the superiority of our proposed scheme is verified.

Named Entity Recognition (NER) is one of the contents of Knowledge Extraction (KE) that transforms data into knowledge representation. However, Chinese NER faces the problem of lacking clear word boundaries that limit the effectiveness of the KE. Although the flat lattice Transformer (FLAT) framework, which converts lattice structure into a flat structure including a set of spans, can effectively improve this problem and obtain advanced results, there still exist the problems of insensitivity to entity importance weights and insufficient feature learning. This paper proposes a weighted flat lattice Transformer architecture for Chinese NER, namely WFLAT. The WFLAT first adds a weight matrix into self-attention calculation, which can obtain finer-grained partitioning of entities to improve experimental performance, and then adopts a multi-layer Transformer encoder with each layer using a multi-head self-attention mechanism. Extensive experimental results on benchmarks demonstrate that our proposed KE model can obtain state-of-the-art performance for the Chinese NER task.

W-projection is a wide-field imaging technique that is widely used in radio synthesis arrays. Processing the wide-field big data generated by the future Square Kilometre Array (SKA) will require significant updates to current methods to significantly reduce the time consumed on data processing. data loading and gridding are found to be two major time-consuming tasks in w-projection. In this paper, we investigate two parallel methods of accelerating w-projection processing on multiple nodes: they are the hybrid Message Passing Interface (MPI) and Open Multi-Processing (OpenMP) method based on multicore Central Processing Units (CPUs) and the hybrid MPI and Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA) method based on Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). Both methods are successfully employed and operated in various computational environments, confirming their robustness. The experimental results show that the total runtime of both MPI+OpenMP and MPI+CUDA methods is significantly shorter than that of single-thread processing. MPI+CUDA generally shows faster performance when running on multiple nodes than MPI+OpenMP, especially on large numbers of nodes. The single-precision GPU-based processing yields faster computation than the double-precision processing;while the single- and double-precision CPU-based processing shows consistent computational performance. The gridding time remarkably increases when the support size of the convolution kernel is larger than 8 and the image size is larger than 2048 pixels. As medical insurance continues to grow in size, the losses caused by medical insurance fraud cannot be underestimated. Current data mining and predictive techniques have been applied to analyze and explore the health insurance fraud population. However, previous studies only provide summary results and do not show the details of comparative analysis during the visit, resulting in the inability of auditors to quickly identify anomalous behavior. In this paper, we propose a visual analytics system for interactive medical insurance fraud detection to support the exploration and interpretation of different access processes. We propose a weighted MinDL to improve the accuracy of visit pattern classification in the time-series modeling process, and design a data analysis model and visual analysis view based on medical insurance fraud characteristics to reveal and explore the characteristics of medical insurance fraud groups. We collaborate with related organizations to design and implement an interactive visualization for medical insurance fraud group detection using real Medicare data and expert interviews The system is effective and practical in detecting and analyzing medical insurance fraud syndicates. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Fuzzing is increasingly being utilized as a method to test the reliability of Deep Learning (DL) systems. In order to detect more errors in DL systems, exploring the internal logic of more DNNs has become the main objective of fuzzing. Despite advancements in the seed selection aspect of fuzzing, considerable opportunities still exist for improving testing efficiency. Current research has issues with the repeated consideration of neurons in the model that will be covered in the future by other seeds, leading to redundant seeds and lower testing efficiency. Additionally, there is a lack of a method to measure the potential of seeds to increase coverage, making it difficult to select the most worthy seeds for mutation in each iteration. We propose an uncovered neurons information based (UNIB) fuzzing method for DNN. UNIB uses clustering methods to organize the seed queue based on initial seed data, aiming to enhance the coverage rate improved in each iteration. It also integrates coverage information from the testing phase to identify the seeds with the greatest potential. The experimental results show that UNIB achieved a higher NC than the second-best method by 1.1% and 3% in LetNet-4 and LetNet-5, respectively. UNIB consistently required the fewest number of iterations to reach the same NC as other methods. For both LetNet-4 and LetNet-5, the adversarial test case sets generated by UNIB exhibited the highest diversity.

The reasonable multi-controller deployment in Software Defined Network (SDN) must reach a high requirement for the low latency between controllers and switches. Existing methods are mostly based on controller software platform to implement a deployment algorithm, which will increase latency and load of controllers. Aiming at minimizing the latency between a controller and switches, this paper proposes a method of multi-controller deployment in SDN based on FPGA to improve the algorithm efficiency and reduce the latency by utilizing the characteristics of FPGA parallel computing. Firstly, a cooperative model of multi-controller based on FPGA is designed, which can raise the performance of controllers by centralized management. Based on this model, the multi-controller deployment has been discussed, and the multi-controller deployment strategy based on the improved K-means clustering algorithm has been proposed. The algorithm was transplanted to the cooperative model based on FPGA for running. At last, this paper has verified the correctness of the multi-controller deployment method through software and FPGA simulation experiments. Extensive simulation results show that the algorithm model based on FPGA designed in this paper can effectively reduce the latency between controllers and switches, and the running time acceleration ratio can reach 14.
