In a multi-cloud storage system, provenance data records all operations and ownership during its lifecycle, which is critical for data security and audibility. However, recording provenance data also poses some challenging security and storage issues. In this paper, we present a secure and efficient multi-cloud storage data source scheme, BMDP. We use blockchain technology to ensure the secure storage of provenance data and design a smart contract to utilize the provenance data to ensure the proper operation of the multi-cloud storage system. Finally, we analyze the scheme's safety and do simulation experiments to show that the scheme has practicality. © 2023 IEEE.

Knowledge Graph (KG) is an essential research direction that involves storing and managing knowledge data, but its incompleteness and sparsity hinder its development in various applications. Knowledge Graph Reasoning (KGR) is an effective method to solve this limitation via reasoning missing knowledge based on existing knowledge. The graph Convolution Network (GCN) based method is one of the state-of-the-art approaches to this work. However, there are still some problems, such as the insufficient ability to perceive graph structure and the poor effect of learning data features which may limit the reasoning accuracy. This paper proposes a KGR architecture based on a graph sequence generator and multi-head self-attention mechanism, named GaM-KGR, to improve the above problems and enhance prediction accuracy. Specifically, the GaM-KGR first introduces the graph generation model into the field of KGR for graph representation learning to obtain the hidden features in the data so that enhancing the reasoning effect and then embeds the generated graph sequence into the multi-head self-attention mechanism for subsequent processing to improve the graph structure perception ability of the proposed architecture, so that it can process the graph structure data more appropriately. Extensive experimental results show that the GaM-KGR architecture can achieve the state-of-the-art prediction results of current GCN-based models. © 2023 IEEE.

In view of the problem that the result accuracy of the research publication recommendations of manuscripts is often low. It is very difficult for many contributors to find the suitable journals from many recommendation results. To solve this problem, a novel method of publication recommendations for authors’ manuscripts is proposed using our improved C4.5 decision tree algorithm. For the shortcomings of too many values of data samples during dealing with the traditional C4.5 methods, the five-value logic ideas are adopted to improve this C4.5 algorithm to apply in the research fields of publication recommendations. The experimental results show that the related publications are easier to obtain for authors via the decision trees with the improved C4.5 method than before, and this method has higher accuracy than ever. It is of great significance to help the researchers, especially for those who have no enough experience to choose the most suitable journals from a lot of publications. © 2018, Springer International Publishing AG.

Due to the limitations of technologies, the traditional electronic medical record system has the risk of data being tampered with and attacked, which makes personal privacy easy to be leaked. Combined with the consortium blockchain development platform – FISCO BCOS, a new electronic medical record storage model is proposed. The model controls the access of medical records through blockchain and smart contract, strengthens the privacy protection of patients, improves the convenience of medical data sharing, and provides reliable data support for medical research. Finally, the proposed electronic medical record storage model is fully realized, and its effectiveness and practicability are proved. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The essence of blockchain is to solve trust problems and realize value transfer. The traditional centralized processing method adopts centralized transmission and storage of users’ data privacy, which improves the security and reliability of processing. The non central blockchain technology uses distributed ledger technology to realize the characteristics of disintermediation, data tampering, traceability, work audit, etc. encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the data, and consensus mechanism makes the data sharing of blockchain system more fair and stable. The current passive data privacy schemes are basically based on cryptography. On the premise of satisfying the constraint mechanism of blockchain, this paper studies the technical framework, encryption mechanism and empirical analysis of blockchain, and discusses the information privacy protection method of hiding the original big data as much as possible, so as to improve the system performance and protect the security and privacy of user data. At the same time, we study data privacy protection from the perspective of software architecture, and propose a data privacy protection scheme through algorithm decomposition multi center collaboration method, which provides guidance for big data sharing and transaction based on blockchain. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Software Defined Networks (SDN) decouples control plane and data plane, which simplifies network management. However, there are still some security threats which limit the large scale deployment of SDN. In this paper, we present a solution which integrates Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technology with SDN in the southbound interface to fulfill secure communication between controller and switches. Rather than merely employ Transport Level Security (TLS) protocol in OpenFlow standard, the proposed scheme can prevent the Man-In-The-Middle (MITM) attack. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2017.

Depression is a common emotional mental disorder with high morbidity, recurrence rate and disability rate. The incidence of depression increases year by year, reducing the quality of life of patients and imposing a heavy burden on families and society. The present work adopted a network pharmacology-based approach to provide new insights into the active compounds and therapeutic targets of Shuyu Capsule for the treatment of depression. Ninety-two avtive ingredients of Shuyu Capsule possessing favorable pharmacokinetic profiles and biological activities were selected,interacting 96 depression-related targets to provide potential synergistic therapeutic *** analysis of the constructed networks revealed that these targets such as ESR1, PTGS2, NOS2and SLC6A4 were mainly involved in prolactin signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,serotonergic synapse and thyroid hormone signaling pathway. © VDE VERLAG GMBH · Berlin · Offenbach.

A variety of faults often occurduring the operation of PV arrays, which may seriously affect the normal operation of the system, the machine diagnosis of the types of fault has become a hotspot in the field of photovoltaic power generation. This paper proposes a novel fault diagnostic technique for photovoltaic systems based on Cascaded Forest. Through the in-depth analysis of the output of PV arrays froma data platform of ShijiazhuangKelin Electric Co, the input variables of the diagnosis model are obtained. Compared with other fault diagnosis methods for the PV array, the proposed method can work under a small number of tagged data and the system can be run online and real-time. Finally, the experimental results show that the fault diagnosis method for the PV array based on the cascading forests can effectively detect four types of fault for PV array such as short-circuit, open-circuit, abnormal degradation and partial shading. This method has a good value for the intelligent fault diagnosis of PV. © 2017 Association for computing Machinery.

Multicast performs better than unicast in delivering the same content from a fixed single source to a set of destinations. Many efforts have been made to optimize such kind of deterministic multicast, such as minimizing the transmission cost of each multicast session. In practice, it is not necessary that the source of each multicast session has to be in a specific location, as long as certain constraints are satisfied. Accordingly, applications usually meet a novel multicast with uncertain sources, ie, uncertain multicast. That is, multiple nodes have the responsibility to act as the root node of a multicast session. Prior proposals have addressed an uncertain multicast by constructing the minimum cost forest. However, it is still unknown how to efficiently share the network resources, when a set of uncertain multicast occupies the network simultaneously. To tackle such a challenging issue, we present the packing problem of uncertain multicasts (MPU) to minimize the total transmission cost, under the constraint of link capacity. We prove that the MPU problem is NP-hard. An intrinsic solution is constructing the minimum cost forest for each uncertain multicast individually. This method, however, is inefficient and may be infeasible because of the constraint of link capacity. Thus, we design 2 dedicated greedy methods, named priority-based and adjusting congested link, to approximate the optimal solution. The comprehensive results indicate that both of our 2 methods can find a feasible solution for the MPU problem. Moreover, given a set of uncertain multicasts, the adjusting congested link method can generate a desired transmission structure for each uncertain multicast and achieve the least total cost when packing them. Many location-based services need to query objects existing in a specific space,such as location-based tourism resource *** a large number of spatial objects and the real-time object access requirements of location-based services pose a big challenge for spatial object storage and query *** this paper,we propose HGeoHashBase,an improved storage model by integrating GeoHash with key-value structure,to organize spatial objects for efficient range *** is responsible for spatial encoding and key-value structure as underlying data *** the similarity of the encodings for objects in the close geographical locations and the multi-version data mechanism are blended into the proposed model *** the tradeoff between encoding precision and query performance,a theoretical proof is *** experiments are designed and conducted,whose results show that the proposed model can gain significant performance improvement.
