In a multi-cloud storage system, provenance data records all operations and ownership during its lifecycle, which is critical for data security and audibility. However, recording provenance data also poses some challenging security and storage issues. In this paper, we present a secure and efficient multi-cloud storage data source scheme, BMDP. We use blockchain technology to ensure the secure storage of provenance data and design a smart contract to utilize the provenance data to ensure the proper operation of the multi-cloud storage system. Finally, we analyze the scheme's safety and do simulation experiments to show that the scheme has practicality. © 2023 IEEE.

Cloud storage services have been used by most businesses and individual users. However, data loss, service interruptions and cyber attacks often lead to cloud storage services not being provided properly, and these incidents have caused financial losses to users. Second, traditional and single-cloud model disaster recovery services are no longer suitable for the current complex cloud storage systems. Therefore, a scheme to provide disaster recovery for cloud storage services in a multi-cloud storage environment is needed in real production. In this paper, we propose a disaster recovery scheme based on blockchain technology. The proposed scheme outlined in this study aims to address the issue of data availability within the cloud storage landscape. The proposed scheme achieves this goal by dividing data into hot and cold categories, verifying the integrity of copy data via blockchain technology, and utilizing blockchain networks to manage multi-cloud storage systems. Experimental findings demonstrate that the proposed scheme yields superior results in terms of computation and time overheads. © 2023 IEEE.

The identification of road damage is deemed very important to the preservation of infrastructure. Since recent development in deep learning provide great potential approaches, in this paper, three deep learning models, namely EfficientNet, CNN and YOLOv8 are considered and their performance is evaluated on a dataset with 8,586 images with labelled road damages consisting of seven subclasses including longitudinal cracks and potholes. Besides, other issues like class imbalance and variabilities in the environment were studied and considered in its assessment based on the Models accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. With an accuracy of 64%, YOLOv8 is the most accurate model for identifying various types of damages, particularly in identifying multiple damages present in one or more types of damage, as was seen in the high accuracy rate of a split sample of 44 images of multiple damages. Our findings showcase YOLOv8 as a strong contender for real-time road damage detection with potential of enhancement with better augmentation and fine-tuning. © 2024 IEEE.

Collaborative innovation is an important foundation and internal motivation for the in-depth development strategy of civil-military *** analysis of constraints on collaborative innovation of civil-military integration can help promote the in-depth development of civil-military *** literature review,an indicator system of 14 factors has been constructed in four dimensions:policy bottlenecks,ideological constraints,institutional barriers,and resource element *** paper analyzes the important factors affecting collaborative innovation of civil-military integration with the DEMATEL-ISM method and build a hierarchy *** results indicates that the most fundamental reasons for the constrains of collaborative innovation of civil-military integration are the profit distribution,insufficient legal and regulatory basis,traditional thought barriers and institutional mechanisms.

Machine learning is a powerful tool for simulating the quantitative structure activity relationship in drug discovery (QSAR). However, descriptor selection and model optimization remain two of most challenging tasks for domain experts to construct high-quality QSAR model. Therefore, we propose a QSAR-special automated machine learning method incorporating Automated Descriptor Selection with Automated Model Building (ADSMB) to efficiently and automatically build high-quality QSAR model. Automated Descriptor Selection provides a QSAR-special molecular descriptor selection mechanism to automatically obtain the descriptors without unique value, redundancy and low importance in QSAR dataset. Based on these QSAR-special descriptors, Automated Model Building constructs high-quality ensemble model of molecular descriptors and target activities under Bayesian optimization through Auto-Sklearn. Finally, we conduct experimental evaluation for our proposed method on Mutagenicity dataset. The results show ADSMB can obtain better and stable performance than the competing methods. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Few-shot learning based methods can address the reliance on large-scale labeled samples in current breast tumor segmentation. However, previous methods typically rely on a few support samples to extract abstract, coarse-grained semantic prototypes, without considering the interaction between support and query data. In this study, we aim to provide each query image with relevant and information-rich support information. By integrating the difficult point selection module and the multi-scale cyclical prototype refinement module, we progressively refine coarse-grained support prototypes into more informative, fine-grained class prototypes, thereby better matching the highly variable breast ultrasound query data. Experiments on two datasets demonstrate that our proposed multi-scale cyclical similarity prototype refinement network (CSPRNet) achieves remarkable improvements compared to previous state-of-the-art methods. Specifically, using ResNet50 as the backbone, we achieve 57.93%/57.92% and 57.58%/59.24% mIoU for 1-shot and 5-shot segmentation, respectively, on public and private datasets, outperforming the suboptimal method by 8.18%/2.55% and 2.77%/4.48%. © 2024 IEEE.

Anomaly detection refers to the identification of data objects that deviate from the general data distribution. One of the important challenges in anomaly detection is handling high-dimensional data, especially when it contains a large number of redundant attributes. Although traditional Isolation Forest (iForest) and Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) have performed well in anomaly detection, the detection accuracy is still extremely influenced by redundant attributes. In this paper, we propose a two-tier architecture named RS-EIF, to alleviate the negative impact of redundant attributes. Specifically, the RS-EIF combines the rough set theory and EIF algorithm and provides an effective basis for the EIF-based anomaly detection method by removing redundant attributes with rough set theory. Experimental results show that the RS-EIF algorithm performs better than the iForest and EIF algorithms in terms of anomaly detection rate, and the results of the combination of rough set theory and EIF are more prominent compared to the other combination methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, we introduce a new method for Bidirectional Quantum Teleportation called Bidirectional Quantum Teleportation using the Modified Dijkstra Algorithm and Quantum Walk (BQT-MDQW). This method uses different types of entangled states, such as the GHZ-Bell state, W-Bell state, and Cluster-Bell state, to improve quantum communication in multi-hop quantum wireless networks. We focus on the W-Bell state and compare the quantum Dijkstra algorithm with the classical Dijkstra method to see which one works better. We apply both versions to quantum and classical simulators, measuring their performance through fidelity, memory utilization, and throughput calculations. Our results show that the shortest path problem may be solved with significantly reduced computer complexity using the quantum Dijkstra algorithm based on quantum walks. The introduction of a quantum walk, which permits dynamic transitions between quantum channels and the effective exploration of quantum network states, is an important part of the protocol. Using the capacity of the quantum walk to adjust to changing quantum states, we also introduce a method for successfully identifying unitary matrices under varying quantum channels. The bidirectional teleportation structure of the protocol is designed to solve the multi-hop teleportation problem in quantum wireless networks. In addition, we present quantum Dijkstra’s algorithm, which uses quantum gates to significantly decrease computational complexity and solve the networking problem by building on the quantum walk framework. This method shows how quantum computing may be used to solve arbitrary optimization issues such as the shortest path problem. Finally, we present a novel multi-hop quantum teleportation system encompassing both unidirectional and bidirectional communication, as introduced in the quantum Dijkstra algorithm system. The energy Internet (EI) presents a novel paradigm for renewable energy distribution that utilizes communication and computing technologies to revolutionize the conventional intelligent transportation systems (ITSs) and power grid into a structure that provides assistance to open innovation. The EI offers sustainable and bidirectional transmission for the improvement and analysis of energy convention among electric vehicles (EVs) and service providers. To ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operation, EI must be safe from security attacks. Therefore, efficient and secure key negotiation is a significant issue for the EI-based Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) architecture. Thus, to ensure the system's security, we have devised a robust scheme to facilitate a secure key agreement between the entities involved for the secure and efficient renewable energy distribution for the EI-based energy vehicles in V2G. The devised scheme's robustness is solicited through the widely accepted formal random or real (RoR) model. In addition, the informal security analysis is conducted on the devised scheme, which is evident that the designed scheme achieves all the required security features of EI-based ITS. Moreover, the performance evaluation results endorse that the designed scheme achieves the desired security and minimizes the communication, computation, and energy overhead by 29.33%, 27.94%, and 28.08% in comparison to the existing competitive schemes. © 2014 IEEE.

Gland instance segmentation is an essential but challenging task in the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. The existing models usually achieve gland instance segmentation through multi-task learning and boundary loss constraint. However, how to deal with the problems of gland adhesion and inaccurate boundary in segmenting the complex samples remains a challenge. In this work, we propose a novel geometric feature named displacement field (DF), which can represent the geometric information such as shape, size, and orientation of the glands. Based on the explicit constraint of DF, a displacement-field assisted graph energy transmitter (DFGET) framework is proposed for solving the above problems. Using such graph framework, the gland semantic segmentation map and the displacement field of the graph nodes are estimated with two graph network branches. With the constraint of DF, a graph cluster module is presented to improve the intra-class feature consistency and inter-class feature discrepancy, as well as to separate the adherent glands. Extensive comparison and ablation experiments on the GlaS dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of the displacement field and the superiority of DFGET. Compared to the best comparative model, DFGET increases the object-Dice and object-F1 score by 2.27% and 3.11% respectively, while decreases the object-HD by 15.58, achieving state-of-the-art performance, which indicates that DFGET can serve as an auxiliary tool for the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. © 2024 IEEE.
