Adopting new technologies in higher education is essential for enhancing students’ skills and knowledge. Blended learning, an innovative approach integrating traditional classroom instruction with online components, has emerged as an effective educational solution. Incorporating online elements into blended learning models has shown great promise in enriching the learning experience. This study employs a structural equation model to investi-gate the key factors influencing students’ adoption of blended learning in higher educational institutions. The study identifies significant relationships among various factors, highlight-ing their roles in shaping student experiences and intentions. These findings provide prac-tical recommendations for educators and institutions aiming to optimize blended learning environments, ultimately fostering active student participation and satisfaction. This study contributes to the continuous improvement of educational practices and student outcomes within blended learning models, particularly with the integration of massive open online courses (MOOCs). © 2025 by the authors of this article. Securing devices used in the Internet of Things (IoT) applications is a challenging task. This paper provides a succinct review of the challenges in securing the Internet of Things (IoT) devices, types of attacks, software tools for studying IoT security, and existing guidelines to design IoT systems. Main contribution is the focus shift from architecture to devices and propose technological developments that are required for securing the IoT devices. Further, the investigation also studies standards and certifying procedures currently in vogue and proposes future directions to research. The paper also summarizes existing testing methods and technologies that will impact device certification in the future. © 2024 IEEE.

Bitcoin is widely used as the most classic electronic currency for various electronic services such as exchanges,gambling,marketplaces,and also scams such as high-yield investment *** the services operated by a Bitcoin address can help determine the risk level of that address and build an alert model *** engineering can also be used to flesh out labeled addresses and to analyze the current state of Bitcoin in a small *** this paper,we address the problem of identifying multiple classes of Bitcoin services,and for the poor classification of individual addresses that do not have significant features,we propose a Bitcoin address identification scheme based on joint multi-model prediction using the mapping relationship between addresses and *** innovation of the method is to(1)Extract as many valuable features as possible when an address is given to facilitate the multi-class service identification task.(2)Unlike the general supervised model approach,this paper proposes a joint prediction scheme for multiple learners based on address-entity mapping ***,after obtaining the overall features,the address classification and entity clustering tasks are performed separately,and the results are subjected to graph-basedmaximization *** final result ismade to baseline the individual address classification results while satisfying the constraint of having similarly behaving entities as far as *** testing and evaluating over 26,000 Bitcoin addresses,our feature extraction method captures more useful *** addition,the combined multi-learner model obtained results that exceeded the baseline classifier reaching an accuracy of 77.4%.

Fourier single-pixel spectral imaging via local low-rank tensor nuclear norm and deep tensor priors

The imaging quality of single-pixel spectral imaging (SSI) methods is poor at a low sampling ratio (SR). To tackle this problem, a new Fourier single-pixel spectral imaging (FSSI) technique is proposed. Firstly, we introduce the low-rank tensor nuclear norm (TNN) to characterize the correlation between spectral images. Compared with the conventional method, TNN reconstructs image details better but brings image artifacts simultaneously. Therefore, local low-rank TNN (LTNN) constraint is proposed to ameliorate global ones and to reduce the distortion caused by TNN and low SR. Secondly, to make full use of the spectral information, the proposed constraint is used as the coarse prior, and the deep tensor prior (DTP) is introduced as the fine one to construct the joint priors. Different from the single prior, the joint method can make the two priors benefit and improve each other and further enhance the imaging quality. Finally, an efficient and high-quality SSI technique is achieved by deducing the closed-form solution algorithm. Experimental results show that our method significantly improves the quality of FSSI as much as 7–10 dB when compared to 3DTV at the SR of 5%. © 2025 Optica Publishing Group. With the development of the digital economy and the advent of the big data era, the rapid growth of textual information in cyberspace has placed higher demands on information processing technology. This paper proposes an information extraction technique based on the Text-to-Text Transfer Transformer, known as T5, and KeyBERT models, aiming to efficiently distill the key content from textual information in cyberspace. This method combines automatic summarization and keyword extraction to form information briefs. The experiments selected representative policy documents related to data elements as input data and employed information entropy and ROUGE scores as metrics to evaluate the automatic summarization model. The results were compared with the outputs of similar models. Experimental results indicate that the T5 model outperforms other models in terms of summarization effectiveness, and the proposed information extraction method shows significant advantages in readability and processing efficiency, demonstrating practical application value. © 2024 IEEE.

Andrias davidianus(Chinese giant salamander,CGS)is the largest and oldest extant amphibian species in the world and is a source of prospective functional food in ***,the progress of functional peptides mining was slow due to lack of reference genome and protein sequence *** this study,we illustrated full-length transcriptome sequencing to interpret the proteome of CGS meat and obtain 10703 coding DNA *** functional annotation and amino acid composition analysis,we have discovered various genes related to signal transduction,and 16 genes related to *** have also found vast variety of functional peptides through protein coding sequence(CDS)analysis by comparing the data obtained with the functional peptide ***-Pro-Ile predicted by the CDS analysis was released from the CGS meat through enzymatic hydrolysis,suggesting that our approach is *** study suggested that transcriptomic analysis can be used as a reference to guide polypeptide mining in CGS meat,thereby providing a powerful mining strategy for the bioresources with unknown genomic and proteomic sequences.

Standardized big data, as a product of the combination of big data and standardization work, objectively reflects the status quo and trends of standardization work. An in-depth study of the distribution characteristics of standardized big data resources has important value for improving the efficiency of standardization. Therefore, this paper explores the characteristics of the distribution of standardization resources from the dimensions of spatial and temporal distribution, industry distribution, standard type distribution, and distribution of think tank experts through visual analysis methods. The study shows that: (1) the distribution of standardization resources in Shandong Province presents significant hierarchical and geographical characteristics;(2) from the viewpoint of the distribution of industry types and standard types, the distribution of standardization resources in Shandong Province presents a typical "long-tailed distribution";(3) the distribution of think-tank experts presents obvious "agglomeration effect". © 2024 IEEE.

A Landscape-Aware Differential Evolution for Multimodal Optimization Problems

How to simultaneously locate multiple global peaks and achieve certain accuracy on the found peaks are two key challenges in solving multimodal optimization problems (MMOPs). In this article, a landscape-aware differential evolution (LADE) algorithm is proposed for MMOPs, which utilizes landscape knowledge to maintain sufficient diversity and provide efficient search guidance. In detail, the landscape knowledge is efficiently utilized in the following three aspects. First, a landscape-aware peak exploration helps each individual evolve adaptively to locate a peak and simulates the regions of the found peaks according to search history to avoid an individual re-locating an already found peak. Second, a landscape-aware peak distinction distinguishes whether an individual locates a new global peak, a new local peak, or an already found peak. Accuracy refinement can thus only be conducted on the global peaks to enhance the search efficiency. Third, a landscape-aware reinitialization specifies the initial position of an individual adaptively according to the distribution and distinction of the found peaks, which helps explore more peaks. The experiments are conducted on the widely-used benchmark MMOPs and multimodal nonlinear equation system problems. Experimental results show that LADE obtains generally better or competitive performance compared with seven well-performing recent algorithms and four winner algorithms in the IEEE CEC competitions for multimodal optimization. © 1997-2012 IEEE.
