Coordination control for output voltage of optical-storage independent microgrid based on adaptive optimisation

The optical-storage independent microgrid system has complex structure, and the change of load parameters will lead to insufficient stability of output voltage. Therefore, a coordination control method for output voltage of optical-storage independent microgrid based on adaptive optimisation is proposed. The topological graph of optical-storage independent microgrid is constructed to obtain the load state parameters of optical-storage independent microgrid for constructing the optimisation model of load state parameters. Through adaptive adjustment of step and square wave response, the load state optimisation parameters are obtained by fusion processing, and then the output voltage of the optical-storage independent microgrid is constrained. The output voltage stability of optical-storage independent microgrid is adjusted, and the coordination control of output voltage stability of optical-storage independent microgrid is realised. The simulation results show that the optical-storage independent microgrid controlled by this method has good output voltage stability and strong adaptive parameter optimisation ability. As more and more devices in Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS)are connected to the Internet,physical components such as programmable logic controller(PLC),sensors,and actuators are facing greater risks of network attacks,and fast and accurate attack detection techniques are *** key problem in distinguishing between normal and abnormal sequences is to model sequential changes in a large and diverse field of time *** address this issue,we propose an anomaly detection method based on distributed deep *** method uses a bilateral filtering algorithm for sequential sequences to remove noise in the time series,which can maintain the edge of discrete *** use a distributed linear deep learning model to establish a sequential prediction model and adjust the threshold for anomaly detection based on the prediction error of the validation *** method can not only detect abnormal attacks but also locate the sensors that cause *** conducted experiments on the Secure Water Treatment(SWAT)and Water Distribution(WADI)public *** experimental results show that our method is superior to the baseline method in identifying the types of attacks and detecting efficiency.

Attribute reduction through the combined approach of Rough Sets(RS)and algebraic topology is an open research topic with significant potential for *** research works have introduced a strong relationship between RS and topology spaces for the attribute reduction ***,the mentioned recent methods followed a strategy to construct a new measure for attribute ***,the strategy for searching for the reduct is still to select each attribute and gradually add it to the ***,those methods tended to be inefficient for high-dimensional *** overcome these challenges,we use the separability property of Hausdorff topology to quickly identify distinguishable attributes,this approach significantly reduces the time for the attribute filtering stage of the *** addition,we propose the concept of Hausdorff topological homomorphism to construct candidate reducts,this method significantly reduces the number of candidate reducts for the wrapper stage of the *** are the two main stages that have the most effect on reducing computing time for the attribute reduction of the proposed algorithm,which we call the Cluster Filter Wrapper algorithm based on Hausdorff *** validation on the UCI Machine Learning Repository Data shows that the proposed method achieves efficiency in both the execution time and the size of the reduct.

Link flooding attack(LFA)is a type of covert distributed denial of service(DDoS)*** attack mechanism of LFAs is to flood critical links within the network to cut off the target area from the ***,the proliferation of Internet of Things(IoT)has increased the quantity of vulnerable devices connected to the network and has intensified the threat of *** LFAs,attackers typically utilize low-speed flows that do not reach the victims,making the attack difficult to *** LFA defense methods mainly reroute the attack traffic around the congested link,which encounters high complexity and high computational overhead due to the aggregation of massive attack *** address these challenges,we present an LFA defense framework which can mitigate the attack flows at the border switches when they are small in *** framework is lightweight and can be deployed at border switches of the network in a distributed manner,which ensures the scalability of our defense *** performance of our framework is assessed in an experimental *** simulation results indicate that our method is effective in detecting and mitigating LFAs with low time complexity.

Compared to organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites,the cesium-based allinorganic lead halide perovskite(CsPbI_(3))is a promising light absorber for perovskite solar cells owing to its higher resistance to thermal ***,additional research is required to reduce the nonradiative recombination to realize the full potential of CsPbI_(3).Here,the diffusion of Cs ions participating in ion exchange is proposed to be an important factor responsible for the bulk defects inγ-CsPbI_(3)*** based on first-principles density functional theory reveal that the[PbI_(6)]^(4-)octahedral tilt modifies the perovskite crystallographic properties inγ-CsPbI_(3),leading to alterations in its bandgap and crystal *** addition,by substituting amorphous barium titanium oxide(a-BaTiO_(3))for TiO_(2)as the electron transport layer,interfacial defects caused by imperfect energy levels between the electron transport layer and perovskite are ***-resolution transmission electron microscopy and electron energy loss spectroscopy demonstrate that a-BaTiO_(3)forms entirely as a single phase,as opposed to Ba-doped TiO_(2)hybrid nanoclusters or separate domains of TiO_(2)and BaTiO_(3)***,inorganic perovskite solar cells based on the a-BaTiO_(3)electron transport layer achieved a power conversion efficiency of 19.96%.

An improved YOLOv5 network with SPP and CBAM added to the YOLOv5 network is proposed to identify airport service lane damages accurately, quickly, and completely on the basis of ground-penetrating radar technology. First, the structure and performance of YOLOv5 are described in detail, while the common hidden defects are marked in combination with the actual GPR image data acquired at the airport. The improved network achieved a 6.2% improvement in network detection accuracy, a 5.7% improvement in recall rate, and a 5.1% improvement in mAP compared to the original one. These findings demonstrated the high accuracy and feasibility of the proposed optimized network for the detection of hidden defects in airport service lanes. © 2025 SPIE.

A deep reinforcement learning framework and its implementation for UAV-aided covert communication

In this work,we consider an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)-aided covert transmission network,which adopts the uplink transmission of Communication Nodes(CNs)as a cover to facilitate covert transmission to a Primary Communication Node(PCN).Specifically,all nodes transmit to the UAV exploiting uplink non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA),while the UAV performs covert transmission to the PCN at the same *** minimize the average age of covert information,we formulate a joint optimization problem of UAV trajectory and power allocation designing subject to multi-dimensional constraints including covertness demand,communication quality requirement,maximum flying speed,and the maximum available *** address this problem,we embed Signomial Programming(SP)into Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)and propose a DRL framework capable of handling the constrained Markov decision processes,named SP embedded Soft Actor-Critic(SSAC).By adopting SSAC,we achieve the joint optimization of UAV trajectory and power *** simulations show the optimized UAV trajectory and verify the superiority of SSAC compared with various existing baseline *** results of this study suggest that by maintaining appropriate distances from both the PCN and CNs,one can effectively enhance the performance of covert communication by reducing the detection probability of the CNs.

Method for the real-time detection of tomato ripeness using a phenotype robot and RP-YolactEdge

In order to address the challenge of non-destructive detection of tomato fruit ripeness in controlled environments,this study proposed a real-time instance segmentation method based on the edge *** method combined the principles of phenotype robots and machine vision based on deep learning.A compact and remotely controllable phenotype detection robot was employed to acquire precise data on tomato *** video data were then processed by using an efficient backbone and the FeatFlowNet structure for feature extraction and analysis of key-frame to non-key-frame mapping from video *** enhance the diversity of training datasets and the generalization of the model,an innovative approach was chosen by using random enhancement ***,the PolyLoss optimization technique was applied to further improve the accuracy of the ripeness multi-class detection *** validation,the method of this study achieved real-time processing speeds of 90.1 fps(RTX 3070Ti)and 65.5 fps(RTX 2060 S),with an average detection accuracy of 97%compared to manually measured *** is more accurate and efficient than other instance segmentation models according to actual testing in a ***,the results of this research can be deployed in edge devices and provide technical support for unmanned greenhouse monitoring devices or fruit-picking robots in facility environments.

Spatiotemporal characteristics and remote sensing estimation of colored dissolved organic matter around the Leizhou Peninsula

Colored dissolved organic matter(CDOM)is an important optically active substance in marine *** biochemical conservatism makes it an important indicator to offshore pollution *** the content,composition,and diffusion process of CDOM is a good approach to analyze the terrestrial input,optical properties,and ecological environment of offshore *** spatiotemporal characteristics of CDOM around the Leizhou Peninsula were analyzed based on field observation data collected in the autumn 2020 and spring 2021,and an empirical inversion model of the ag(355)(absorption coefficient at 355 nm)and spectral slope(Sg)(g stands for gelbstoff/gilvin,which is called CDOM)based on Sentinel-3A ocean and land color instrument(OLCI)images was *** results show(1)the order of average ag(355)value around the Leizhou Peninsula was east coast(0.503/m)>Qiongzhou Strait(0.502/m)>west coast(0.365/m);(2)the best band combinations of CDOM inversion in spring and autumn were(B4+B11)/B3 and(B7-B1)/B6(B stands for the band of spectral images),and the final inversion results are close to the measured results,indicating that the model has good accuracy;(3)the S_(g)value of the CDOM absorption spectrum was fitted to the hyperbolicexponential *** fitting accuracy of the model was higher than those of the exponential model and the hyperbolic model,and the best S_(g)inversion model was constructed by selecting Sg(275-295)and Sg(250-295)in spring and autumn;(4)the spatial distributions of ag(355)and S_(g)were inverted,and CDOM in the waters around the Leizhou Peninsula originated from terrestrial organic matter carried by coastal aquaculture zones and runoff in the northeast Zhanjiang and the northern Beibu Gulf.
