Previous visual object tracking methods employ image-feature regression models or coordinate autoregression models for bounding box prediction. Image-feature regression methods heavily depend on matching results and do not utilize positional prior, while the autoregressive approach can only be trained using bounding boxes available in the training set, potentially resulting in suboptimal performance during testing with unseen data. Inspired by the diffusion model, denoising learning enhances the model's robustness to unseen data. Therefore, We introduce noise to bounding boxes, generating noisy boxes for training, thus enhancing model robustness on testing data. We propose a new paradigm to formulate the visual object tracking problem as a denoising learning process. However, tracking algorithms are usually asked to run in real-time, directly applying the diffusion model to object tracking would severely impair tracking speed. Therefore, we decompose the denoising learning process into every denoising block within a model, not by running the model multiple times, and thus we summarize the proposed paradigm as an in-model latent denoising learning process. Specifically, we propose a denoising Vision Transformer (ViT), which is composed of multiple denoising blocks. In the denoising block, template and search embeddings are projected into every denoising block as conditions. A denoising block is responsible for removing the noise in a predicted bounding box, and multiple stacked denoising blocks cooperate to accomplish the whole denoising process. Subsequently, we utilize image features and trajectory information to refine the denoised bounding box. Besides, we also utilize trajectory memory and visual memory to improve tracking stability. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of our approach, achieving competitive performance on several challenging datasets. Images are widely used in social networks, necessitating efficient and secure transmission, especially in bandwidth-constrained environments. This article aims to develop a color image encryption algorithm that enhances security while optimizing computational efficiency. A novel parallel color image encryption algorithm based on the 2-D logistic-Rulkov neuron map (2D-LRNM) is proposed. In this approach, the three channels of the color image are first separated. Cross-channel information interaction is introduced to form three new channels, which are then processed in parallel. During the encryption process of each channel, a block-wise parallel encryption mechanism is applied, ensuring simultaneous encryption of each block. This block-wise strategy effectively leverages parallel computing resources and balances the task load. To meet the demand for a large number of keystreams during encryption, the 2D-LRNM is introduced. It combines the simplicity and chaotic properties of the Logistic map with the multitimescale dynamics and neurodynamic behaviors of the Rulkov map. By overcoming the dimensional limitations inherent in the single Logistic map, this approach extends the system to a 2-D framework, significantly increasing the complexity of chaotic behavior and improving its unpredictability. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed encryption algorithm achieves high security and reduces computation time by approximately 83.3%. © 2014 IEEE.

Contrastive learning is a significant research direction in the field of deep ***,existing data augmentation methods often lead to issues such as semantic drift in generated views while the complexity of model pre-training limits further improvement in the performance of existing *** address these challenges,we propose the Efficient Clustering Network based on Matrix Factorization(ECN-MF).Specifically,we design a batched low-rank Singular Value Decomposition(SVD)algorithm for data augmentation to eliminate redundant information and uncover major patterns of variation and key information in the ***,we design a Mutual Information-Enhanced Clustering Module(MI-ECM)to accelerate the training process by leveraging a simple architecture to bring samples from the same cluster closer while pushing samples from other clusters *** experiments on six datasets demonstrate that ECN-MF exhibits more effective performance compared to state-of-the-art algorithms.

In a growing demand of accurately predicting the stock market and inefficient complex markets the rising accurate relationship prediction is not adequately addressed by the conventional methods. The dynamic and complex natures of data sources become the issue and we need to propose an effective method for adaptive algorithms to accurately forecasting and make decision efficiently. The system framed with two stages of execution: The first stage has covered time series-based predictions for different stock values involving the LSTM Model;the second stage integrated the experimental scenarios based on trend, value, indicators, and it's supporting impacted data metrics, which experimented on various large-cap stock companies. The dataset is sourced online by yahoo finance API with consecutive days data and dependable, non-dependable influenced indicators, which helped to intend trend-based evaluation performances. The proposed model experimented on distinct stock values and test cases executed based on indicator-based prediction with a 76.92% accurate performance rate using a Random Forest Classifier and 76.92% of Logistic Regression. The value-based prediction test case has achieved a performance rate of 97.5% using SVR Regressor and 97.2% using Linear Regressor. Background: In VTBDs (Vision Technology-Based Devices), vision technology is utilized to acquire abundant information about the external environment and process such information to achieve certain functions. They are used in various fields to solve practical problems. Various patents have been discussed in this article, hoping to provide ideas for solving practical problems in the future. Objective: The study aimed to provide an overview of the existing VTBDs and introduce their classifications, characteristics, as well as the stage and trend of development. Methods: This paper reviews various patents, especially Chinese patents related to VTBDs. The structural characteristics, differentiation, and engineering applications of VTBDs are also introduced. Results: The existing VTBDs are analyzed and compared, and their typical characteristics are summarized. The main applications, as well as the pros and cons, in the current development stage, are summarized and analyzed, as well. In addition, the development trend of VTBDsrelated patents is also discussed. Conclusion: VTBDs can be categorized into DsBMV (Devices Based on Monocular Visual), DsBBV (Devices Based on Binocular Visual), and DsBMCV (Devices Based on Multi-Camera Visual). All of these categories exhibit their own relative advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is of much importance to analyze the specific problems, followed by selecting appropriate machine vision technologies and reasonable mechanical structures to design VTBDs accordingly. © 2022 Bentham science Publishers.

Visual-language models based on CLIP have shown remarkable abilities in general few-shot image classification. However, their performance drops in specialized fields such as healthcare or agriculture, because CLIP's pre-training does not cover all category data. Existing methods excessively depend on the multi-modal information representation and alignment capabilities acquired from CLIP pre-training, which hinders accurate generalization to unfamiliar domains. To address this issue, this paper introduces a novel visual-language collaborative representation network (MCRNet), aiming at acquiring a generalized capability for collaborative fusion and representation of multi-modal information. Specifically, MCRNet learns to generate relational matrices from an information fusion perspective to acquire aligned multi-modal features. This relationship generation strategy is category-agnostic, so it can be generalized to new domains. A class-adaptive fine-tuning inference technique is also introduced to help MCRNet efficiently learn alignment knowledge for new categories using limited data. Additionally, the paper establishes a new broad-domain few-shot image classification benchmark containing seven evaluation datasets from five domains. Comparative experiments demonstrate that MCRNet outperforms current state-of-the-art models, achieving an average improvement of 13.06% and 13.73% in the 1-shot and 5-shot settings, highlighting the superior performance and applicability of MCRNet across various domains. © 2024 ACM.

The Localization Methods in Mobile Robot Navigation Technology: A Patent Review

Background: The mobile robot navigation technology includes two key issues: the localization and the path planning, of which the localization is the most basic part of mobile robot navigation, because the target point is meaningful only when mobile robot's pose is clarified, and path planning can be done on this basis. Therefore, it is of great significance to have a good localization method for mobile robots. Objective: This study aimed to summarize the existing localization methods in mobile robot navigation technology and introduce their classifications, characteristics, as well as the stage and trends of development. Methods: A retrospective review of various patents and literature related to localization methods in mobile robot navigation technology was performed. The characteristics, differences, and applications of different localization methods were also introduced. Results: The existing localization methods were analyzed and compared, and their typical characteristics are summarized. The main applications, as well as the pros and cons in the current development stage, were summarized and analyzed. In addition, the development trend of patents related to positioning methods is also discussed. Conclusion: This paper summarized three localization methods and provided numerous cases. It can be seen that most of the existing localization methods are dedicated to improving the positioning accuracy and efficiency of mobile robots, while there is less research on the robustness of mobile robot localization, which is not conducive to the research on robots with the unknown working environment and long moving distances. Therefore, related research patents and documents should be proposed. Current and future development trends are also looking forward. © 2022 Bentham science Publishers.

Drug-drug interaction(DDI)prediction is a crucial issue in molecular *** methods of observing drug-drug interactions through medical experiments require significant resources and *** authors present a Medical Knowledge Graph Question Answering(MedKGQA)model,dubbed MedKGQA,that predicts DDI by employing machine reading comprehension(MRC)from closed-domain literature and constructing a knowledge graph of“drug-protein”triplets from open-domain *** model vectorises the drug-protein target attributes in the graph using entity embeddings and establishes directed connections between drug and protein entities based on the metabolic interaction pathways of protein targets in the human *** aligns multiple external knowledge and applies it to learn the graph neural *** bells and whistles,the proposed model achieved a 4.5%improvement in terms of DDI prediction accuracy compared to previous state-of-the-art models on the QAngaroo MedHop *** results demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the model and verify the feasibility of integrating external knowledge in MRC tasks.
