In view of the current enterprise science and technology talent personalized recommendation algorithm in practical application, the number of correctly recommended talents is small. The algorithm recall rate is low. This paper proposes a research on enterprise science and technology talent personalized recommendation algorithms based on labeling. In this paper, the four-tuple is used to label the scientific and technological posts and talents in enterprises, and the labels of scientific and technological posts and talents are established. The matrix is used to establish the relationship between scientific and technological talents and posts in enterprises. According to the recruitment behavior of enterprise users and the recruitment behavior of scientific and technological talents, the co-occurrence matrix is used to calculate the correlation between scientific and technological post labels and scientific and technological talents *** similarity between scientific and technological talent labels and post labels is calculated from the semantic aspect of labels. By combining the two indicators, the matching degree between the label of scientific and technological talents and the label of scientific and technological posts is determined. The recommendation list is generated, which realizes the personalized recommendation of enterprise scientific and technological talents. Experiments show that the recall rate of the design algorithm is higher than that of the traditional algorithm, which provides effective support for the personalized recommendations of scientific and technological talents in enterprises. © 2023 SPIE.

Because the existing methods are not comprehensive enough to consider the demand index of rural scientific and technological talents, there are some differences between the prediction results of talent demand and the actual situation. Based on this, this paper puts forward the research on the prediction method of rural science and technology talent demand based on a coupling algorithm. Considering the influence of the actual development level and development planning of rural areas on the demand for scientific and technological talents, this paper constructs a prediction index system of the demand for scientific and technological talents covering the development level and development goals of rural areas. PSO algorithm and BP neural network are used to predict the demand for scientific and technological talents. Among them, the particles of the PSO algorithm are used as the input parameters of the BP neural network, the number of nodes in the hidden layer is based on the prediction index system of scientific and technological talents demand. The fitness values of particles and nodes are calculated. After being sent to the output layer, the particle parameters are adjusted according to the expected values, and the particle parameters after two adjustments are calculated iteratively. The particle parameters at this time are taken as the prediction results of the demand for rural scientific and technological talents. The test results show that the error of the prediction results of the design method in this paper is always within 20 people. The error is positive. The relative error is not higher than 0. 014, which is superior to the comparison method to a great extent, and can realize the accurate prediction of the demand for scientific and technological talents. © 2023 SPIE.

In the current era of extensive data usage across industries, data collection, preservation, utilization, and organization has become more challenging and nuanced because it is necessary to consider critical concerns such as data security, privacy, and legal issues, apart from efficiency issues. As a result, Thai government initiated the idea and effort to implement data governance throughout the government agency. This paper showcases the implementation of data governance in a governmental research organization with highly diverse structured and unstructured data. The implementation follows international standards and the guidelines of the Digital Government development Agency (DGA). The executives set up the working body, including the Data Governance Council and Data Stewards, responsible for setting up and deploying policies and regulations. Creating awareness and the necessary infrastructure are the main focuses in the first-year phase. The metadata was designed to extend DGA's version and match the organization's unique requirements. A data catalog platform was developed accordingly. We organized activities to boost employee awareness and participation, including advertising and data catalog platform training. By the end of the first year of implementation, every organization unit had registered at least one data record into the data catalog. © 2023 IEEE.

The reason why Electro-Mechanical Actuator (EMA) implementation is not progressing in aircraft is the existence of jamming failures. To deal with jamming failures, various redundancy methods have been studied. However, they have issues with complicated structures and control methods. In this study, we propose a new redundancy method that can tolerate ball-screw jamming with a simple configuration, called tandem ball-screw method. The safety-critical-system using the proposed method keeps functionality even if a control force is lost or a ball-screw jams. Intelligent robots, intelligent mobiles, intelligent stores, and so on are just a few of the areas where computer-aided ergonomics is being put to use. Convenience stores (CVS) are adapting to a new era of competition by offering a wider variety of products and services than ever before, such as daily fresh meals, a cafe, ticketing, and a grocery. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly difficult to estimate daily sales of' fresh commodities due to the impact of both internal and external factors. In the long run, a trustworthy sales-forecasting system is going to be critical for enhancing corporate plans and gaining an edge over the competition. In today's internet age, data production has reached unprecedented levels, well beyond what any single human being can comprehend. This has led to the development of a plethora of machine learning methods. In this proposed approach various machine learning methods are explored for predicting store's sales and evaluate them to find the one that works best for the specific scenario. Training times are reduced and data quality is enhanced with the help of Normalization in the proposed approach. K-Means is a popular feature selection clustering algorithm. Fuzzy Pruning LS-SVM is used in the suggested method for training the model. The proposed model has superior performance on SVM and CNN. © 2023 IEEE.

Research suggests the importance of providing learners with contextualized learning content that meets the demands of learning context in the ubiquitous learning (ulearning) environment. Similarly, the positive role of collaborative learning is recognized. However, it is not clear how collaboration may benefit learners if they are provided with contextualized learning content that meets their individual needs in u-learning activities. To bridge the gap, this study explored the cross effect of contextualized learning content and collaborative behaviours on students' learning effect in a u-learning environment. Thirty-four first-year students at a vocational college in China participated in a sixweek comparison experiment and were interviewed in focus groups. The study found that, regardless of whether contextualized learning content was provided, learners tended to collaborate by cutting the task apart in the ubiquitous environment;contextualized learning content had a positive impact on learners' learning effect;collaboration by cutting the task apart did not benefit the learning effect;the cross effect of this collaboration and contextualized learning content on the learning effect was not significant. Implications for promoting effective u-learning in terms of learning content and collaboration are proposed. © 2022 IEEE.

Semantic communication, an emerging AI-driven communication paradigm, offers great potential for multimodal data delivery in space-ground integrated networks (SGINs). However, the dynamic nature of SGINs presents severe challenges for path selection, making it difficult to ensure the quality of service (QoS) at the semantic level. To this end, we propose in this paper a novel path selection scheme in space-ground multimodal semantic communication networks based on the sleeping multi-armed bandit (MAB) approach. Specifically, we first model the approximate semantic entropy and semantic rate, formulating an optimal path selection problem that integrates link state information and semantic data transmission volume. Then, we convert the path selection problem into a sleeping MAB problem and meticulously design an upper confidence bound (UCB)-based algorithm to solve it, called Periodic Probability Sleeping Path Selection (PPSPS), which copes with the dynamic feature of SGINs. We further theoretically verify the bounded regret of the PPSPS algorithm, indicating that it can ensure good semantic communication QoS. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed path selection scheme compared to traditional reinforcement learning methods.

Air-ground integrated networks (AGINs) are promising to provide wide-coverage, high-capacity, and low-latency communication services, and thus have been attracting increasing attention from industry and academia recently. However, the open and dynamic nature of AGINs makes them vulnerable to eavesdropping attacks, posing a major challenge in ensuring end-to-end information transmission security. To this end, we propose in this paper a secure routing scheme in AGINs based on the multi-armed bandit (MAB) approach. Specifically, we first model the secrecy transmission performance for the ground-to-ground links and ground-to-air links. Based on this, we then formulate the end-to-end secure route selection problem and convert it into a budget-constrained MAB problem, where each arm is associated with a corresponding reward and cost. We further design a Secure Route Upper Confidence Bound (SRUCB) algorithm to solve the MAB problem, which copes with the scenario where the locations of eavesdroppers and jammers are unknown, and can be proven to have a bounded regret. Numerical results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed routing scheme compared to several online learning algorithms.
