Polycaprolactone nanofibers can be promising drug delivery systems. Background: Depression is that mental health disorder characterized by constant sadness for approximately 2 weeks, in which it generates an inability to do daily activities, and those affected lose interest in doing the things they previously enjoyed. About 1 billion people have mental disorders and more than 300 million people have depression globally. To predict depression, the use of machine learning techniques is essential, being helpful in obtaining automatic processes and creating models that help analyze and solve a problem. Objective: The objective of the study was to propose a method and 3 combined models based on Stacking to predict depression in university students of a public university. Methods: The dataset was composed of Computer and Systems engineering students from a public university (n = 284). Then cleaning and pre-processing was performed, where the data was reviewed using the Python program. In the balancing of the data, the data were divided into 5 values obtained and the oversampling method was performed, distributing the data according to the condition. Then we proceeded to partition the balanced data, while using the Cross validation method for data training. For the model and evaluation, 4 independent algorithms were used, and based on these 3 combined models were proposed. Results: Of the proposed combined models Ensemble Stacking 1 and Stacking 2 achieved the best Accuracy and ROC Curve score -micro and score-macro with 94.69% and 100.00%. In the same way with respect to sensitivity, Stacking 1 obtained the best sensitivity, accuracy and F1-Score, these being 94.22%, 94.09% and 94.12% respectively. Conclusions: This study emphasizes the application of the Ensemble Stacking method to detect depression early in students of a public university in Peru. Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) is a form of proactive action taken by the company and its supply chain to remain competitive by introducing products and production processes that are environmentally friendly and socially *** Tetra Pak Indonesia as a company engaged in the processing and packaging for food and beverages, is committed to reduce the environmental impact of all operations and prioritize environmental aspects for each product and solution offered. Although there have been many sustainability efforts undertaken by PT Tetra Pak Indonesia, the perspective and implementation of its sustainable supply chain management has never been measured. This research was conducted to measure the perception and implementation of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) activities of *** Pak Indonesia, in order to add information about the development of sustainable supply chain management practices in Indonesia. Data were collected in two ways: in depth interviews and questionnaires. Based on the result of interview and questionnaire, *** Pak Indonesia gets an actual implementation index value of SSCM activities of 0.88, and has an overall perception index value of 0.85. This indicates that PT. Tetra Pak Indonesia is a company that has a perception towards sustainability and has actually implemented SSCM activities. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In the second half of the 20th century, the behaviour of the world's population has undergone drastic changes: it has grown very rapidly, become longer-lived and moved preferably to urban areas. Migration of populations to cities has a special focus because it not only generates socio-economic development, but also causes different economic, social, and environmental issues. How to assess the sustainable development of cities and identify the most representative aspects of sustainability dimensions has become an essential challenge for effective planning and government policies. However, the selection of indicators has scarcely been addressed when Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been used for sustainability assessment. This paper aims to identify the key indicators to determine the eco-efficient performance towards a sustainable development of a set of cities. For this purpose, the joint use of a variable selection method and a DEA model is proposed and applied to a set of 31 Spanish cities. The results obtained identified five social (population percentage at risk of poverty, number of registered gender violence cases, population density), five economic (average household income, average rental price per m², gross domestic product per capita, public/private vehicle ratio, indebtedness), and three environmental (ozone, NO₂, PM₁₀) indicators for the assessment. Moreover, 14 Spanish cities were considered non-eco-efficient, and targets to achieve eco-efficient levels were proposed. Policy makers could focus primarily on the social and economic aspects of non-eco-efficient cities, paying attention, for example, to the risk of poverty of the population, indebtedness of local governments, average rental price and NO₂ emissions. © 2023 The Authors

This study aims to develop a six-legged robot that is able to walk in an arena that resembles a maze (maze wall) and is able to follow a wall (wall follower). This robot is competed in the Indonesian Robot Contest (KRI) in the Indonesian Fire Extinguisher Robot Contest (KRPAI) division which is held annually by the Directorate of Student Affairs, the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The research design consisted of 4 stages, including: mechanical design, electronic design, joint movement design at the robot's foot, and software design. The final result of this research was a six-legged robot design (hexapod) with robot dimensions of 29 cm × 29 cm × 25 cm (length × width × height). From several tests, the robot's success rate in completing the mission was 100%, with an average time of 16.73 seconds and the fastest time to complete the mission reached 15.85 seconds. Thus, the robot is expected to be included in the Indonesian Robot Contest (KRI) in 2020. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

This paper presents an analysis of the Unified Power Quality Conditioner-Photovoltaic (UPQC-PV) system under sag and interruption voltage with variable irradiance. The PV is connected to a three-phase three-wire (3P3W) distribution system with 380 volts (L-L) and a frequency of 50 hertz, through UPQC-DC link. This system is used to maintain and supply sensitive loads. This paper shows that in the sag voltage and irradiance levels of 200 W/m2 to 1200 W/m2, the 3P3W system uses UPQC-PV with proportional-integral (PI) still able to maintain the active load power above 3714 W. However, in the interruption voltage and same irradiance level, the load active power drops to between 2560 W and 2805 W. This research also shows that in the sag voltage and same irradiance levels, the 3P3W system uses UPQC-PV with PI still able to generate PV power between 500 W to 920 W. In the interruption voltage and same irradiance levels, the power that can be generated by PV increases between 1300 W to 1635 W. Otherwise, at 250 C and 1000 W/m2, the increase in PV power on interruption voltage has not been able to meet the load active power consumption, so it finally drops to 2650 W. This paper is simulated using Matlab/Simulink. © 2020 IEEE.

Much damage to buildings occurs in areas that have soft soil layers due to the failure of the foundations. Besides, foundations in soft soils generally require very expensive construction. For this reason, proper research needs to help develop strong foundations that can be used on soft soils with relatively low cost. In this research, foundations with various diameters and depths were tested on soft soil. The foundations were made of PVC pipes with diameters of ½ ", 1", 2 " or 2.5" and the same depth. Soft soil in the form of clay with particle-sizes that passed filter No. 200 was used. Before testing the foundations, carrying capacity analysis was done using the classical method on each pipe with a closed head so that the optimum carrying capacity of each foundation (PVC Pipe) was known. From this test the influence of the size of the foundations on the carrying capacity of soft soil could be seen. A manipulator robot is a robot that has a mechanical system consisting of an arrangement of arms and joints that can produce controlled movements. A robotic arm usually consists of several joints including the base, shoulder, elbow, roll, gripper, and pitch of the gripper. Robot movement is generated from mathematical calculations performed in the controller. The motion of the manipulator robot follows a motion trajectory. The motion trajectory is made based on a collection of stop points and effectors. This study aims to create a robot motion trajectory design system using Lagrange interpolation. Lagrange interpolation is engineered to be embedded in precise microcontroller control systems. In this study, an Arduino Uno R3-based microcontroller was used as a data acquisition module. Prediction of the robotic arm's trajectory has been successfully made using Lagrange interpolation. The rise time is 15 seconds, the delay time is 12 seconds, the steady-state time and the peak time are 21 seconds. While the second experiment increased 9 seconds, 7 seconds of delay, steady-state time, and 13 seconds of peak time. Then for the third experiment, the rise time is 17 seconds, the delay time is 14 seconds, the steady-state time and the peak time are 22 seconds, the overshoot value and the steady-state error value is 0% where the output value produced is by the input value.

Hoax news is false information disseminated to deceive or mislead audiences, often with the aim of swaying opinions or creating confusion. The rise of social media has amplified the spread of hoax news, particularly in sensitive areas such as politics and health. In response to this growing issue, this paper proposes a Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach of detecting hoax news using the Smith-Waterman similarity algorithm. By comparing news content with a curated dataset of verified hoaxes, the system calculates a similarity score to assess the likelihood of the news being false. The results of this study show that news articles analyzed using the Smith-Waterman algorithm achieve a high accuracy, with a similarity score exceeding $93 \%$ for news inputs over 100 words. Furthermore, the proposed system demonstrates an efficient processing time, completing the analysis in approximately 6.57 seconds. These findings underscore the algorithm’s potential for real-time application in detecting fake news on social media and other digital platforms. This research aims not only to enhance the technical capabilities of hoax detection systems but also to foster greater media literacy and a more informed public.

Metal organic framework (MOF) derivatives have attracted intensive attention as the active material of energy storage devices. Layered double hydroxide (LDH) with large surface area, high redox capability and good cycling stability is regard as one of efficient active materials. Developing MOF-derived LDH with multiple metals can possibly achieve excellent surface properties, high electrical conductivity and abundant redox reactions. However, synthesizing MOF-derived LDH is time-consuming and requires high temperature environments. In this work, a simple and time-effective precipitation and etching process is proposed to synthesize MOF-derived LDH on nickel foam (NF) as binder-free electrodes of energy storage devices. The cobalt, nickel and manganese are utilized to design MOF-derived LDH with different metal species and numbers. The trimetallic MOF-derived LDH based on Co, Ni and Mn presents a high specific capacitance (CF) of 1113.7 F/g at 20 mV/s, due to abundant electroactive sites and multiple redox states for carrying out large numbers of redox reactions. The energy storage device composed of the trimetallic MOF-derived LDH and carbon on NF as electrodes presents the maximum energy density of 61.5 Wh/kg at the power density of 750 W/kg, and the CF retention of 92.5% and Coulombic efficiency of 95% after 10,000 charge/discharge cycles. © 2023 Elsevier Ltd
