Global climate change has demanded us to optimize natural resources, especially water resources in agriculture. Water requirement for developing agricultural commodities is influenced by weather conditions. Calculation of the value of potential evapotranspiration (ETp) is necessary to estimate plants' water requirements in an area. Several models for calculating ETp are more straightforward and require fewer input data. However, the model's accuracy is still relatively low because it is not following local climatic conditions. The purpose of this study is to test several potential evapotranspiration models to obtain a simpler ETp model that requires less data input and follows the standards issued by FAO. The ETp model analysis in this study uses the Blaney-Criddle, Hargraves, Remanenko, Kharuffa, Turc, Penman model, which is then compared with the Penman-Monteith ETp model, which is the standard for measuring ETp by FAO. The results showed that solar radiation had the best linear relationship among other climatic parameters in calculating the FAO ETp value. The relationship between weather parameters and the ETp value of Penman-Monteith shows that temperature, solar radiation, and wind speed are positively correlated with the ETp value. In contrast, relative humidity is negatively correlated with the ETp value. ETp analysis on several models shows that the Turc model is the closest to the FAO ETp model with the highest coefficient of determination and the lowest RMSE value compared to other models and has input parameters of temperature and solar radiation. Meanwhile, the Blaney-Criddle, Kahruffa, and Remanenko model is not recommended to analyze the ETp value in Makassar because it has the lowest coefficient of determination compared to other models.

Indonesia has fertile soil that enable abundant varieties of plants to grow including paddy (Oryza sativa L) which contains nutrients needed mainly by human body, i.e. milled rice contains 78.9% carbohydrate, 6.8% protein, 0.7% fat, and others of 0.6%. Paddy plants will produce paddy rice, i.e. paddy rice grains which have been separated from the husk. That peeled paddy grain is commonly called paddy rice or rice. Rice is a staple food for majority of people in Indonesia. The increase in rice production cannot actually correspond the rapidly increasing Indonesian population. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify non-rice food from other carbohydrate sources by conducting many alternative processes. This study attempted to investigate some methods to produce analog rice. Furthermore, this paper review aimed to find out the various processes of analog rice production and the best ingredient to make good quality analog rice. Analog rice is rice made of non-paddy plants, e.g. tubers, cereal, and other materials which may use granulation or extrusion (cold and hot process) methods. In granulation process, analog rice is produced in the form of granules. Starch flour and water produced by artificial rice are not in the form of grains that resembles pearl porridge. Meanwhile, extrusion is a method for producing analog oval-shaped rice which resembles paddy rice. In addition, analog rice produced from cassava flour and protein of fermented soybean cake flour using cold extrusion method. Results in the best composition with proximate analysis results of 73.53% carbohydrate, 18.97% protein, 3.19% fat, 1.87% water content, 2.44% ash content, and 0.15% food fiber. The absorption capacity of analog rice water in this study was 121.8%, and the other physical analysis was the bulk density of 0.59633%. Moreover, the time required to cook the analog rice produces was 7.1 minutes.

In this study, a microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) technique was used to extract the essential oil from eucalyptus leaves. The MAE process was carried out to assess the effect of microwaves on the production of bioactive components and properties of eucalyptus leaf essential oil on several parameters, including mass of eucalyptus leaves (20, 30, 40 grams), microwave power (180, 300, 450, 600 watts). and extraction time of 60 minutes. The highest yield of eucalyptus essential oil was obtained at 1.92% at the process parameters of 30 g of eucalyptus leaves, 450 watts of microwave power, and 30 minutes of extraction time. The ATR-FTIR spectrum of eucalyptus leaf oil showed that alkane compounds were characterized by strong C-H bonds. GC-MS analysis showed that the highest content of the product was 70.63% cineol (bioactive content). The results of the analysis of physical properties by measuring the specific gravity of the oil is 0.903 and the determination of the refractive index is 1.453 nD at room temperature of 30°C. Its characterization showed in the range with SNI standard.

Vibration analysis is very important in predictive maintenance in the industry today. In this paper, has designed a vibration detection system that can identify the condition of the induction motor by online. Induction motor vibration data is read from two vibration sensors, accelerometer1 and accelerometer2, displayed using ATMEGA16 microcontroller and can directly identify the condition of the induction motor by using artificial intelligence-based analysis that is Backpropagation-Neural Network (B-NN). After testing, the system managed to perform fault identification induction motor with the rank of success of 95 percent.

Today, almost everyone has done online shopping activities. The presence of e-commerce makes it easier for humans to do shopping. E-commerce companies compete to provide the best service to the community. One of them is in the delivery within the city. In terms of city delivery, the 2E-VRP model has been discussed a lot lately in terms of consolidating shipments. This study aims to present the 2E-VRP mathematical model and work in two stages to find a solution. In this article, the author also compares solutions with several heuristic models including 2-opt, repetitive nearest neighbor, nearest neighbor, farthest insertion, cheapest insertion, arbitrary insertion, and nearest insertion. From the results of research conducted by the 2-opt method, farthest insertion, cheapest insertion, and nearest insertion, the total distance is the best, all three get the same distance, then followed by the nearest insertion, arbitrary insertion, and nearest insertion methods.
