In this study, new terpyridine ligands (1 and 2) were synthesized and their potential as chemosensor was investigated. Firstly, structural and optical characterization of the newly synthesized compounds 1 and 2 were performed by NMR, HRMS analyses, UV-vis. absorption and fluorescence spectrophotometer. To the best of our knowledge, the novelty of this study lies in the exceptional chemosensor potential demonstrated by our synthesized compounds, surpassing those reported in the literature. Solvent-dependent optical behavior was explored in thirteen different solvents, identifying ethanol as the optimal medium for sensor studies. The ion selectivity of 1 and 2 was examined against 20 different metal cations, revealing that compound 1 functions as a colorimetric sensor for Fe2+ and Fe3+, while compound 2 acts as a colorimetric sensor for both Fe2+, Fe3+ and Cr3+ and a fluorometric sensor for Zn2+ and Cd2+. With compound 1, the detection limits for Fe2+, Fe3+ were determined as 0.18 and 1.41 µM, respectively, and with compound 2, the detection limits for Fe2+, Fe3+, Cr3+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ were determined as 2.22, 0.22, 11.63, 0.31 and 2.50 µM, respectively. Both sensors demonstrated high selectivity and minimal interference from other cations. Furthermore, reversibility studies with EDTA confirmed the regenerative sensing ability of 2 for Zn2+ and Cd2+ detection. The binding mechanisms of compounds 1 and 2 with the detected ions (Fe2+, Fe3+, Cr3+, Zn2+ and Cd2+) were determined by FTIR measurements. Moreover, the validation of the detecting capabilities of chemosensors 1 and 2 is obtained using Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Time-Dependent DFT (TD-DFT) calculations, utilizing FMO and UV-Vis analyses to gain insights into their electronic structures and photophysical properties. Regarding environmental sustainability, the limestone mining system has become a challenge due to the magnitude of environmental degradation. Therefore, environmental changes need to be studied with the aim of identifying patterns and trends of land cover changes in time series from 2006 – 2021 in limestone mining PT. Solusi Bangun Andalas, Lhoknga site plant, Aceh Besar. The method used in this study is the use of satellite imagery combined with spatial maps using ArcGIS software. Time series visualization of satellite imagery is analyzed using trends in land use change in the form of graphs and spatial maps from year to year. The results of the analysis show that based on the analysis of the vegetation index, the trend of land use changes in vegetation gradually decreases towards barren lands even though efforts to restore ex-mining land are carried out continuously every year. However, changes in barren land have not dominated the existing vegetated land. The results also show that changes in land use have not affected changes in existing water discharge due to the limited study area.

Light-based vat-polymerization bioprinting enables computer-aided patterning of 3D cell-laden structures in a point-by-point, layer-by-layer or volumetric manner, using vat (vats) filled with photoactivatable bioresin (bioresins). This collection of technologies — divided by their modes of operation into stereolithography, digital light processing and volumetric additive manufacturing — has been extensively developed over the past few decades, leading to broad applications in biomedicine. In this Primer, we illustrate the methodology of light-based vat-polymerization 3D bioprinting from the perspectives of hardware, software and bioresin selections. We follow with discussions on methodological variations of these technologies, including their latest advancements, as well as elaborating on key assessments utilized towards ensuring qualities of the bioprinting procedures and products. We conclude by providing insights into future directions of light-based vat-polymerization methods.

The utilization of natural resources and the environment to improve the community's welfare is an unavoidable choice. The environment used should still protect the environment. This study aims to provide an overview of the company's efforts to implement its obligation to preserve the environment using a different type of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which were community development and green marketing. The method used was a survey by taking the population at two different places, Jakarta and Pangkal Pinang. The sampling technique was done using a purposive method to obtain samples that meet the company's CSRreceiver's criteria. The number of the respondent from the first population is 44 respondents and from the second population is 100 respondents. Data analysis was done using simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that CSR's implementation had a significant impact on education, health, and poverty reduction. CSR activity by the company was accepted by society activities directly in the form of counseling and mentoring. CSR activities conducted on marketing activities by implementing Green Marketing found that pricing and promoting an environmentally sound positive impact on consumers' willingness to buy back the product. In contrast, the product is not significantly influential.

The development of information and communication technology, especially the internet provides opportunities to improve the ability of lecturers to deliver courses to students without being limited by distance and time. This can be done by utilizing e-learning which will accelerate the transfer of knowledge and skills. E-learning is distance education that utilizes various digital tools and platforms. These tools and platform are used to support interaction, lectures and delivery of instructions between lecturers and students. This study will discuss the use of work system methods and the use of e-learning technology in a business entity. The work system methods are used to design information systems. Meanwhile e-learning technology in a business entity serves lecturers and students, conduct lectures at private universities in increasing knowledge dissemination, educational affordability and the use of technology and information as its support. Reusing oil palm waste is very important to increase economic value and reduce potential pollution. One of the ways to exploit Oil Palm Shell (OPS) byproduct is to substitute the uses of natural coarse aggregate in concrete structure as building material. study on the use fly ash as one of the admixtures to increase OPS concrete compressive strength has been conducted. Digital Image Correlation (DIC) as a method of displacement response measurement was applied. Fujifilm XA-3 was used as primary camera to capture the image with speed of 3 frames per second (fps). An open source 2D-DIC, Ncorr v1.2 and MatLab student version of R2020a were used. The obtained average compressive strength is 25 MPa, the average of stiffness of the specimens is 946.95 kN/mm and the average of Poisson Ratio is 0.22 (range 0.21-0.22).

The local government of a city as an organization depends on decision makers in government management to support the vision and mission of the city to achieve eco-city goals based on data and information from several knowledge domains. Knowledge management is seen as an increasingly important scientific discipline that encourages the creation, sharing and utilization of knowledge in an organization. Knowledge management is also related to the concept of intellectual capital, the most valuable organizational resource. Knowledge sharing systems are designed to help decision makers and stakeholders share their knowledge. Most knowledge management systems in organizations are designed to share the explicit knowledge of individuals, organizations and finally distributed to the community. This research is the approach in the development model that can be used in the governance to achieve eco-city goals. Complex knowledge about eco-cities requires policies that are based on current knowledge and can be implemented immediately with a thorough understanding of all aspects. The results of this study are understanding the problem of knowledge sharing as a valuable organizational asset, designing a knowledge sharing systems model, and improving systems to improve the quality of knowledge.
