This paper proposes a temperature measurement method for high-temperature object surfaces using a color CCD camera. This method leverages the multi-channel photoelectric conversion principle of the color CCD camera to achieve efficient and real-time temperature detection of high-temperature objects. Moreover, when faced with a large temperature measurement range or high-temperature objects of varying temperatures, the temperature measurement approach based on the radiometric colorimetry of the CCD sensing elements exhibits varying degrees of applicability. This paper discusses the differences between varIOUs channel-based colorimetric temperature measurement methods and their applicable objects. Specifically, the selection and analysis of two-channel and three-channel methods are presented. © 2024 IEEE.

A three-phase to single-phase modular multilevel converter based advanced co-phase traction power supply(MMC-ACTPS) system is an effective structure to address the concerns of phase splitting and poor power quality of the conventional electrified railway. Due to the large number of MMCACTPS system modules, I/O resources and computing speed have high requirements on processors. Moreover, the module capacitor balance is challenging because the sorting time is too long when the traditional sorting algorithm for voltage balance is used. To solve the above issues, a digital implementation scheme of flexible power control strategy for three-phase to single-phase MMC-ACTPS system based on field programmable gate array(FPGA), which has sufficient I/O resources, has been proposed. Due to the parallel execution characteristics of the FPGA, the execution time of the controller and the modulator can be greatly reduced compared with a digital signal processor(DSP) + FPGA or DSpace. In addition, an improved sorting algorithm is proposed to reduce the sorting time and the implementation steps are analyzed. Finally, simulation and experimental results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed control strategy.

Scheduling in complex product assembly lines is an actively studied topic. This study focuses on the redistribution planning of workers in complex product assembly workstations, known as worker transfer scheduling (WTS). Worker transfer allows the number of workers allocated to each workstation to change, thus affecting productivity. However, due to its variable-length solution space, WTS cannot be solved well by traditional evolutionary algorithms (EAs). To address these issues, we propose a non-dominated sorting EA for variable-length encoding (NSEA-VE). Applying modified evolutionary operators, NSEA-VE can explore inter-line relationships of variable-length encodings. The mechanism of the algorithm ensures the exchange of information for solution spaces. Compared with other state-of-the-art algorithms, experimental results show that the NSEA-VE performs better in terms of commonly used evaluation metrics. © 2024 IEEE.

Single-component ambipolar polymers are highly desirable for organic electrochem-ical transistors(OECTs)and integration into complementary logic circuits with reduced process ***,they often suffer from imbalanced p-type and n-type characteristics and/or stability ***,a novel single-component ambipolar polymer,namely,gIDT–BBT is reported based on indacenodithiophene(IDT)as the electron donor,benzobisthiadiazole(BBT)as the electron acceptor and oligo ethylene glycol(OEG)as the side ***ﬁtting from the extended backbone planarity and rigidity of IDT,pronounced electron-withdrawing capabil-ity of BBT,favored ionic transport from OEG together with vertical OECT device structure,a nearly balanced ambipolar OECT performance is achieved for gIDT–BBT,revealing a high transconductance of 155.05±1.58/27.28±0.92 mS,a high current on/off ratio>10^(6) and an excellent operational stability under both p-type and n-type operation *** gIDT–BBT in hand,furthermore,vertically stacked complementary inverters are successfully fabricated to show a maximum voltage gain of 28 V V^(-1)(V_(IN)=0.9 V)and stable operation over 1000 switching cycles,and then used for efﬁcient electrooculogram *** work provides a new approach for the development of ambipolar single-component organic mixed ionic–electronic conductors and establishes a foundation for the manufacture of high-performance ambipolar OECTs and associated complementary circuits.

The study explores the impact of neutrons with different energies on laser simulation of silicon bipolar junction transistors (Si BJTs) under transient synergistic damage. By simulating the energy deposition distribution and transient current response of low-energy and high-energy photons at different neutron energies (ranging from 1 e V to 2 MeV), the following results are revealed: For high-energy neutron surroundings (energy > 100 keV), low-energy photons can effectively simulate high-energy photons to cause transient synergistic damage effects with neutrons. 3D object detection is a crucial task in the perception module of autonomous driving, current research employs LiDAR or imagery for 3D object detection. However, imagery lacks depth information, and LiDAR has limited robustness in adverse weather conditions. 4D millimeter-wave radar, as a promising new type of sensor, not only provides high-precision Doppler velocity information but also, with enhanced elevation resolution, can obtain accurate height information of targets. Compared to high-beam LiDAR, the point cloud is still sparse, making it challenging to obtain precise semantic information, thus posing a significant challenge for 3D object detection using 4D millimeter-wave radar. This paper introduces a 3D object detection framework that fuses 4D millimeter-wave radar with imagery-4D Radar Fusion. By transforming both 4D millimeter-wave radar and monocular imagery into the BEV space for feature fusion, it effectively enhances the semantic information learning of the 4D millimeter-wave radar. Experimental evaluation on the autonomous driving dataset VoD demonstrates the effectiveness of 4D Radar Fusion, achieving a 6% improvement in 3D average precision over the baseline for the entire annotated area. © 2024 IEEE.

The tree direct contact line is the fault type that has the greatest impact on the power system in the tree-line contradiction. At present, most of the existing studies are aimed at the monitoring and disposal of tree-line faults, but there are few studies on the impedance characteristics of trees when tree- line faults occur. Based on the 10k V simulated test line, this paper experimentally studies the change process, development trend and change characteristics of tree impedance when trees of different types, lengths and moisture contents have tree-line faults, as well as the influence of different system capacitive currents on fault characteristics. The experiment took three different species of pine, eucalyptus and bamboo as the test objects. The results showed that the impedance characteristics of the three different species of trees during tree line contact discharge were different, among which pine and eucalyptus had larger impedance and bamboo had smaller impedance. And the correlation between tree length and tree impedance is not strong. Under the premise of the same tree species, the impedance of the part with high moisture content is small, and the impedance of the part with low moisture content is large. In the time range of 0 20s, the impedance of trees decreases with the increase of discharge time. © 2023 IEEE.

The tree direct contact line is the fault type that has the greatest impact on the power system in the tree-line contradiction. At present, most of the existing studies are aimed at the monitoring and disposal of tree line faults, but there are few studies on the fire time of tree line faults. Based on the 10kV simulated test line, this paper builds a tree line fault simulation test platform for 10 kV distribution lines. The common tree species under the transmission line in Sichuan are selected as test sample trees. The fire time of different types of trees after tree line failure is studied. The test study obtained the fire time of three kinds of trees under the condition of capacitance current of different lines to the ground. It was found that the fire time is not directly related to the tree and impedance. The main factors affecting the fire time are the thickness of the tree and the size of the capacitance current of the transmission line. The process of tree burning can be divided into 4 stages, namely: arc preheating stage, epidermal carbonization stage, water evaporation stage and branch burning stage, and can correspond to the changing trend of leakage current. The research results can provide technical reference for preventing wildfires caused by transmission line tree line faults. © 2023 IEEE.
