Mixture test strategy optimization for analog systems

Since analog systems play an essential role in modern equipment,test strategy optimization for analog systems has attracted extensive attention in both academia and *** many methods exist for the implementation of effective test strategies,diagnosis for analog systems suffers from the impacts of various stresses due to sophisticated mechanism and variable operational ***,the generated solutions are impractical due to the systems’topology and influence of information ***,independent tests operating sequentially on the generated strategies may increase the time *** overcome the above weaknesses,we propose a novel approach called heuristic programming(HP)to generate a mixture of test *** experimental results prove that HP and Rollout-HP access the strategy with fewer layers and lower cost consumption than state-of-the-art *** HP and Rollout-HP provide more practical strategies than other ***,the cost consumption of the strategy based on HP and Rollout-HP is improved compared with those of other methods because of the updating of the test cost and adaptation of mixture OR ***,the proposed HP and Rollout-HP methods have high efficiency.

Improved Active Islanding Detection Technique for Multi-Inverter Power System

Due to the increased penetration of multi-inverter distributed generation(DG)systems,different DG technologies,inverter control methods,and other inverter functions are challenging the capabilities of islanding *** addition,multi-inverter networks connecting the distribution system point of common coupling(PCC)create islanding at paralleling inverters,which adds the vulnerability of islanding ***,available islanding detection must overcome more challenges from non-detection zones(NDZs)under reduced power ***,in this study,a new method called parameter self-adapting active islanding detection was utilized to minimize the dilution effect and reduce NDZs in multi-inverter power *** method utilizes an active frequency drift(AFD)method and applies a positive feedback gain of adoption parameters,which significantly minimizes NDZs at parallel *** simulation and experimental outcomes indicate that the proposed method can effectively weaken the dilution effect in multi-inverter networks connecting the distribution system PCC.

Renewable energy resources are abundant and developing rapidly in the power industry. This article establishes a wind-solar energy storage hybrid power generation system and analyzes the coordinated operation of energy systems in multiple scenarios. In a multi-scenario energy environment, the hybrid wind-solar energy storage system, driven by wind and solar energy, uses compressed air as energy storage equipment and a cold water tank as an intermediate regulating element, which can absorb heat and improve compressor efficiency. Considering system operation and equipment constraints, a multi-objective optimization model was established to reasonably calculate and allocate wind energy on compressed trains and solar energy on extended trains, in order to achieve the goal of minimizing system costs and maximizing profits. The simulation results indicate that this analysis has inspiration in practical engineering applications and can provide reference value for the coordinated operation of multi-energy power supply systems. © 2023 IEEE.

As research on perception deepens, the challenges of perception under poor line-of-sight conditions are increasing. It is difficult to complete tasks solely relying on visual perception under such conditions, necessitating the use of additional sensors. Millimeter-wave radar possesses all-weather working capability, and the fusion of millimeter-wave radar and vision effectively addresses perception challenges under harsh line-of-sight conditions. This study proposes a method for radar and vision fusion combined with a channel attention mechanism. Firstly, features are extracted separately for vision and radar. Then, when combining radar and video feature maps, a channel attention mechanism is introduced to enable the network to focus more on informative feature channels, thereby further improving recognition accuracy. To meet task requirements, we modified the existing dataset, named Camera-Radar of the university of Washington (CRUW), and evaluated the effectiveness of our proposed method on this dataset, demonstrating its superiority over the existing network structure. © Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute 2024.

Based on an efficient channelized structure, this research focuses on channelized reception, channel reconstruction transmission, and baseband signal generation. A broadband complex electromagnetic signal simulation method is proposed, and a design of the simulation scheme for broadband complex electromagnetic signals is implemented using domestically produced devices. Through simulation and experiments, it is demonstrated that this method can achieve multi-target simulation capability in a complex electromagnetic environment with an instantaneous bandwidth of 4 GHz. It can also be extended for applications in radar target simulators ranging from 0.8 GHz to 18 GHz. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents an improved droop control strategy for the advanced traction power supply system (ATPSS). First, we present the ATPSS, whose main feature is the elimination of the neutral sections, which connects the entire AC traction network of the traction power supply system. We also analyze the characteristics of this system compared with other isolated grids. Fluctuations in load position will lead to frequency deviation and power coordination problems. Then, an improved droop control strategy for frequency recovery and reactive power optimization based on multilevel control is proposed. Frequency and reactive power correction signals are sent from the central controller to each traction substation. To reduce line loss, a minimum line loss curve is obtained based on the relationship between active power and line loss, and the active power distribution is adjusted by secondary control. Finally, simulation and experimental results are given to validate the proposed control strategy, which optimizes power coordination, recover system frequency, and reduce line loss. © 2023 The Korean Institute of Power Electronics.

Background: The fusion of infrared images and visible images has been a hot topic in the field of image fusion. In the process of image fusion, different methods of feature extraction and processing will directly affect the fusion performance. Objectives: Low resolution (small size) of high-level features will lead to the loss of spatial information. On the other side, the low-level features are not significant due to their insufficient filtering of background and noise. Methods: In order to solve the problem of insufficient feature utilization in existing methods, a new fusion approach (SC-Fuse) based on self-calibrated residual networks (SCNet) and feature embedding has been proposed. The method improves the quality of image fusion from two aspects: feature extraction and feature processing. Results: First, self-calibrated modules are applied to the field of image fusion for the first time, which enlarged the receptive field to make feature maps contain more information. Second, we use ZCA (Zero-phase Component Analysis) and l1-norm to process features, and propose a feature embedding operation to realize the complementarity of feature information at different levels. Conclusion: Finally, a suitable strategy is given to reconstruct the fused image. After ablation experiments and comparison with other representative algorithms, the results show the effectiveness and superiority of SC-Fuse. © 2023 Bentham Science Publishers.

Magnetic Anomaly Detection (MAD) is a kind of covert passive method to detect ferromagnetic objects. Many MAD methods, such as Orthogonal Basis Function (OBF) which is very classical, are very dependent on some priori information. While in practical applications, the priori information is usually difficult to obtain. In this paper, a MAD method based on modal extraction and entropy detection of the full magnetic gradient signal is proposed, which does not require any priori information. Firstly, the noise of the magnetic gradient signals is suppressed using Variational Modal Extraction (VME). Then the Minimum Entropy Detector (MED) is designed to obtain the entropy of the five gradient components respectively. Finally, the total entropy of the signal is calculated out and regarded as the output of the anomaly detection. Compare to other methods, the method proposed in this paper does not rely on any priori information. Simulation and experimental results show that the method can improve the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) more obviously than other methods, and can detect magnetic anomalies efficiently at very low SNR. © 2024 IEEE.

The advanced traction power supply system (ATPSS) based on power electronic converter can eliminate the neutral sections, which can solve the drawbacks of the existing traction power supply system. Therefore, the ATPSS has attracted much attention. In order to realize the stability and efficiency of the system, proposed an active power coordinated control strategy based on droop control. The topology of the ATPSS is analyzed in this paper, the traditional droop control applied to the ATPSS can achieve equal power output from each substation, but when the locomotive is far from the substation, it will cause more losses on the traction network side. In order to achieve efficiency of the ATPSS, the substation is expected to adjust the output active power according to the position of the locomotive. Most secondary controls require known load conditions to achieve power coordination, but the constantly moving locomotives undoubtedly make communication more difficult. The strategy proposed in this paper can realize the power coordination control automatically without relying on vehicle-substation communication, to meet the required efficiency performance of the ATPSS. Finally, the proposed active power coordinated control strategy has been verified in simulation and experiment. © 2023 The Korean Institute of Power Electronics.
