As an important parameter characterizing the insulation performance of high-voltage equipment, $\tan\delta$ is commonly used in the regular maintenance and fault inspection of high-voltage equipment. During the $\tan\delta$ measurement of high-voltage equipment, it is found that the ambient humidity will affect the measurement results. In order to avoid this effect leading to the misjudgment of the insulation condition of the equipment. In this paper, a current transformer model LB6-110, which has been operated for more than 10 years, is taken as the test object, and the method of controlling the humidity change is adopted. Through five different test wiring methods to measure tanδ, summarize and analyze the effect of humidity on $\tan\delta$ under different test wiring, and put forward the optimal wiring method to avoid the effect of humidity.

The fast landslide segmentation algorithm based on deep learning technology for remote sensing images can play an important role in disaster analysis and risk assessment. At this stage, deep learning-based landslide segmentation algorithms mainly use RGB images as training data for the models, and a few studies have started to add digital elevation models (DEMs) as training data. In order to study the effect of DEM as training data on the accuracy improvement of landslide segmentation algorithm, we use RGB remote sensing images and DEM as training data, use U-Net combined with pspnet network structure, add FCN network structure in the training process, and analyze the test results using various evaluation metrics. Finally, we conclude that compared with the model using only RGB images as input data, adding DEM as input data can effectively improve the overall accuracy of the landslide segmentation model and reduce the false accept rate of the model in complex terrain. © 2022 IEEE.

As we all know, the difficulty of automatic placement and routing is proportional to the size of the circuit. Through Printed circuit board (PCB) netlist partition algorithms, PCB circuits can be divided into different sub-modules, and the problem scale can be effectively reduced in order to obtain the optimal automatic layout and routing. It is observed that when engineers design circuits, they usually mark important nets by annotation, called net attributes. This paper proposes a PCB netlist partition approach based on net attributes. Our partition approach takes the netlist as input, and module partition set as output. Firstly, the modules are pre-partitioned using net attributes. Further, the special patterns in circuits are discovered, and the scattered resistors, capacitors and other components caused by pre-partitioning according to net attributes would be allocated to initial modules by classifying and module matching rules. Our method is evaluated on 11 PCB netlists, and experimental results show that our proposed netlist partition approach outperforms the state of the arts, which can achieve 80%-96% partition accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

The predefined-time tracking control of an uncertain second-order multi-agent system is studied in this paper. To tackle both the unconstrained and constrained situations simultaneously, a uniform nonlinear transformation function is proposed. In addition, a time base generator (TBG) function is constructed to facilitate designing a predefined-time control. Moreover, to simplify the computational complexity of the controller design, a predefined-time characteristic filter is proposed by utilizing the TBG function. And also based on the TBG function, an adaptive law is developed to estimate the unknown norms of the fuzzy weights. Consequently, a predefined-time tracking controller based on the TBG technique is designed to achieve the state constraints and consensus tracking. At last, to validate the predefined-time control strategy for the uncertain nonlinear multi-agent system, the simulations are presented. © 2024 IEEE.

Developing an optical full field non-contact strain sensor based on the spectral shift characteristics of single walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT), combining with the principle of photoluminescence is an emerging application field of SWCNT material that has important application prospects. The current paper analyzed the photoluminescence principle of SWCNT material, and discussed the optical path for the fluorescence excitation and acquisition of the SWCNT. Selection of the optical components in the optical path are completed. Then, based on the theory of polarize light, the fluorescence excitation of SWCNT and the controllable adjustment of polarize light in fluorescence spectra are studied. Experimental results indicate that the controllable adjustment accuracy of the polarize light is high, which conforms to Malus's law. © 2023 IEEE.

In modern engineering applications such as radar, communications, and physical testing, it is necessary to collect multiple pulse signals simultaneously for data inversion analysis and physical mechanism revelation. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a multi-channel high-speed synchronous data acquisition system as a support, where the sampling rate is expected to reach tens of GSPS, the bandwidth is expected to reach tens of GHz, and the synchronization accuracy between channels is expected to reach the ps level. However, the realization of such high-performance systems is a challenge for the industry. As the parallelism of high-speed acquisition systems increases, the issues of sampling clock synchronization among multiple ADCs, control synchronization among multiple FPGAs, and multi-channel acquisition synchronization have become the key issues affecting system performance. In this paper, a 4-channel synchronized data acquisition system with a sampling rate of 60GSPS is designed. First, a high-speed data acquisition scheme based on a hybrid architecture of Time Interleaving and Digital Bandwidth Interleaving (TI+DBI) is proposed according to the multi-ADC and multi-FPGA parallel sampling architecture. Then, the key technology of system synchronization implementation is introduced in detail, including multi-channel precision clock generation technology, sampling data synchronization transmission, read and write control signal synchronization transmission, and multi-channel acquisition synchronization technology. Finally, the system is fully realized through the design, debugging, and testing of specific circuits and software. The test results show that the system not only has 4 channels with a sampling rate of 60GSPS, a resolution of 12bit, and a bandwidth of 14GHz, but also the synchronization accuracy between channels can reach ±10ps. Solving Dispersion Characteristics in Acoustic Logging While Drilling Instrumentation: Multi-Difference Algorithm

The importance of dispersion analysis is paramount in understanding the propagation characteristics of individual component waves in Acoustic Logging While Drilling (ALWD) instrumentation. This study introduces a novel numerical method, referred to as the Multi-Difference Algorithm (MDA), designed to solve the dispersion equation with both effectiveness and efficiency. Prior to the application of the method, the analytical dispersion equation of ALWD is re-derived using the improved displacement potential function, and the global matrix with equivoluminal gauge invariant equations. Subsequently, the MDA is employed to identify all roots of the equation within the required complex number domain. These roots correspond to the modes of sonic waves in ALWD. In order to efficiently ascertain the real solutions of the dispersion equation, the proposed numerical method is engineered to execute root searching in parallel under a specific parameter, such as real wavenumber, attenuation, or frequency. Through simulation, comparative experimentation, and field testing, it has been confirmed that our derived analytical dispersion equation is accurate and the MDA method can efficiently find all its roots. This validates our proposed method's ability to accurately represent the dispersion characteristics in ALWD. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

Byzantine failures and communication delays impose great challenges to the decision-making process of multiagent systems (MASs). In this paper, we aim to resolve a category of general finite-sum optimization problems with simultaneous presence of Byzantine agents and arbitrary time-varying communication delays over networks. The number of Byzantine agents and their identities are unknown to reliable agents and the communication delays are not necessarily bounded. To alleviate the negative impact incurred by Byzantine agents and communication delays, both a generalized norm-penalized approximation technique and an age tracker are considered in the development of a decentralized Byzantine-resilient stochastic sub-gradient algorithm, dubbed DeSSO-AD. Theoretical analysis characterizes an explicit sub-linear convergence rate for DeSSO-AD based on a diminishing step-size. The effectiveness and resilience of DeSSO-AD are demonstrated via handling a machine-learning problem under cyber attacks and time-varying communication delays. © 2024 IEEE.
