Tobacco is a critical cash crop in China, so its grow status has been attributed more and more attention. How to acquire the accurate plant area, row spacing and plant spacing have been the key points for its grow status monitoring and yield prediction. Currently, remote sensing has been a popular method for its speediness, large scale and costless, which could replace the traditional manual methods. We proposed a method to extract the planting information of tobacco at the rosette stage with UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) remote sensing images, and solved the following problems: the difficulty of detecting the small and densely planted tobacco objects, the scattered tobacco fields with different shapes in Sichuan Province. Four experimental areas were selected in Sichuan Province, and image processing and sample label production were carried out. The results indicate that the average accuracy of tobacco field area, row spacing and plant spacing extracted by this method reached 98.35%, 97.90% and 97.74%, respectively, which proved the extraction method of plant information are valuable.

With the expansion of the nuclear energy scale and the wide application of non-power nuclear technology in China, the online ? energy spectrum measurement of inland storage water bodies has become an important monitoring technology to ensure public radiation safety. However, the change in the water body environment seriously affects the accuracy of online ? energy spectrum measurement results in the water body. In this study, the suspended particles in water are studied through Monte Carlo simulation and physical experiments, and the effects of non-radioactive suspended particles and radioactive suspended particles on the corresponding detection efficiency of radionuclides are analyzed. The results show that the non-radioactive suspended particles have little effect on the detection efficiency of the water body online ? energy spectrum measurement system in a certain turbidity range (under normal environment), and there is no need for turbidity correction. For radioactive suspended particles, the interference of radioactive suspended particles on the measurement results of 40K, 238U, and 226Ra gradually increases with the increase of water body turbidity. At the same time, a correction method for the influence of water body turbidity of radioactive suspended particulate matter is proposed based on the linear relationship between turbidity and nuclide content in suspended particulate matter. Using the turbidity activity concentration correction to treat 40K nuclides, the relative error of the correction value is less than 1.6%, which realizes the correction of the influence of water turbidity, and further improves the online accuracy of the water body online ? energy spectrum measurement system. © 2022 IEEE.

Aerospace technology has entered the era of high modularization and integration. In order to ensure the tactical performance of the aerospace system and improve the availability and reliability, a FPGA+DSP based heterogeneous multi-core digital system hardware design scheme is proposed in this paper. The scheme has flexible structure and strong universality, which is suitable for modular design. Furthermore, in order to enhance the reliability of the system, an embryonic-based circuit design framework for avionic applications is proposed. The design framework combines the advantages of bio-inspired self-repairing technology and dynamic reconfiguration, which supports on-chip self-test and fault tolerance. The proposed architecture can be widely used as a new platform for self-repairing systems. © 2022 IEEE.

In the context of large-scale new energy applications and "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality", Photovoltaic power generation because of its clean and easy large-capacity storage characteristics. It can improve the utilization rate of new energy and the stability of power system operation, and further reduce carbon emissions, so photovoltaic power generation has become one of the future energy sources that are vigorously developed. The capacity configuration model and solution method are the focus of the current research. This paper summarizes the research status of optimal scheduling of integrated energy systems from two aspects: scheduling model and method. According to the difference of research priorities, the basic optimal scheduling model and the optimal scheduling model considering the randomness of the system are discussed respectively. The solution methods are divided into analytical method and artificial intelligence method. Finally, a vision for the future is put forward based on the existing problems.

Multimodal sentiment analysis, which has garnered widespread attention in recent years, aims to predict human emotional states using multimodal data. Previous studies have primarily focused on enhancing multimodal fusion and integrating information across different modalities, while overlooking the impact of noisy data on the internal features of each single modality. In this paper, we propose the Enhanced experts with Uncertainty-Aware Routing (EUAR) method to address the influence of noisy data on multimodal sentiment analysis by capturing uncertainty and dynamically altering the network. Specifically, we introduce the Mixture of Experts approach into multimodal sentiment analysis for the first time, leveraging its properties under conditional computation to dynamically alter the network in response to different types of noisy data. Particularly, we refine the experts within the MoE framework to capture uncertainty in the data and extract clearer features. Additionally, a novel routing mechanism is introduced. Through our proposed U-loss, which utilizes the quantified uncertainty by experts, the network learns to route different samples to experts with lower uncertainty for processing, thus obtaining clearer, noise-free features. Experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on three widely used multimodal sentiment analysis datasets. Moreover, experiments on noisy datasets show that our approach outperforms existing methods in handling noisy data. © 2024 ACM.

Due to the constraints of manufacturing and materials,high-power plants cannot rely on only one solid oxide fuel cell stack.A multi-stack system is a solution for a highpower system,which consists of multiple fuel cell stacks.A short lifetime is one of the main challenges for the fuel cell before largescale commercial applications,and prognostic is an important method to improve the reliability of fuel *** from the traditional prognostic approaches applied to single-stack fuel cell systems,the key problem in multi-stack prediction is how to solve the correlation of multi-stack degradation,which can directly affect the accuracy of *** response to this difficulty,a standard Brownian motion is added to the traditional Wiener process to model the degradation of each stack,and then the probability density function of the remaining useful life(RUL)of each stack is ***,a Copula function is adopted to reflect the dependence between life distributions,so as to obtain the remaining useful life for the whole multi-stack system.1 The simulation results show that compared with the traditional prediction model,the proposed approach has a higher prediction accuracy for multi-stack fuel cell systems.

PEDF is an acronym for the application of the four technologies of solar photovoltaic, energy storage, direct current and flexible interaction in the field of buildings. Photovoltaic (PV) technology is gradually gaining attention as a representative of clean energy, and its ability to convert solar energy into electricity offers a viable approach to diminishing reliance on fossil fuels and decreasing carbon emissions. Energy storage technology, on the other hand, is becoming increasingly important as a key means of balancing PV output fluctuations and improving system stability. And DC distribution technology, with its high efficiency and low-loss characteristics, shows great potential in distributed PV access, microgrid construction and other fields. At the same time, flexible interaction technology realizes the friendly interaction between power grid and all kinds of distributed power sources and loads through intelligent regulation, which improves the flexibility and toughness of power system.

As an important direction for future energy development, the integrated energy system aims to achieve efficient, safe and clean utilization of energy. Through photovoltaic power generation, energy storage technology and microgrid scheduling system, the system is able to achieve optimal allocation and scheduling of energy, to enhance energy utilization efficiency and decrease energy expenses, photovoltaic energy storage technology is employed to harness solar power for the production of electricity, which is stored through energy storage equipment to address the intermittency challenges associated with photovoltaic power generation. Microgrid scheduling, functioning as an integral part of the comprehensive energy system, utilizes advanced intelligent algorithms and scheduling strategies to efficiently manage and optimize the allocation of multiple energy resources. By playing a pivotal role as a fundamental building block within the integrated energy system, this not only guarantees a dependable and consistent energy supply but also significantly boosts energy utilization efficiency, ultimately enhancing the system’s economic viability and environmental sustainability. Optimized configuration is the most important problem of integrated energy system, which involves knowledge from multiple fields. In this paper, a variety of optimized configuration schemes are proposed, striving to enhance the system’s overall performance and offer valuable insights for future research and practical applications.

Water flow and temperature drift are the main sources of underwater turbulence. In laser based underwater frequency transfer, underwater turbulence will introduce timing fluctuations, leading to deterioration of frequency transfer. In order to reveal the relationship between the timing fluctuation of transferred frequency signal and the drift of velocity and temperature, this paper establishes a mathematical model to analyze the timing fluctuation caused by water flow and temperature under different gradients. To validate our model, we transmitted a 100 MHz RF signal on a 3.5-meter underwater transmission link, with different artificial flow velocity and temperature drift set during the transmission process. The measured timing fluctuations are consistent with our analysis. The experimental results show that within 5000s, the root mean square (RMS) timing fluctuations of RF signals with velocity gradient, temperature gradient, and no gradient are approximately 37 ps, 123 ps, and 23 ps, respectively. This indicates that the timing fluctuation caused by temperature gradient is higher than that caused by velocity gradient. © 2023 IEEE.

Photovoltaic power generation are becoming an important trend in the composition of power grid systems, and are playing an increasing role in DC distribution networks due to their environmentally friendly, easy-to-install, and easy-to-maintain characteristics. However, the difficulties in the diagnosis of DC arc faults are beginning to emerge. Compared with the reciprocating zero crossing point of the AC transmission grid, the DC circuit current has no natural zero crossing point, and when a DC arc fault occurs, it cannot be detected using traditional AC arc detection methods. For this reason, a great deal of work has been done over the years by workers in the electrical field, focusing on analyzing the characteristics of arc faults in DC power systems and their effects on the system. This technology is essential to ensure the safe operation of DC power systems, prevent equipment damage, and reduce unplanned outages. However, although there are many studies around the detection of DC arcs, the current research on real-time diagnosis and early warning systems for the development of DC arc dynamics is still insufficient. This paper introduces the DC arc fault potential hazards in DC circuits through the policy initiatives and applications of new energy technologies in various countries, and in the main part of the article, it introduces the diagnostic methods based on electromagnetic radiation, arc sound, time-domain features, and frequency-domain features, as well as the arc diagnostic techniques through artificial intelligence techniques that have emerged in recent years. At the same time, the article also describes the advantages and shortcomings of the various technical routes and predicts the possibility of combining DC arc diagnostic technology with industrial Internet of Things and other technologies in the future.
