As slide steering technology has lower maintenance costs, it is widely used in geological drilling industry. In order to adjust the hole trajectory, this technology changes the drilling direction by controlling tool face angle of downhole power drill tool. However, due to the existence of the untwist angle, it is difficult to precisely control the angle, which will directly affect the quality of hole trajectory. So untwist angle prediction is the prerequisite of hole trajectory control. This paper introduces a common method for calculating untwist angle for generating the training set. And then factors that influence untwist angle will be analyzed. Meanwhile, based on the analysis and calculation results, support vector regression is introduced in the prediction algorithm to provide a new way for untwist angle prediction.

With the development of smart home, various appliances are becoming intelligent. In this paper, i Mirror, an intelligent mirror based on facial expression recognition and color emotion adaptation is proposed, which is considered as a human-mirror interaction system through real-time facial expression recognition and color lights control based on color emotion *** can not only work as a real mirror for personal grooming, but also record the mood of the user and adapt to it with color presentation. Experiments on facial expression recognition and color emotion adaptation are performed by ten students aged from 18 to 25, from which the experimental results show that i Mirror can effectively identify facial expressions and control light color, in addition, the results of a survey show that 87.7% experimenters agree to use colorful lights to adapt to facial expressions.

A piecewise control strategy is proposed to realize the position-posture control of a planar four-link Active-PassiveActive-Active(APAA) underactuated manipulator(UM). Specially, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to obtain the target angle of all links based on the constraints of control objects of the system. The overall control process of the system is divided into two stages: Firstly, we design a fuzzy-PI controller for the first link to realize the control target of the passive link, and the error between the current angle and the desired angle of the passive link is converged to zero by adjusting the velocity of the first link. Secondly, the position mode of the servo controller is adopted to control the active links move to their target angles, respectively. Finally, the experimental results of the real system verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

The paper presents an improved strategy of attitude control for directional drilling tools used in the geological environment. The drilling kinematics model is linearized with the Taylor series, and the model linearization solves the nonlinear term of the azimuth *** PI controllers are used to control attitude inclination and azimuth, respectively. Sintering process is the second most energy-consuming process in steel making and the main energy consumption of the process is the combustion of carbon. Under the background of the transformation of the world’s major economies to the low carbon economy, to improve the carbon efficiency for saving energy and reducing undesired emissions is of great *** this paper, the comprehensive coke ratio(CCR) is taken as the index of the carbon efficiency. Mechanism analysis was carried out to analyze the influences of the CCR and a predictive model of the CCR based on back-propagation neural network(BPNN)is built that contains state parameters predictive model and the CCR predictive model. Then the optimization method for the CCR is formulated, which aims to minimize the CCR by optimizing the operating parameters. Finally, the method was implemented in an intelligent optimization and controlsystem for carbon efficiency(IOCSCE) in an iron and steel plant. The running results show that the method can reduce the CCR by an average of 1.98 kg/t and effectively reduce the energy consumption of the sintering process. Thus, it can provide guidance for the operators of the sintering process and improve the carbon efficiency.
