The rational design of weighting factors in the cost function for finite control set model predictive torque control (FCS-MPTC) has been a matter of great interest in power electronics and electrical drives. In order to solve this problem, a weighting factors autotuning strategy for FCS-MPTC of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on the adaptive multi-objective black hole algorithm (AMOBH) is proposed. In this paper, the design process of the FCS-MPTC algorithm is first analyzed in detail. Then, an AMOBH algorithm that can take into account both population convergence and population diversity is introduced, and based on this algorithm, the design problem of the weighting factors is successfully transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem by means of reconstructing the cost function and designing the motor operation information collected in real time as the objective functions of the multi-objective optimization algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed method can find a set of weighting factor combinations suitable for different working condition requirements, and these weighting factors can effectively improve the operation performance of the PMSM system.

High temperature rise of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor can lead to irreversible demagnetization of the motor permanent magnet, which can negatively affect the motor performance. To address this problem, a thermal modeling analysis method based on Transfer learning-Deep neural network (TL-DNN) was proposed in this paper. Its specific implementation steps include (1) corresponding to different heat source inputs, the equivalent thermal circuit method and the finite element analysis was adopted based on the structure and main parameters of PMLSM including overall average temperature rise, coil temperature rise and permanent magnet temperature rise from the data sets of the motor; (2) TL-DNN was used to fit the functional relationship between the input source features and the output targets based on the characteristics of the sample data sets. In order to verify the accuracy of the prediction model with small sample data sets, this paper divided the proportion of the data set and compared the results with other classic nonparametric models (random forest, support vector machine, and deep neural network). The results show that the TL-DNN model outperforms other machine learning models and has better robustness and generalization ability when the training datasets are insufficient, and achieves an organic combination of physical field path model and data-driven model, which provides a feasible solution for PMLSM modeling in the case of small samples.

In deep geological drilling, encountering various formations is inevitable. Formation changes can lead to fluc-tuations in the weight on bit due to the bit-rock interaction. This paper proposes a disturbance observer-based weight on bit control system to mitigate the adverse effects of formation changes on system performance. First, an axis-torsion coupled dynamic model is established, and the relationship between the two dimensions is analyzed. The validity of the model is confirmed through comparison with field data collected from a geothermal well drilling operation. Then, a disturbance observer is designed to estimate and compensate for the disturbance at the control input, thereby reducing weight on bit fluctuations caused by formation variations. Simulation results considering formation variation during drilling verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In recent years,cooperative coverage control of multi-agent system(MAS)has attracted plenty of researchers in various fields[1,2].Different from multi-agent consensus or synchronization,multi-agent coverage control cares about how to coordinate a team of agents for effectively monitoring or covering a given terrain,which inevitably gives rise to the interaction between individual dynamics and external ***,environmental uncertainties that include static uncertainties and dynamic uncertainties and limited sensing capabilities of a single agent make it a great challenge to design control algorithms of MAS for achieving the desired coverage performance.

Data-driven fault diagnosis methods have been widely applied at present. In the drilling process, there usually exists multiple failure modes resulting in the multi-scale of drilling fault data, which would bring challenges for the data-driven methods application in drilling. By considering the characteristics of multi-scale and multivariate, an original scheme based on mode decomposition and decision fusion is proposed for fault diagnosis of drilling process. Firstly, the raw data are decomposed and reconstructed into multiple groups of series. Then, for each group, the diagnosis model is established using the convolutional neural network (CNN), and several diagnostic results are obtained. Finally, all diagnostic results are fused by the Dempster-Shafer (D-S) evidence theory, and the fused result is taken as the final diagnostic result. The actual data based experiments illustrate the effectiveness of proposed method for improving the performance of drilling fault diagnosis.

Optimal consensus control for partially unknown multi-agent systems with switching communication topology*

Since the local neighborhood tracking error system for switching multi-agent systems (MASs) is time-varying, the existing optimal consensus method for fixed MASs cannot be used in switching MASs. This paper proposes a new approach to solve the optimal consensus problems of linear switching MASs. Firstly, a new augment local neighborhood tracking error (ALNTE) system, which is based on the joint communication topology, is developed to construct the control object, and the open-loop estimation method is used to estimate the ALNTE for individuals. Secondly, based on the ALNTE system, the performance index is designed, and the value iteration method is used to solve the coupled Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations and obtain the optimal control. Finally, theoretical analysis is given to prove the learning stability and control stability of the value iteration method, and a numerical simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Temperature Compensation Method of Fluxgate Sensor Based on Polynomial Fitting

Fluxgate sensors are widely used in the field of low frequency and weak vector magnetic field measurement because of their good performance, such as high resolution and low power consumption. However, during the long-term continuous observation, the drift errors of the fluxgate sensor will occur due to the variable ambient temperature. This paper proposes a temperature compensation method for fluxgate sensors based on polynomial fitting. First, a physical model of the temperature & fluxgate sensor was established on the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation platform, and the influence of temperature on the measurement performance of the fluxgate sensor was analyzed. Second, according to the existing temperature-magnetic field data, a temperature compensation model of the fluxgate sensor was constructed. And compared it with other temperature compensation method, the result shows that the proposed temperature compensation method is relatively simple and can better achieve real-time compensation for sensor application scenarios. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, numerous laboratory experiments were *** temperature drift is reduced from more than 500 nT before compensation to about 1 nT. The results show that the proposed method has a good temperature compensation effect on the data measured by the fluxgate sensor within a variable temperature background. The target tracking method based on RGB image is affected by many factors such as light and haze weather, so it is difficult to distinguish the tracking target from the background, and it is easy to lead to the drift or even loss of the tracking target. Target tracking based on infrared images is not affected by light, haze and other illumination factors, but the target's color, texture and other characteristic information will be missing. Therefore, in order to obtain the target's color, texture and other characteristic information in a poorly illuminated environment, while achieving accurate and fast tracking of the object, this paper proposes a RGB and infrared image fusion tracking method based on a deep convolutional network. Firstly, the fusion method of RGB and infrared images is studied;secondly, a target tracking network based on the Siamese network is established to extract the image convolution features of the target template and the current target;finally, the response map is calculated by the deep cross-correlation module. At last, the performance test of the target tracking algorithm is carried out on the VOT2019RGBT data set. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively solve the problem of target tracking when the target is partially occluded, the tracking scene has no suitable illumination or the light changes strongly, and it is of great significance to improve the accuracy of target tracking under complex backgrounds. © 2021 SPIE.

As a new type of neuromorphic sensor, the events-driven Dynamic Vision Sensor (DVS) has the advantages of low latency and wide dynamic range. The development of DVS overcomes the application limitations of traditional cameras in the field of high speed robots and autonomous driving. However, there are abundant unwanted noise events contained in the output of DVS, which severely affects the subsequent data-processing. To tackle the problem, a novel noise filter for DVS is proposed in this paper. Firstly, since the noise is composed of hot pixel events with high-frequency and random background activities, a time window is constructed to continuously detect hot pixels. Secondly, a spatiotemporal correlation-based denoising approach for each incoming event is conducted, while excluding its surrounding hot pixels, to avoid the negative effect caused by their high temporal correlation on the filter. Finally, the hot pixels are compensated with the events that are most probably to occur depending on the adjacent events, to achieve the completeness and precision of the output event stream. Experiments in different scenes demonstrate that the proposed noise filter can effectively eliminate the noise from the event stream of DVS and obviously outperforms the baseline method. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Aiming at the prediction of truck travel time in open pit mines,we established a prediction model based on long short-term memory(LSTM).This model fully accounts for 11 factors,including the nature of trucks,weather,road conditions,and driver's behaviors,as well as the influence of neighbor road segments in the route on the current predicted road *** experiment shows that the error of the LSTM prediction model is significantly reduced compared with S VR and BP *** addition,the maximum absolute mean error under different conditions is less than 12 seconds.
